This was my experience buying a CPO vehicle from them. Oddly enough when they asked for feedback my link wouldnt allow negative feedback.This is a summary of dealing with them a few weeks ago.Having sales people that dont follow up on what they promise.When a customer buys a CPO vehicle having the CPO report at time of sale.Having the credibility when buying a CPO vehicle that the CPO was actually done and not sending falsified documents and after the fact having us bring the vehicle back to have the CPO inspection done.This was my fourth vehicle I bought from your dealership and will be my last. I also have contacted BMW North America about my experience.

I hate car dealerships and buying cars in general. However, Lauren Till and BMW North Scottsdale are awesome. I’ll never buy a car from anybody else. I was moments away from buying a BMW 330e thinking I’d be able to use it in the HOV lane to make my new, longer, commute more bearable. Lauren didn’t let me buy the car as Arizona recently changed its laws and hybrids no longer get AV plates. Lauren did not have to be honest but she was. I bought a used Tesla from her instead. I got a great deal and had an awesome experience. Lauren had my wife and I out of there in 30 minutes after we agreed on price. No games. No asking the manager. Awesome experience. I will buy again.

I went with my son today to North Scottsdale BMW to just look around. As soon as my son approached Lauren, she immediately offered to help us, guided us to the second floor where they had pre owned vehicles. She gave me a complete tour, guidance, assistance in the most courteous and friendly manner. She made sure I was comfortable test-driving it. My experience was phenomenal with her. Update....North Scottsdales Service Department has responded to the situations Ive had with my M4 since my purchase, and I appreciate their Manager Patrick at the Service Department and North Scottsdale BMW for doing so. Thank you for making it right.I recently purchased a 2015 BMW M4 from BMW North Scottsdale. This is the fourth BMW that Ive owned. I live out of State, so I was relying on the professionalism and integrity that has been my experience in the past with BMW dealerships. Although, this was not a certified pre-owned, I was told it went under much of the same scrutiny before being available to purchase. In the period of 2 months, I have had to bring my new car to BMW twice. Once for a faulty gas cap, which caused an error code requiring it to be replaced just so I could pass emissions, which BMW North Scottsdale did honor and replace, and now a battery replacement is needed, costing over $2,400, and front brake pads down to 4mm, just 1mm shy of needing replacement. This isnt the type of sale I would expect from reputable dealership. Full disclosure wouldve been appreciated, so I as a consumer can make a decision as to whether or not to purchase the vehicle. I would recommend that anyone who purchases a pre-owned vehicle from BMW North Scottsdale to obtain a third party professional vehicle inspection and report before committing to the purchase. Lastly, Ill say that my salesman, Tyler Joens has been very responsive to my concerns. Full disclosure is all that anyone should expect when making such a purchase from BMW.

My service experience has been the best. While waiting for my 2017 540 to be serviced I met Brogan McGuire. He showed me the 2019 M550 and I knew that would be the next car. We stayed in touch and when the 2020 M550 became available I was in.Brogan has an enthusiasm for the BMWs and really knows everything about the cars. I usually know quite a bit going in but he surpassed me. Very impressive. His knowledge and follow up are impeccable. Buying experience was decent. F&I experience was probably the most pleasant Ive ever had. Brought my new 19 X5 back for the tint and it was returned to me with overspray from the tint install throughout my new vehicle. Pictures attached in front seat area are after the service department cleaned it up a bit, but before I detailed it. I noticed the streaks and blotches of overspray in the fabric of the rear and tailgate and rear seat headrest posts when I went to clean it. The chemical was everywhere - no doubt on all the leather. Disappointing first trip to the service department of BMW North Scottsdale.
