So In-Power Motors the main on on buckeye was immaculate . My girl Valery got me into exactly what I wanted with 2K down and very low payments . When I went to go test drive it had a few lights on which I immediately brought it to her attention and they fixed it right away . I also went to In power motors 5 to check out the other jeep renegades and Ashley was amazing . STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM IN-POWER MOTORS 3 THOUGH . From the time I walked in they were extremely rude tried to tell me what I can afford and didn’t even allow me to look at vehicles even though I was sent by Valery and was already approved . I ended up back with Valery at In power 1 and everything was amazing . THANK YALL 🥰

I was talking to Karime about financing someone on SSI without a co-signer. Friday even I received a text stating that Karime talked to the finance manager and he said they would finance me without a co-signer if I put down 800-1000 I said ok. On Saturday my dad and I drove from Coolidge, AZ all the way to the buckeye location. My dad hadnt slept and just drove from 24th st where he works to Coolidge to pick me up so we can go test drive a car. Karime told me to ask for a Luis Luna which my dad did. When I sat down he took my license and when he came back he said I needed a co-signer. I showed him the message from Karime but he didnt care and continued to tell me I needed a co-signer. By this time I was livid because we drove 45+ miles for nothing. They wasted my time and gas. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone because they lie any real business wouldve made it right but nope not them. Thats bad business.

First off found 3 or 4 vehicles I liked and was interested in, ex sister-in-law bought her car from these guys said it was easy in and out. How ever this was not the case for me, called because website would not let me apply online the lady took down my info and assured me she would get on it and see what they could do, a week later still nothing. I called in and spoke to a very nice lady who immediately got to work for me on the truck I most desired and came back with a 2k down I called back with a few other options trying to work my down payment down and every car I asked about on the website was not available and with no assistance from the person I spoke with I now have a hard hit on my credit and no prospects on any vehicles, needless to say I wish I could give them my business and that of others in my circle but I can not honestly say they would be happy.

They don’t even deserve one star for me!!!!Thank you and the vehicle was actually for my daughter. We have been looking for quite sometime for a Chevy Malibu. I saw a couple on their website advertised so I called to see about a white one they had for 12300. My daughter had 10,000 to put down as she has been saving her money for the past few months. No one answered so after several attempts we decided after several calls to head into the car lot. When we got there I was greeted by a young man named Miguel who was absolutely amazing and was trying to do everything he could to help us get a car. I went in there very specific about what we saw and what my daughter wanted and could afford. They ran her credit and then minutes later told me the car was not available. First of all if they knew the car was sold they should have never run her credit as you know this dings her every time. Then Miguel went to talk to the finance manager who then came in and shook my hand. From there Miguel said I think we have another Malibu let me call really quick. He calls and then says yes we I said is it the same price? He says no its 17000 and I said well I dont want my daughter to finance that amount so we will just keep looking elsewhere. And we left. Almost immediately after leaving your lot we get a call from that manager guy and he began to tell me he had another Malibu but for 17000 and I kindly said no thank you its too much for my daughter to finance as she is a college student and only wanted to finance a couple thousand to help build her credit. He then said well I have a 2015 malibu with less miles for sale and I said no unfortunately she is looking for a 2016 body style and the 2015 is the model she does not want he then began to say well she should get what she could afford and I said you have no clue what my daughter can afford he began to try an belittle me about money and finances and I said if he worked hard and saved 10,000 dollars for a car we he just settle for a car that is cheaper because its cheaper and drive something he is unhappy with and he said well I would drive what I could afford and if it was cheaper then yea. I said listen To what your telling me and I said I know your trying to make sale but I refuse to let me daughter purchase something that she is unhappy with. He just continued to try and argue with me about what my daughter could afford. I drove to the Chevy Dealership and she got exactly what she wanted for the exact price she wanted. The service there is horrible and I would never recommend anyone go there. I’m a single mom trying to show my kids responsibility and this was the most horrible experience for my daughter’s first purchase. Please don’t go to them!!!

Perfect car purchase experience. Mario helped me out and made sure I was confident with my purchase. Poor customer service after I purchased my car, I was called to take my car back for an inspection, I called to speak to Jackie, the gentleman that answered would not transfer me to her. Once I was finally transferred to Jackie, she answered my question, was short with me, and hung up on me before I could ask another question. I’ve received better treatment (customer service) from McDonald’s..

I would give negative Stars if I could. 2 days ago I asked to get information about a green Fiat 500L that was listed for $6, 999, I got a call maybe an hour later I asked if its still available I even clarified that I was looking for the automatic 2014 Green Fiat 500L. Leslie who was the woman on the phone told me but it was still available and that I should come by that same day. A few hours later I went in and the people there told me that the car hadnt been there for a while and continued to try to sell me more expensive cars. I wasnt interested so I left and continued looking for cars. I have been spam called and spam texted from them trying to sell me other more expensive cars. The only way I got them to stop was by spam calling them. Since I dont have a car I had to ask my mom who lives in Avondale to drive all the way up to Mesa to pick me up and then drive 30 minutes to your shop just to go there and it not be there, and continuing to call me and text me is harassment.

I promise I will never recommend this company to purchase a vehicle, I should have checked the reviews myself as well, I purchased a vehicle from this company in February of 2021 and I have had to bring this vehicle (chevy impala) back 3 times , each time they have kept i guess my vehicle for over two weeks each time. Vehicle has transmission issues and I was told the second time i brought it back from a supposed to be supervisor that they are ordering a transmission, will put it on n call when its ready, gt car back still same problem, they now currently have my vehicle and its going on two weeks tomorrow and I still dont have my car, called two times today gt the runaround even though I was told that George would call back Ive had it with this dealership, I hate to post this now considering they still have my vehicle but I run a small landscaping business and I would never do my clients like this. I was told they were doing me a favor when I brought it the second time that they were giving a 3 month warranty on the transmission and I could bring it back within 14 days, I dont think Ive even drove this vehicle constantly for 14 days, BUYER BEWARE. YOUVE BEEN WARNED

I came here for my first car and the best experience I would’ve never thought I would receive. I was approved for one car but something went wrong with it and they got me into a way better car the day after!! This is the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership I went in was not greeted when I came in the building I sat for 20 minutes before I had to ask for the person I was supposed to meet and they said that the gentleman I was supposed to meet was dealing with someone else even though I had an appointment setup. I asked the guy I was supposed to have an appointment with what was going on the guy said that the plates were getting put on the car so I waited. I proceeded to wait for another 30 minutes and finally asked for some help and what was going on he says “yeah whatever you say” and walks away from me as I’m talking and closes the door behind him please don’t waste your time

I went with the recommendation of my new husband. He had a good experience with his last car and trusted I would have the same. I did. We dealt with Jorge and Sergio. Both were friendly , professional and helpful in making sure I left with a good deal and a sound mind with regards to my choice in my new vehicle. The car I chose had trouble with the AC but I was assured it would be fixed before leaving the lot. It was, but three days in I the AC went out and the engine light came on. Jorge immediately saw to it that the car was fixed properly and returned to me working perfectly with the promise that if anything further happened I could take it back with the same helpfulness and good will that I experienced this time. I would recommend going through them for a used car if you are feeling uneasy and need peace of mind they would be a good choice.

It was a bunch of back and forth price changing last minute and the longest wait with no results at all... never would I ever go back there.. horrible beyond horrible experience...

Im a first time buyer came with full confidence and this dealership didnt let me down. Carlos aslo known as Tigre was fast and honest with his job. Never felt ripped off or any negative energy. Highly recommend.

I would stay away from this place they are very pushy. Tried to pressure me to sign with a 24 percent interest rate. Also didn’t disclose previous accidents that they new about. Airbag light is on also tpms sensor is on was discussed to be fixed before signature of vehicle brought it in a few days later to be told that they probably or wouldn’t be able to fix asked me to bring the truck in again In a weak for them to take a look at it again. They couldn’t even fix I the first time. Almost 1 month later I get a call to have to bring it back in to do an inspection on the truck for the title super inconvenient. Then they decided to charge me 172 dollars for my plate my I checked my dmv account and my registration is only 89 dollars and for a Emms test it’s 17 dollars every other year. This was a lesson for me.

1 star too many! They advertised a truck they didnt have. Went there right after i was asked to come test drive. Sales guy i met with said he didnt remember seeing the truck. Another employee said it had been sold. Next day I was contacted by Leslie and Fernanda to come test drive the same non existent truck. I live near Prescott so obviously I dont appreciate being lied to and driving over an hour because of a lie.

Ive watched movies on bad dealerships and have seen it on court tv. This is my first experience of a trashy dealership. They seem professional but its a hoax. We sit there waiting on our car and six or seven other customers brought there vehicles back. And the sad part about it is they all was within a week of purchased. Not satisfied at all. If you comfront them in a way of knowing they screwed you then they get very angry and start making up more lies.

Bought a car from them in June of 2020 today I decided to swap out my spark plugs and took out the fuel injectors they were ripped all the out on them was electrical tape instead of swapping them out would highly not recommend going here

Bought a car from here 3 weeks ago.Passenger headlight didnt work.I took it back 3 times until it was finally fixed. Which i cant say for sure that it is right now.Two times when i dropped it off i had to call to see if it was ready. They never contacted me to notify me the car was ready.The 3rd time i dropped it off they hit my car in their parking lot!When i went to pick it up they lost my keys and tried to tell me to come back the next day!Unorganized. Unprofessional.I highly suggest you take your money elsewhere and save yourself a headache.
