After looking high and low for someone to install a viper alarm system, and being turned down because I bought the system myself I found Cooper on Google. I was hesitant at first but after I saw the amount of good reviews I took a chance. I am now very happy I took that chance I love the way he installed my alarm system he explained everything that is involved in the system. He also put a metal piece under my hood to prevent people from breaking into it to get it open. I am very happy with the price and quality of work he takes his time and sauders it all instead of using butt connectors which is a talent that is being lost. Cooper did an excellent job with my 1985 Toyota pickup! He is very knowledgeable about car alarms and his craftmanship is great. He walked me through all of the alarms features step by step and was very efficient. The best part is that he is mobile and works with your schedule. I was going to use a big box store but it was worth it to pay a little extra for his services. I would use him again. Highly recommend!

I bought a used car that didnt come with any key fobs and I didnt know it had an alarm. After some battery issues, the alarm would not stop going offand it didnt allow me to start the car. Cooper came to my house on the same day and programmed two fobs for my alarm and explained the details on how my alarm works. He even cleaned the battery terminals, checked the electrical draw, and taped up some loose wiring. Hes knowledgeable, friendly, and effective. I will be calling him soon to install a radio.

It’s not often you get to leave a review based upon not just a positive experience, but a second great experience five years later.Back in 2015, I chose an aftermarket remote (cellular) started for my car, as I was starting a job where Id be driving to ~6 locations daily, year-round, in a suit and tie...in Phoenix.Dronemobile/Compustart (great product) is what I chose, and that company referred me to Cooper at On-Site Auto Alarms for installation. At first, it seemed a little sketch as it was basically in someones yard. But it turns out Cooper and On-Site are outstanding and I’m lucky I found them.After installation, Cooper took his time to show me all the different features, and he made sure to tell me that sometimes adjustments are needed, perhaps the alarm will be too sensitive etc., and made sure I knew to contact him for assistance. Turns out the system worked flawless for five years.Before this install, I had another shop install a hitch and wiring harness. Stay tuned for why I mention the hitch.Fast forward to early 2020, the cellular network for the remote starter was going dark, so Dronemobile/Compustart proactively contacted me and offered an upgrade module. I tried to install the module myself (stay-at-home means we’re all handymen, right?) and I made a hash of it. I called Cooper to rescue me and offered to leave it with him for as long as necessary. I also asked him to take a look at my trailer hitch wiring because it wasn’t working.While trying to install the upgrade, I saw Cooper’s original work and saw how thorough and complete it was, everything tidy and shrink-wrapped. When I tried to diagnose the trailer lights, I saw the alternative – rushed and rigged, flimsy wiring slapped together with twist-on connectors.Cooper fixed everything, I mean everything, in one day – a Saturday. He installed the upgrade, fixed my mess and didn’t just repair but completely rewired my trailer hitch.Ten Stars: Two five star experiences.

Cooper was on time, professional, and easy to work with. I had to have my Car Alarm removed and he was done in under a half hour. I found out he can do window motor replacements too! I just replaced mine and it wasnt fun. I will call Cooper next time I need window motor or an alarm system.

Cant recommend Cooper enough. I was stranded in Phoenix with an immobilizer system installed in Canada in my Chevy 2500hd diesel. Was totally dead and the installation company was 2000 miles away. While they were trying to figure out what to do, I contacted Cooper. He was super understanding. Made my emergency his first priority. What a knowledgeable professional workman. Although he had not worked on this system before, he knew exactly what to do. Bypassed the system (which to anyone would have been a challenge), and shortly after the starting system was back to normal. Performs beautifully and will get me home. Cooper did the install without jeopardizing my first system therefore I now have a double layer of security for my truck. I had Cooper remove an old alarm system that was giving me fits. He also installed a new compustar system. First let me say that Im a picky guy when it comes to my truck. The alarm that he removed was a nightmare and I hated the way it was installed from the previous owner. I mentioned it to Cooper and he laughed said he doesnt do work like that. When he was finished installing the new system it looked like it came from the factory. Everything worked perfectly and my wiring was neat and tidy. Job well done. If your looking for the cheapest guy in town hes not your guy but if your willing to spend the extra 20 or so dollars its well worth it. Plus he came right to my house and gave me a lifetime guarantee on all the installed alarm components.

I called Cooper at On Site Auto Alarms as he was a PRO installer of CompuStar alarms and remote starters for my car. I explained to him what I was looking for and gave him my budget. I have a 2016 Forester and wanted an aftermarket remote start because the factory option had pretty terrible range and would shut off as soon as you open the door. That doesnt work for Phoenicians when its 115 degrees and youre trying to load groceries and a kid in the car and keep everything cool.Cooper let me know about the different options that CompuStar had and the benefits of each one. He also gave me a very good ballpark installed price for the remote start (he was driving and couldnt calculate Phoenix tax).The day before the install, I brought my vehicle to Coopers shop. Normally Cooper will come to you but my keys required cloning and that was done at his shop. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my vehicle overnight with him as it was in a secure, gated area.The install took a few hours and my vehicle was ready before 5PM on the day of the install. Coopers wiring was extremely clean and looks as though it came that way from the factory. He explained how the new remotes worked and how the factory remotes had some new functions as well. I paid, received a receipt, and was on my way. He let me know that if there were any problems to give him a call. His install had a lifetime warranty that he stands behind.I would definitely recommend On-Site Auto Alarms and Cooper for alarms, remote start, stereo install, and power-window motors. Cooper (the companys owner) is a great guy. I called him on a Saturday afternoon because my alarm wouldnt stop going off at random times, and I was having electrical problems with my car. He made an appointment for me on the next day. He was right on-time (to the minute), his price was so affordable and he was extremely knowledgeable about a cars electrical workings. He even pulled the door panel off and fixed another issue I was having with the electrical in the car, and to pull the panel off only cost $35 (Ive paid anywhere from $75-$100 to do that at repair shops). If you need an alarm or audio system or if you want to upgrade your car to include phone and iPod hookups, he has to be the person you call. My car works perfectly now, and the repairs only took about 2 hours.
