Titan bought my former Security company. There were many ongoing issues with installation and service with my former company. The owner of the company had sold and been paid in advance for services, equipment and products that were not working or provided. After literally hundreds of calls. Promising to schedule, resolve and install. Instead without notice sold the company to Titan.To state it mildly, was extremely upset and dubious when first spoke to Britney Ammons at Titian. Britney from my first call has always been pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Britney has followed through in a timely manner on everything discussed. Britney has worked diligently to resolve the issues with my security system and equipment. She has always been quick to respond. Britney scheduled an initial service call. I am ill and she has accommodated my medical appointments. The gentleman Derrick and Chris were not only on time! Both were professional, knowledgeable & pleasant. They worked to make the equipment in the house operational. Derrick developed a plan for installation. Both Titan and Britney have followed through on everything promised to date.They are coming out to install the rest of equipment. I feel more secure in my home! I will update after everything is completed. At this point very pleased with both Britney and Titans integrity and customer service. My experience with the former company has made me recognize and appreciate Britney and this stellar company. I highly recommend Titan!

Horrible place if business, I read the contract twice, and spoke with the sales agent (Britney) to verify the one year warranty for parts and labor, Britney assured the warranty. once I signed the contract document electronically, the document disappeared and now the new representative is being rude, his name is Mathew, super rude and unprofessional. The told me that the parts are warranted for a year from alarm.com, but their labor is not. Well the parts is for $237, labor for about $500. Then, he told me that he is done “arguing with me” and ended the call on his side. Super unprofessional and absolutely opposite of polite.Definitely do not recommend dealing with those people, and I will be filing a complaint to the office of attorney general to stop them from stealing from other clients as well.Bad company

I called Titan to request the removal of the video services as we have not used it for months. I asked if there would be reduction of the monthly fee less the video service. Not sure who is giving these good reviews. We have found Titan to be the worst vendor we have use over our 20 years. The product was defective, and was finished so poorly, they have repaired broken parts over 7 times in 9 months. They even had to come out and re-dig underground wiring that was underwater, yet the wiring had no rating for underground use. We would not recommend this company to anyone looking for security measures.Our owners are asking, why did we ever choose this company? As a relatively new Board member, I dont have a good answer for that question. The response from their own employees should have been enough to cause pause. This is a very nice company. We did a lot of research prior to selecting Titan. Very efficient and helpful. We did not add the camera due to monthly cost. Their monthly cost for added cameras was not anymore than anyone else. We have a very nice alarm system that we can control wit our phones for a fair price. It is easy to use.
