In for service. Afterwards, my original battery was dead when I went to leave. It was almost 4 years old. They took my vehicle back in and installed a new battery, and I was ready to go within 20 minutes. Jason was very polite and efficient. Only complaint was the high price for battery and installation, but that is true of all dealerships, in my experience. And, the warranty was only for 30 months. Would have thought for the price, the warranty would be 36months.

Had a collision and my SUV was sent to courtesy Chevrolet for repairs. I was amazed at how painless and little time I had to spend on getting my vehicle corrected. Had three visits with the company and everytime it was simple and out the shop within 10 mintues. They are very professional and courteous and get the job done right. Great service except they tried to sell me a brake fluid and power steering fluid flush. I just had both of those services done about 3,000 miles ago… That kind of behavior doesn’t build trust…

Pretty disappointed. $900 / 3 day repair, which included oil change. I would expect some basic service! You know, tire pressure, fluids, maybe a clean car.... certainly didnt check tire pressure, so Id bet there was no Multi point inspection as stated on invoice. Definitely no documentation of any inspection. Got a dirtier car back than I dropped off.Last time they did my brakes and I was spewing brake fluid for a month. Im guessing some rookie didnt have any experience bleeding brakes. I should have trusted my instinct to not go back.I used to think it was good to bring your car to a dealership once in a while. Guess thats not true anymore. Not this dealership anyway.Only reason they got 2 stars is because Dallas, the Service Rep. was courteous and kept me pretty well updated on progress.

This camelback location was amazing ! They were honest, & very fast. I will never go anywhere else besides this location. They didn’t make any mistakes on my paperwork, we told them what we wanted and what we could afford and not ones they tried to (bull****).

Horrible experience. I have bought my last purchase from Courtesy. Never again will I do business with Courtesy. I was shopping around for a Tahoe. Nobody in town had one. Out of the blue I get a call from Courtesy Chevrolet that one became available but I had to get there today. I told them I was on my way but 70 miles away. Sales guy said no problem that if I was there by 5pm it was mine. I told him I would buy it sight unseen and knocked out the credit app. I made the 70 mile drive in traffic and arrived at 4:45pm. I checked out the Tahoe for about 10 minutes and a kid came out to take it to detail and said it was sold. I thought he was referring to me and they were detailing it before I got there. The sales guy I spoke with never came out. Eventually a manager came out apologizing that they just sold it. No empathy at all as I started questioning him about it and the things they had promised me to get me on the lot that day. I told the manager I had submitted my credit app and said I would buy it. There again was no empathy but a half hearted apology and shrugging shoulders. He said My General Manager wasnt holding it for anybody and he wanted it sold as soon as possible. This again after the salesperson said he had approval from this same joke clown GM that they were holding it. Long story short. Courtesy Chevrolet jerked me around. I then walk across the street and an hour later I was rolling off the the COULTER GMC lot in a brand new Yukon. Here are pictures of that beauty in the showroom and again in my driveway. Good riddance Courtesy Chevrolet. You suck.

Noah was great. I was a little concerned because my last experience at the dealership was not good and this was not starting off well. I had set the appointment with Noah and then I started to receive text messages stating your appointment is at a different time. I would send a text back to correct it. Then later get another text about another appointment. So wasn’t sure. I get there and meet with Noah and he was super friendly, without being fake, and very knowledgeable. Worked with me until I got what I needed for my growing family.

I brought my 2019 Tahoe in for an oil change and quotes on a couple of different repair items but after the vehicle had been there for 10 days, I was still unable to receive quotes for work. I guess the dealership didn’t want my money or perhaps Julian the employee was the issue since he didn’t seem to care and was very unenthusiastic about helping me as in it seemed to be a bother to him. As a business owner I know I would be upset if my employees were turning away business. I would recommend somewhere better managed.

Montana has a great sense of urgency in keeping his customers informed. He is knowledgeable and has very good attitude with every situation. He is highly recommended!

I explained that I didnt need 1 of the services in my 60K mile service, and the dealership was kind(and honest) enough to remove it from the price as well. And all the services that were done were excellent.

Service was done well and promptly. My question about another unscheduled issue was also addressed to my satisfaction. Recommended service on the printout was not reviewed verbally. I am disappointed that Courtesy Chevrolet has “changed the rules in the middle of the game “ by now limiting the free oil changes for veterans to one a year.

They worked the deal but it took two weeks to get there vehicle, because we are our truck drivers and are only in town for the weekend. Then they removed the running boards stating that they werent safe and have yet to follow-up on we they are going to fix that issue. As long as youre in town to bug them I guess everything is fine but dont be someone that travels and they dont care about you! Well thats how I feel about the issue! Until they prove me wrong!

We worked with Stephanie and Johnny would go back to work with them again. The entire process was quick and they were very easy to work with.

I scheduled a service appointment to have an oil change, but mostly to look into a vibration that started occurring a couple weeks before the appointment. I explained what the vibration felt like and when it occurred. I told him the engine had to be at operating temperature and that they needed to test drive it on a highway for 5-7 miles where the speed is consistent 45-50 MPH. That is when there is a on and off vibration felt in the steering wheel. Not a tire vibration. The appointment was at 10 AM last Monday. I was told the transmission shop would not be able to look at it for a few days, but that they would do a diagnostic check and the oil change while waiting. I left a voice mail and two text messages on Tuesday for an update. The Service Advisor got back to me late Tuesday afternoon, saying it would be two-three days before the Transmission shop could look at it. I VMd and text again on Thursday afternoon for an update. No reply. On Friday I VMd and text in the afternoon a couple more times. No reply. At about 2:10 PM I called and asked for the Service Manager, told him about the lack of communication. He said the Service Advisor would contact soon. 40 minutes later, I got a call saying they could not find anything wrong. I picked up my truck, and of course, within 4-5 miles down the road, the vibration started. After reviewing the paperwork, I noticed the odometer reading indicated the truck travel 3 miles. After having my truck for a week, they did not test drive it they way I told them to. In all fairness, Courtesy did not charge me for the visit, but I still have a concerning vibration. I am a repeat buyer of Chevys and will try a different Dealership and hope they listen to me about the problem.

The salesperson was very nice, but the price we were given last night AND on the internet suddenly increased by $5,000 after we drove in to see the vehicle today.It was blamed on the manager......too bad he doesnt have the salesmans back.We wont be back.

After browsing the inventory online, I called and asked whether a specific vehicle was still on the lot. The salesperson confirmed that it was and invited me to come down to have a look.I stopped by about an hour later and checked in to meet the salesperson I had spoken to earlier. He started showing me around the lot, pointing out vehicles that he thought might be of interest. After he’d pointed out several vehicles that I had absolutely no interest in, I reminded him that I was there to see the vehicle I had called about. At that time he looked at me “that truck isn’t on the lot anymore.” I asked what the heck happened because we had just spoken on the phone an hour ago. Caught in a bold faced lie, he stood there with a blank look on his face and said nothing. Finally, he said “Yeah, sorry about that. Let’s see if we can get you into something else today.” Unbelievable.Even worse is that the dealership not only condones this behavior but they actually encourage it. Do whatever it takes to get a potential customer on the lot. They’ve lost my business for life and I’ll tell anyone else who’s shopping for a vehicle to stay away as well.
