This is by far the best place Ive ever bought car. I found one of their cars online and came to check it out, these guys were really relaxed and friendly during the whole process, not an ounce of pressure. I did end up buying the car from them and not only did I genuinely feel like they gave me a good deal but they didnt ghost afterwards. They sold me a truck that has fuel pump problems and speed sensor issues when I called they tried to bs me about how the warranty doesnt cover it told it was in perfect conditions also they knew I drove from nevada they made me bring it back and claimed they fixed the issues never did nothing to the car now they wont respond straight rip off

THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BE WARNED!!!! If I could give no stars I would. I bought a car for $10,000 on a loan. The vehicle was sold to me without the dealership informing me that the vehicle had been in an accident, to which the airbags have been deployed. I learned this when I narrowly avoided an accident with a semi and where the horn should have been my hand sunk four inches into the steering wheel. The placemat was glue over the passenger side airbag. I mentioned the issues and they stated that they would fix that and the passenger seatbelt and they didn’t after having my car in the shop for almost two weeks! My car ran well for three months before the electric in the car started to act odd. In January (four months after the point of sale) the lights would shut off while I was driving both inside and outside of the vehicle and it would stop suddenly while I was driving. Five months later (February) my vehicle died for good as the computer went out. Now I owe $10,000 and am without transportation to get to work to pay it off.

Last week I was in a terrible accident that I was able to walk away from by my vehicle was totaled. We’ve had some struggles so getting a new vehicle wasn’t going to be easy. So I went to their Bell location when they had it and bought a Chrysler Pacifica (love that car). Put $500 down, traded in a 1997 Blazer and drove it off the lot. Went right across the street to get gas and couldnt put gas in the car. Luckily, I pray about everything - especially big purchases. Took the car back - they refunded my money and I gave me my car back, which was in better shape than the vehicle they tried to sell me. Im still driving the 1997 Blazer.If you shop here, Im convinced you will be sorry. Im not sure why this place is still in business, but BUYERS BEWARE - SHADY PRACTICES.

I went there hoping to meet up with people who were honest, capable, and stood by their word..instead, i was lied to, met with deceptive business practices, and feeling like i had been hustled.. fair exchange is not an accurate.brand. when i asked if the loan was an amortized loan, the most common one for home and auto, i was told yes. once by the salesman.and twice by the financial officer.when i confronted her later about that fact she said, she hadnt understood my question.. shes handling the financial docs of auto loans and she wasnt aware of amortized loans, or the fact that mine wasnt one?.GIVE ME A BREAK!!! .

I went to the Fair Exchange Auto Sales due to an ad I saw on Craigs List that said they work with all types of credit. I have been struggling with other dealerships that only wanted to work with me to get into a low end car and all I wanted was a nice truck. I walked in, told them what I wanted, they ran my credit, brought out a truck for me to test drive then we made a deal. I left with the truck I wanted and am very pleased with how I was treated. Tim was our sales guy and he was nice and didnt try to pressure us into anything, Other dealers we went to were more concerned about selling an extra warranty than the actual vehicle. We found a car that we liked and checked it out, It wasnt 100% cleaned out it still had things from the last owner in the center consul and soda in the cup holders but those can all be cleaned up. The buying process was fast and easy, We did a trade in which went good as well. The parking lot was well lit and spaced out, the office building was kept clean, well lit and in good condition.

This place is such a joke I got my wife a suv paid almost 10 grand for it. The battery was dead the front window was broken. also the engine lite was on we were told the engine would be taken care of they only give you a 15 day warranty I took proof there was something wrong after a bunch of times calling and going up there they will do nothing for you and wait till your plates are no good till they do there job. Do not buy from them waste of time and money. Nothing was ever fixed do not trust them.

Crooks!! Dont Go there! They put false info on the window stickers, refused to send me my plates saying i owed them $1000 for a down payment which my receipt cleary shows I paid then sold my truck at auction without a single phone call 3 days after it was involved in a wreck. Now have a charge off on my credit report. Have obtained legal help and are in the midst of that now. Avoid buying from them unless you enjoy grabbing your ankles and if that case get yourself some help.

All they care about is you signing that paper, once that is done you are nothing to them. Then the owner (who is the rudest most immature of the group) threatened to keep my car if i didnt pay an amount he made up with no paperwork, approval, or further details. I really needed a break after getting into a motorcycle accident and losing my vehicles. they went above and beyond and cut me that brake even after the whole time I was there I said they were gonna be able to do anything. if your down bad credit or just need help I recommend these people.

Terrible experience. Terrible staff. Women up front hung up on me when I was trying to get a hold of the service manager. Salesman was a liar, owner a liar and the only decent person was Matthew in the service department. They said they were putting on two new tires and gave me used ones that were worse than the ones on there before. Took my car in 5 times within a week of purchase to get worked on and still were problems. Trashy place. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Said they would compensate me for the times I had to bring the car in and they didn’t do anything. Go elsewhere. Plenty of other places on bell road.

They give you a good buying experience and after you purchase they really dont care about you. Very bad customer service. Been waiting for my plates for a month I called them today and they told me emissions was expired and they never informed me. A couple days after I purchased my vehicle brakes started failing I took it to the dealership and everyday they would tell me that it was going to be ready the next day and it never was, they kept giving me different excuses. When they returned the car to me they gave it to me with the same problem brakes kept locking. So overall very poor customer service. They only care about selling the car not the customer.

Very unprofessional. Was looking to test drive one of the vehicles on their lot, before I would be allowed to do that, I had to fill out a credit app so that I didnt waste anyones time. Wouldnt go back there, and wouldnt recommend them to anyone else.

Terrible service. They only are in it for the money. We bought a truck that will be costing us $15,0000 in the long run, it needed an oil change after driving it for the first week and it was past due according to the sticker on the inside of the truck, we asked if they could give us a oil change for free they told us to bring it in, they looked over the truck and told us the oil would need to be changed in a month which made no sense as to why they couldn’t do it now knowing my warranty would be up by then and I would have to pay for it. Then we started noticing all the cosmetic issues inside the truck not to mention the noise that was getting worse coming from the engine. We took the truck to get evaluted and was told there was 2 motor mounts broken, the transmission motor mount, the rpm would jump up and down when I would stop at a light, and a rear seal was leaking. All in which by this time I would have to pay for to get fixed when there was no way everything breaks in a matter of month was because of me. They must never have even evaluated the truck before it was sold to me. Let’s keep in mind the truck already was at 169k miles, I am paying 450$ a month alongside with insurance and then they don’t wanna pay for what was already wrong with the truck. I would not recommend anyone to go here. Like I said , they are only in it for your money! Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Sadly I was a repeat customer and not treated the same as I was the first time. If Noel comes out to speak to you, walk away! They have taken almost a year to finish getting all the parts that was needed. Sure they got me into the vehicle fast, because they didnt want to take care of it. No one calls back to answer questions. They were so good to us the first time but this time, totally screwed up with this vehicle.

Aweful!!!!!!!! Just horrible. I bought a car and I have had nothing but problems with it. I got the run around with the stuff they said they would fix. Either the part wasn’t available or the mechanic quit or walked out. I will never go back to them. I’ve had the car for 4 months now and It has been in the shop longer then I’ve had it. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. honestly the customer service I got from the owner and one of his employees named MATHEW was just completely horrible. Mathew was being very rude over the phone when I went in there to speak with the owner MACK he was Apologizing for the behavior of MATHEW when in reality he was supposed to apologize for himself and when he did he literally just laughed in my face. I leased a vehicle that was already giving up on me I didn’t even have the vehicle for a week. I demanded a refund of my down payment and they refused to when they have a sign hanging up on the wall saying every vehicle is refundable. I will begin a lawsuit for this scam, also I got a call from SS and said that they were using my social for fraudulent activities. I can go on and on about my bad experience that I had here but I’m pretty sure you can read the rest of the bad reviews on here for that. I got an excellent 2010 Camaro. They refused to fail me and put me in some junker. Something that they didnt push which I think everyone should be aware of is the 2 year warranty. It is really comprehensive and helps you out in some sticky situations. I know $1,500 can sound like a lot but, for what it offers I feel it is truly worth it. Look for Noel thats who helped me out.

I have poor credit and its impossible for me to get a loan for a used car without putting several thousand dollars down, if at all. I went to Fair Exchange because it is extremely close to my home. All I had to do to get into a car there was make a small down payment. After 9 months of paying for the car that I initially qualified for, I used my trade-in value on it to trade up to an 07 Honda Accord. Its the nicest car Ive ever owned and I am more than satisfied. During my time there I received personalized service, including from the owner himself. They worked with my budget and bent a lot in order to get me into this car. I would recommend their dealership to anyone.

This has been a great experience for me. I was very satisfied with their customer service and professionalism. I looked at other cars earlier and was qualified at 2 other car lots for junkies from the 90s. Fair exchange got me into a 09 Ford Fusion. We have had a few minor problems with the car, but the folks there have helped fix every thing!

WORST!! dealership to go to never again, they sell messed up cars and trucks that don’t show defects till later and lie about their agreements. The owner himself is a joke not comiting to what was issued when the vehicle was first bought. It’s false advertisement and they just don’t care what so ever after you’ve signed. They lied about fixing a car that was never being fixed and stated I had to fix it myself when in the contract it said they were obligated to fix specific defects and did NOT follow through and on top of that when I took the car to a local mechanic he said the cars parts were not the right parts, they belonged to different car. I strongly insist for you to not invest buying a car or truck here unless you want to lose more money. This is unacceptable.

My boyfriend and I bought a truck here and we were surprised at how fast the deal was done and how courteous the staff was. There were some minor issues with the truck that needed fixing and not only were they fixed but we were given proof of the new parts that were used and the work that was done. We are pleased with our experience.
