My nephew just started with the company and has talked very highly about the company. He came over showed me what the products could do and how much I could save with my homeowners insurance and with the smart thermostat. Andrew did our install and was on-time, courteous, clean and efficient. I have had the system for one full billing cycle and sure enough there was about a 15-17% savings from the thermostat and was able to get 20% savings since I have USAA for homeowners insurance. We called a company called Fort Knox security which is located in Texas and they contract with Alert 360 to install security systems in the PHX area. We had a rough start due to some communication errors between the two companies but those were figured out and we were taken care of. NOW to mention the techs that came out to do the install Eddie and Kevin. What nice guys! They installed everything we needed and educated us on other products that would work in our home as well. They were not pushy by any means just sincerely helpful. The price was very reasonable. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend Alert 360 to anyone who is need of an alarm system especially during these uncertain times in our country. It is hard to find people now days that take pride in their work and do what it takes to complete a job and do it right and not half A**. Kevin thank you for staying past hours to complete everything and answer the many questions my husband had.

The alarm system they set up is great. We like the app that lets us manage using our smartphones. We did have an issue with one window sending false alarms but they took care of it. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a professionally monitored alarm system.

I made a huge mistake in choosing this company. After having a problem related to a failure in my system I attempted to cancel my contract. I was not treated with respect. I was told that I could cancel my contract but would still be required to pay for the 25 months on my contract. Then the same man who fooled me into buying and made the error in the installation of my system causing the blaring alarm/static sound that went on for more than 30 minutes came to my home and threatened to take me to court to force me to pay for the 25 remaining months and equipment. All I wanted was the offending equipment removed from my home and Nothing to do with this company ever again. If you are looking for a home security system, my advice is Stay Away from long term contracts in general and Alert 360 Home Security in particular. Look for month to month home security contract. I gave 1 star only because I could not post with 0 stars.

The technician arrived promptly and was very efficient. My system’s issue was a difficult one and Kevin was so patient and accommodating. He had a pleasant attitude and never displayed frustration. Hopefully I won’t be in need of in-home repair again; but if I do, I’m going to request Kevin. Thank you, Alert 360 staffing, for employing him.

Alert 360 is a decent alarm company but I recently renewed for another three years. In negotiation I negotiated having a three year warranty on the equipment as well. This means if a technician has to come out its covered. what they dont tell you is that you still have to pay for a trip charge. it seems that every time you turn around theres a way to pull more money out of your pocket. This is the reason they got three stars and not five.

Make sure you read every line and every page of your contract, because unbeknownst to you they will automatically sign you up for a 12 month renewal without notifying you, as part of the original contract. Pretty shady stuff.
