Complete waste of time guy barely even knew what was wrong with my system and doesnt even have proper equipment to diagnose and didnt offer to look into it further just basically sent me on my way with a list of things that could be the problem...thats the whole point of me coming to you to FIND THE PROBLEM but whatever never coming back to this place nor do I recomend anyone coming in....if i could id give this place no stars.

Over the past decade and a half I’ve gone to Soundwërks for audio installations, and even after attempting to cut corners by having a “buddy” do an install... that goes wrong. Stereo systems I’ve had installed are usually subwoofer and amp integrated with a newer technology premium factory head unit that could be a complex integration. Never seems to be an issue at first so it begins and after others have not been able to complete (usually) the Subwoofer and Amp to factory premium stereo application, I’ve gone and checked with Soundwërks (even with tail tucked) and sure enough, they’ve been able to make it right.. and had me bumpin’ in no time! To me, that’s great Professional service from an expert at work. Or “Wërk” in this case ;)Thanks. Again!

My father recently bought a used 2008 Lexus ES 350 with the Mark Levinson system. Unfortunately, the stereo died within few weeks. I have called multiple car stereo installation dealers all over the valley. All were vague when it comes to diagnostic quotes. One even completely declined to check it out.I accidently found Soundwerks. The gentleman named Guy was the most helpful person I ever spoke over the phone.My 80 year old father loves music and he was about to give up fixing his car stereo since it appears that the repair may be astronomical. Guy fixed the stereo back to working shape in very short time at a very reasonable price! My father so happy that he got his stereo back! God bless you Guy! You are our hero! :)

Wow Im so impressed by everyone here. I just purchase a Range Rover sport and they hooked it up with some great sound and also tinted my windows. I can tell they love what they do I will recommend them to everyone! Heads up dont go anywhere else this place is so honest all around!

Great auto stereo service and love Guy their in house electronic repair tech, he has fixed all kinds of things for me including musical equipment and home stereo.

Last Christmas my husband thought he was doing a nice thing by having a car alarm installed for my car, very sweet, however the alarm randomly goes off and has kept me awake all night going off every 20 minutes!! I took it in and said just disarm it!! I dont need an alarm!! Turn it off!! They pulled it around the side and said ok I disarmed the alarm but left the lock and unlock feature on, sounds good so you can imagine my surprise when the alarm randomly went off again a week or so later!!!!! So did he NOT disarm as I requested??? My husband took my car in the second time, they told him he needed the receipt, I dont know why they couldnt look in their computer system and find him, it was charged to his credit card!!! It STILL goes off!!! It woke me up just yesterday morning at 4am!!! Horrible service!!!

They helped troubleshoot an aftermarket system that was not purchased from their store. I feel like they charged a fair price and did a good job outlining what my future steps are.The building is in a certain state of disrepair, but that does not affect the service.

Worst experience ever ! I get my interlock done at this place and the owners/worker there has the worse attitude, the shop is dusty and dirty... the most dated stuff you could ever find, and again he is just a very unprofessional person, who lacks of customer service ! STAY AWAY from this shop !

2 x 2016 Dodge ChargersVery rude!.. Called to see if they did installation, people were very rude on the phone, so I figured maybe they were just having a rough day. Went in to look over thier inventory and again they were extremely rude.. Left there and want to Sun Valley audio and happily spent a couple grand in upgrades..

They did a great job with finding a product for my budget and giving me ideas for what they can build for me. After they were done installing the new speakers and subwoofer, the sound quality was amazing! A huge upgrade compared with what I had before. The only problem I had with them was the wait time. They quoted me 3 hours but I ended up waiting 6 hours. It also made me a little frustrated watching other customers come in after me and have there cars finished before mine. I understand installing new speakers and a subwoofer is a lot of work and can be hard to give an exact amount of time it should take, but a 3 hour difference is a little to much for me. Besides the wait I was very happy with there work. If I ever need any other audio upgrades to my car, This is the place I will go, but next time I will remember to double the wait time of what they quote me.

Very good shop, quick to answer tech questions and they know what products work best for your application to help you out and get you on your way.

Fair prices and I didnt feel like I was being upsold. I needed a new speaker since one of in blew. Although dreading the experience of dealing with people trying to hassle me into spending more, this was the complete opposite. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.
