We put together a plan that worked for me, I then flew out to AZ, (from CA), and checked out the car in person... then finished the transaction.Upon my arrival, Alec had the car detailed with a full tank of gas. We went for a good test drive and went inside to finish up the final paperwork. If I had MY stuff completely together before I arrived, I think I wouldve been there less than 20 minutes. These guys really had their stuff together at this dealership.At a time where most NEW car transactions are over MSRP and most used car transactions are through the roof... you can get a really good deal here if you find the vehicle you want. Just know, you get whats in front of you... so be sure the vehicle is right for you. Theres no such thing as a good deal on the wrong car.These guys had some of the cleanest paperwork I have seen. Every number on all the paperwork was transparent, fair, and exactly as stated. No tricks, no hidden fees, its all right there in front of you.Alec was professional, polite, and fun to work with through the entire process. During my short time at the dealership, the other employees seemed to really genuine and great as well. It was a great breath of fresh air compared to many other dealerships.If you are in the market for a car, these guys are definitely worth a look and its no problem at all to buy the car coming from out of state... Friendly, honest and true to their word, Jeff and the team at Overstock where great to work with! I originally showed up to see a truck that I saw online but they had already sold it. When I arrived Overstock had a better truck on the lot ready to go, they were generous with my trade and though I purchased an in demand product they did work with me for a fair price. I have suggested them too many of my friends when they’re shopping. Overstock vehicles work with multiple credit unions to get you a great rate. We ended up purchasing a 2012 Ram 3500 after searching for almost a month for one that was in our price range. The truck had a minor suspension issue that I requested they add to the “we owe” and they worked hard to correct it. I now have a truck that feels brand new even though it’s almost 9 years old.

Searched for a Jeep Rubicon for over a week online diligently that was in my budget. Found one in good condition at Overstock Vehicles.com. Sent an offer, called in and talked to Jeff on Saturday afternoon/evening. We picked up the Jeep Monday afternoon (closed on Sundays, which for me is a good sign). Jeff was great over the phone and in person. Overall I was happy because I was ready to adjust and manage my own expectations and not be dependent upon having someone else do it for me. This seems to be a diminishing trait amongst the public at large, it shouldnt be. There should be some kind of test you have to take on expectation management in order to graduate elementary school. I would have preferred a little more explanation of the minor dent when I asked if there were any disclaimers... but overall I saved almost $10k compared to all the other Rubicons on the market. So even with the dent, the price and expedient service make this a five star experience. I have kids and we will off road, hard to frown when your romping in the dirt and mud.

Alec was extremely professional and helpful. I put a deposit down to hold the car for 72 hours, since it was a hike to get there. Test drove the car. Nice car, but they called the interior “peanut butter” while all I could think was “baby poop!” 😂. Had an issue with the side mirrors plus I wanted a diagnostic done. They did that AND changed the oil. Ultimately couldn’t get past the interior color, so they IMMEDIATELY refunded my deposit! Great folks and very responsive. I’d check them out again, if they have a car I like!

You learn the true nature of a business when you have a problem! My daughter bought a 2017 mustang from Overstock. The first day the check engine light came on and the muffler fell off. Took it in to them they said they would take care of it. They fixed the muffler and replaced the catalytic converter. We took it home. The check engine light came back on. We brought it back in and they replaced the O2 sensors. We brought it home. The light came back on. They again replaced the sensors. The light came back on. We ended up taking it into the Ford dealership to figure out why the light kept coming back on. The ford dealer replaced the PCM. We brought it home. The engine light came back on again. We had to go back to Ford again.....Finally figured out the sensors they used when they replaced them to begin with were after market sensors and were not compatible with the car. After Ford put the proper sensors in the light never came back on! This truly was not an experience I ever wanted to have but Lionel came through for us! He made sure we were taken care of. I know they probably lost money on the sale of this car after putting so much money into it for us but they have earned my future business! They have fair prices without tons of extra fees like other dealers. I will most certainly buy from them in the future and tell my friends to as well. Thank you Overstock!

I found overstock by accident when I was out looking for trucks on Labor Day 21. They were open, and had a very large selection of all kinds of cars and trucks. I was looking for a Ford F150 4WD with low miles. They are a car wholesaler, and sell mostly to dealers, but also to the public. We found an 18 F150 XTR 4WD with 52K miles and in excellent condition. Prices seem to be on par with Carvana, and lower than dealers.they have a one no-haggle price model, and we had a finance deal worked out by the next morning. I worked with Alec and he was nice and really easy to work with. They washed the truck, but didnt do any vehicle service. Alec explained that their prices are much lower than any dealer, since they are a wholesaler.Overall Overstock is a good place to buy if you know what you are looking for. Price is lower than dealers, but cars are sold AS-IS. The vehicle does have 15 day engine/power train coverage.

This company does very poor business. I found a great car at a great price and had a contract signed for the advertised price. As I was processing my loan I received a call saying that they made an error and could not sell me the car for the advertised price because they made a mistake. The cost of the car was posted on their site for $25,700 but then asked for $32,500. When asked about the price change I was told that it was human error and they would not sell me the car and broke the purchase agreement contract. This is a terrible business.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Overstock Vehicles and there was no sales pressure and the team at Overstock were friendly and accommodated me taking the vehicle for a mechanical review. Was pleased with the experience and Lionel was a huge help throughout the process.Additional information over a month from the sale. The temporary license plate issued by Overstock Vehicles expired as their third-party MVD contractor has not processed the paperwork. Therefore a new AZ plate was required. As it turns it the paperwork given to me by the dealership had the incorrect name and therefore when Overstock went to issue the new plate MVD wouldn’t allow due to a poor MVD record. When trying to work this out with the dealer they hung up on me. I’m starting to wonder if this is a shady dealership.
