Theyre going out of business, store is basically empty, whats left has been picked over and is only 40% off retail... Dont waste your time! Even Goodwill has better quality, more quantity, options and better prices for junk.

I’ve stopped in here twice. Once to return something off my wedding registry and once to check for serial numbers on products to purchase them online. Both experiences were easy and painless. The staff we dealt with was wonderful. I know we spoke with a Diamond (I believe) and another woman whose name I can’t remember. They were both friendly and helpful.

Busy. Very busy. Full of people who dont think covid-19 is something they need to worry about, meaning walking around with no masks and no respect for the 6 feet of separation. The employees as always were very nice and helpful, but they can only do so much in regards to the obvious disrespect that people have for the care of others. I guess I will have to order my items for pick up, which is sad, because Im a spontaneous shopper, and usually what starts out as a 40.00 shopping experience turns into a 100.00+ spree. Love the store, dislike the arrogance of many of the guests.

Anything you can think of for your home. Besides bed and bath theres a complete assortment of kitchen items among other sections. They have a great 👍 coupon program so prices tend to be competitive. Enjoyable mega home store.

Ive never really liked bed bath & beyond cuz theyre always pretty expensive. looks like their store is closing and theyre having a store closing sale at this point things are 20% off its not a sale enough for me but it is clearing out quite quickly

Im a huge BBB fan! Went here today. Line was a pretty long, which is fine. They had quite a few registers open. Problem I had? Customer cleared from one register, did the cashier call the next customer? No. Had a conversation with what was likely the manager. No, not work related. They were laughing and had hand gestures. Definitely not a customer friendly BBB.

Woman checking out ahead of me had huge stuffed figure that is my great granddaughter s favorite. She explained she got in a discount box. When I commented, she said she was buying for her bed but thought our 2 year old should have instead. Our great granddaughter will be beside herself. We keep her during the week. That woman made our day and I wish her the very best.

Excellent customer service. Prices are reasonable. Very extensive inventory. Have hair products, shaving products as well as other bathroom toiletries. Suitcases & other travel items. Blankets, pillows, everything for bedrooms, bathrooms, & kitchens. No large furniture. Look online or in your mailbox occasionally for 20% off coupons.

My wife just loves this place, as they have so many wonderful items to spend your money on. I personally feel, there prices ate a bit inflated, but in todays markets, everything is up in price. However, you can find many items on clearance or on sale from time to time. For the lucky individuals who have won the lottery, one can go absolutely nuts in this store! Always plenty of free parking and Handicap parking spaces are right in front of the store. Plenty of unusual item along with top name brands, just something for everyone.

It was a very pleasant experience because all the employees are so nice and helpful. Being able to examine in your hands what you are buying, and then taking it safely home, and not worrying about someone stealing you purchase off your door step is very valuable this day in age.

Tons of clearance in all departments while I was there, so a little more chaotic than usual. Found what we needed and more. Decent craft beer selection considering this is a home decorating store. Hot coffee on tap for samples while browsing. Staff was courteous and found what we needed quickly.Need more organized check out system.

Easy to find, parking and handicap parking available. Prices a little high but quality is high. Great place to purchase sheets and other bedding. You can usually find a sale on things you didnt know you needed but happy you found. Great customer service.

I love bed bath and beyond. Amazon can never replace the feel good factor of in store shopping not just for various choices but also easy instant returns or replacements. The store should be proud about it. Instead not afraid. Their loss is not amazon choices and prices but poor service by the instore assistants I wish they know it better

I love this location. It has to be the biggest BBB by far! It had everything... from make-up to wine! You can always expect a sale. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Where were the cashiers? They were taking regular customers in returns.. until someone was returning... yup you guessed it. I waited n waited n waited, for a regular cashier only after the return lady finally decided she should call someone. Stupid... will be going to Mesa instead. More common sense workers there.

The store on Tatum and Shea is the largest store in Arizona and the selection is to die for!!! If you cant find it there it just doesnt exist! Wish I had started at this store first as it would have saved me so much running around!

They were very easy to work with. I needed a flat sheet to complete a set for a queen bed. They directed me to the part of the store that had bedding. I found what I needed and took it to the register and paid for it.Very quick and easy.

Order was not ready for pickup. Showed email to store manager and all she was willing to do is charge me again for an item Ive already paid for and received an email indicating that it was ready to be picked up.

Poor customer service on many levels.1. I was asking the help of several employees to find specific items on my list, and was sent to the wrong sections of the store most of the time. They dont seem to know their stores most up to date product placement.2. When I embarked to find the last item on my own, an employee took my full cart from the end of the isle to return my items to the shelves... this is after I have been collecting these from all over the store for over an hour! Luckily, the employee was paged, and returned the cart to me with all items still in it.3. The final straw was when I asked the cashier that my 4 coupons to be applied in a way that results in the highest saving. She told me that she knows what shes doing, then the coupons were torn without asking me, and thrown into the garbage can after being used. May be she did the right thing, but certainly wasnt communicating well. In my job, if I pursued with a my way or the highway attitude without any explanation, Id have a hard time time keeping clients. So I asked the manager to reprint the coupons, left the store without my stuff, and will continue my search in another one. Will not return here.

I went to Bed Bath & Beyond today looking for storage unit which I found it was too heavy for me to put it in my cart by myself so I walked around the whole start looking for someone to help me and the only employee that I found where the ones up front at the cash registers. I dont know about customer service but they definitely didnt have it today!

So I asked the manager about the 20% coupon I left at home. She basically snapped at me and was just no help. I was buying a kitchenaid. $279.So I just went on site and got one. Nobody was around to help us and one young guy with dark hair just blew us off and just grunted and pointed..The store was not busy. We finally found a girl that was so helpful and sweet. I think her name was sara or it stated with an S.She went above and beyond for us.. We told the manager at check out how wonderful the girl that help us was . The manager again just snorted..

Bed Bath and a beyond has those great coupons. So bring those. And they have amazing clearance sales.I will never love Bed Bath and Beyond as much as Abby from Broad City, but its as very nice place to shop for all your basic home stuff (plus now wines and snacks from cost plus world market right in store)

Bad Customer Service! Need lessons on how to retain customers. I will never shop here again! I had $10 coupon for spending of $30. Rude older cashier tells me oh, that is before taxes. My total was $29.15 and she would not honor the coupon. She declined to help me find a $1 or .75 cent item to honor the stores NEED for the .75 to be met. I was forced to buy an overpriced battery thus causing my savings to not really be a savings. Lets face it folks. Everything in this store has an incredible 200-500% mark-up. Im done with this company and taking my money somewhere else.

This particular Bed, Bath and Beyond not the best. We returned some items from a registry. It had been over a year since opening the registry, so the registry was gone. They only gave 80% value on items that we had receipts for then gave us coupons for our new purchases, rather than giving us the value that was paid into the item by friends and family. On a different trip, we had two receipts but did not have receipts for all of the towels. The night manager gave us 80% value and no coupons and had a terrible attitude. Several of our items we could not return at all because the bar code had changed. We have a tea pot, same appearance, same company, box, etc. but according to the bar code scanner , they do not carry that tea pot so we cannot return it. We decided to go with BBB for our entire registry because we could make returns past a year... not as good a situation as hoped for. When I went to purchase new towels, sales clerk would only accept one of my coupons. So I had to return at 80% value and pay at 100% value, except for one item. Have had better experiences at the BBB in Arrowhead and off the 101, particularly with getting 100% value back when accompanied with a receipt and using more than one coupon when making multiple purchases. Also found better attitudes by the sales people at the other BBBs.

I can always find just the right gift for someone during the holidays. And year round.

They always have coupons, people that ask you if youd like help BEFORE having to hunt them down, and overall great customer service.

Great store! My (now) husband and I did our wedding registry here and the service was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. A month after the wedding, we were invited back for a one day event of 20% off our entire purchase. On top of all te great deals we got, we won new baking pans AND a kitchen aid blender!

I love BB&B! You can find almost anything you want. They also have a large section just for As Seen On TV do you save a ton of money in shipping fees. Use you store coupons (they will literally take ALL including expired ones) and the savings is fantastic!

I typically shop at the Mesa BB&B but I was in the area of the Tatum Store, first time ever at this location, on Nov 10th. All the staff at this store are EXTREMELY helpful. I couldnt find a square type crock pot and continued shopping. An exemplary employee came looking for me after she researched & found one to my liking. She set it up for home delivery. Another employee, Natalie C, assisted me with shipping gifts out of state, free of charge.The store was quite busy on this Saturday & in spite of it I observed all the employees stopping to inquire from customers if they needed assistance. Great store for customer service all around!

Ohmygosh! I LOVE this BBandB location (Shea and Tatum)! They are so helpful without being intrusive. Every single employee there greeted me with a smile and a pleasant verbal exchange. I signed up for the annual 20% coupon. I had some issues with uploading my information but everything was soon fixed and it already paid for itself on the first visit. What a terrific store!

This location carries so much more product lines (firm make up to good) to choose from than all other locations. They were also quick to open more cashiers when the lines got over 2 people.
