Jeff and the crew fixed a monster to get blower motor and came in way way way under quoted. Its way to hard to find honest car places. They could of charged me a total of 352, but came in way way under that. Just a tad over 200. Thanks you all. During hard times these are good people. Good to experience this culture.

This mechanic shop has no integrity. The man they call the management does not return phone calls and is very arrogant. Went in there with a problem spent $550 that came out with the same problem I do not recommend you spend your money with This organization

My daughter made an appointment with them for late afternoon for her car and she ask me if a can help her taking the car to get service. I do had a busy day so, I went there an I ask them if they can take the car way early then the appointment. The gentleman ( a men on maybe his fifties) that help me was really nice and told me that dont worry. They let me know that it may was going to take about and hour but no, half hour later my daughters car was ready. Oh! And he even help me with the discount coupon that my daughter had.

Honestly, I have had great service and great experiences here in the past. However, the last time I went in, I asked them to inspect my brakes to determine if they were causing my steering wheel vibrations because I was told it might be my rotors. Well, they changed my rotors and pads for $500 (I also had them changed not that long ago) because they said they were worn and I needed new ones. They said they test drove the car and said they didnt feel vibration after. Vibration came back on my drive home, so it was clearly not a brake/rotor issue. While I am sure the job was done correctly and I did eventually need brakes/rotors, that did not address or resolve my issue so I would have appreciated if they told me they were not sure what was causing my vibration or if they told me it was not coming from the brakes. Mostly because I am stuck paying for additional diagnostics and repairs now.

I am do appreciate how they all were polite professional. I had a maintence light on the checked everything. I just bought the car shes older and the gentleman at the counter helped me get credit. I passed was able to fix the car. Do you know how it amazing it felt that I can use them when anything happens at anytime any where I am old school he really made the process easy. she runs great now. This place is honest which says a lot for mechanic shops. I wasnt overcharged and they didnt do anything other than what was asked and saved me money by telling me I didnt need all of what I was asking for. Would highly recommend this place to everyone

Went in to see about my AC. They come back and send i needed a new ac hose to get it back working. Well 2 months later and its back to no ac. Took it to a different shop. Well the AC hose they put in wasnt the real problem. Do not shop here if you want your car fixed right the first time. Been 6 months since the other shop fixed it and it still works. Would give 0 if i could. When i talk to the manager they said they will not give % back because they did fix it. Well it should not last 2 months then fail again. Glad i found a better mechanic shop

I brought my 07 Mercedes E350 here after a failed fuel pump & being quoted over 3k for the fix across the street at firestone. Manager Jeffrey & assistant James were phenomenal & had let me order my own part & have it delivered to the shop ( which most mechanics don’t allow). The part i had received was missing the fuel pump that was needed & management had located & obtained the part for me. They did the labor & got my car running again & ended up saving me over $1400 all together. These guys really went out of their way to help me out & did a tremendous job! I can’t recall having such a helpful experience with any other mechanics before, i will definitely be returning next time i need any type of work done for my vehicle! Thank you guys so much!!

I wouldnt recommend anyone getting there AC fixed or worked on from this particular company. I came into the shop with hott air blowing and left with it blowing hott air , 353$ vanished, gone without a trace. hard earned money I spent 30 hours of my life for . Im sure they are handy with other things but when it comes to AC make sure you go to professionals who know what to look for and how to fix something . I left the lot and not even 2 minutes later the air was hott , I was sweating profusely , I live in Phoenix Arizona . AC is crucial its not something to take lightly . I paid for parts I paid for labor for 3 minutes of cold air . I just wish I would have gone somewhere else so I could get real results . I told another man , man to man that I could cry because how much this hurts my wallet . maybe its nothing to some people but there is so much I could have done with 353$ not to mention the time i spent wasted in the brake masters lobby when I have so much to do . this is the 1st negative post I have ever made but I do not want someone else to experience that kind of loss like I did . hope this was useful for someone else .

I get my brakes done here. Then 2 month later i was driving and i last all braking power. Well one of my caliber broke a Bolt because they never torque them down and one of the bolts fell out over the time. I was lucky i had my dump trailer that had brakes. Took my suburban to another shop because at the time i didnt know they caused it. Had to get all my rear brakes redone all the way down to the e-brakes. The mounting bracket broke because of the caliber hitting it. Cost me over $1200 to fix the right way. They refuse to own up to their mistake. And offered me $800 at the very end. Well i didnt take it and have to take them to small clams to get my money back. I lost the money i had to fix it. Lost days off of work because i couldnt drive my dump trailers to jobs for over a week. I wouldnt send anyone to this store because they dont honor there workmanship. Even if it could cost people there lifes because there brakes fail because of their shoddy work. Dont go here. It could cost you your life when your brakes fail.Google dont show my 1st review. So im writing another one so people can be warned that they dont honor their workmanship when there brakes fails.

I recieved a quote about a month ago from Brake Masters, to replace my front struts that were leaking and going out. Today I walked in and was warmly greeted by Jeff M. He made me feel like I knew him.. but he told me he was a newer manager. 😊. Jeff got me set up and going, fully explaining what was going to happen, quickly, easily and in no time. I even got a ride back home. Jeff called me soon after... letting me know what was happening and explaining my original quote was missing some essential pieces, but he is going to take care of me! And I truly feel like he did.. I recieved a call a few hours later.. picked up my car .. talked to Jeff about it, and drove home..with a nice smooth ride home! Car repair can cost some $$. But I feel like Jeff took really great care of me and my vehicle. And I never felt like I was being overcharged or up sold on anything. I feel fairly treated and very happy with all of the service and people at Brake Masters #226. I also go to the Tucson location when needed...they are great there too!!

I got my brakes done 1st visit which include lifetime warranty and recently got my whole car flushed. I can definitely say they were very helpful knowledgeable professional and most importantly very honest. Every time I visit they make you feel welcome. The price for the flush was great which included transmission, brakes, coolant, power steering just name a few. Got my car back and it feels brand new. I recommend this place to anyone because they know what they are doing. Many places I wouldn’t go to I’m very particular when it comes to my car and I will definitely keep going back. James is the assistant manager and jose is the head mechanic they are brothers and together have over 50 years of mechanical knowledge, they are honest and very helpful in explaining what your vehicle needs to have repaired immediately and what can wait and theres never any pressure to make you get any repairs at all if you take your car in to be inspected

Went to this store to get my oil changed. Jeff greeted me at the counter. I asked for a synthetic oil change and he said it comes with a tire rotation I said sure that would be great. Left and got a call about 1 1/2 hours and was told it was done. I am a ASE certified Technition myself and I am on vacation here to Phoenix for the first time in my life that being said I took off the rear valve caps on my tires to make sure the tire rotation was done. I came back to pick up my car and the tires had not been rotated and the air pressure was not even checked. I checked the oil and they did not use the synthetic oil they just put the cheap conventional oil in my car. This place gives shops a bad rep and I will never recommend this business to anyone! Very very disappointing!

I went in to get my car fixed I talked to James and he helped me out. I needed brakes and they found that my thermostat housing was leaking so the suggested that I replace it when I had time I went in the same day and had everything fixed very professional very clean work as I listened in the lobby they never up sell to customers which is what I like and never pushy. Later that day I received a call from Jeff very polite very professional and to let me know that my vehicle was done. I highly recommend this place.

Jerry took care of me and was very friendly. Something went wrong with my car but I called them as soon as it happened and they said they would fix it as soon as they got the part in. They did an awesome job at correcting the issues with my vehicle and I’m very happy with the professional attitude everyone had. Also jerry I hope your wife gets better! Much prayers and blessing!

Just because they say the service was complete doesnt mean it was. Had to take the car to another mechanic to check something else out and he points out the two things that brake masters apparently fixed? Not like I paid a small amount either I paid good money to have my vehicle serviced and this is what I got.

DONT GO HERE!!THEY BROKE MY CAR A/C when I just went in to fix my breaks. They start touching things your not even wanting fixed just so they can make more money, scam.I Went in to fix my breaks, since I knew what I wanted. The staff insisted they needed to do a break inspection but however inspected the whole car which lead to an hour wait time. Once I got my car back, my A/C is now blowing only hot air. This place is a scam.

I’ve been here twice and they have always been extremely nice. I hate going to mechanics, as a female I have experienced being ripped off and been talk to like I don’t know anything. The first time I had someone drop it off for meBc of that reason but when I went to pick it up they were pleasant and friendly. They had done an oil change, filled all the fluids, and replaced the tie rods and got me in without an appointment and was done that same day, which was fantastic! This time around I made an appointment and went in myself, just a simple oil change. James took care of me, let me know that they were a little behind schedule which didn’t bother me because I had other things to do. They called me when they were done, (it was about an hour and a half) I was just finishing up my errands so it was perfect timing! James let me know what the mechanic recommended as far as other services and I didn’t feel pressured in having to take care of them right away, which is refreshing. The price was what we had discussed when I first arrived and went on my way. Definitely will come back here again.

Hell-o Brake Masters! After hearing every BS story in town I came to you. You did my 2007 Nissan Xterra this AM. Front brakes, new brake fluid and wheel alignment. Never tried to rip me off, listened to what I had to say and tested my car before checking my brakes which others do not do.Driving home everything was super! I did both freeway and street driving for a good test.The price was more then fair and they used good pads which was the type I would have used! A brand I know very well.For you ladies: While I was there I saw around 5 ladies waiting and coming going and all where happy.Thank-you for being honest and you passed my wifes drive around when I got home. .Bill

The service was great. I showed up without an appointment around 11am, and I was seen immediately. And oil change, tire rotation, and an air filter change was all I needed. They didn’t have my air filter in stock, but was able to get one sent to the store. They also automatically added a $10 promotion to help me save some money.

Excellent service! As someone who has been in the auto industry for many years (I can no longer do my own work) I am always reluctant to have someone work on my vehicles. I brought my Chevy Tahoe in for an oil change a few weeks ago, I knew it was leaking a little oil but couldnt find out where it was coming from. Jeff, James and their Techs took the time to actually wash and clean the engine and underneath in order to help locate the leak. After taking such great care and time to do that. They found that it was my oil pan gasket that was leaking. They showed me exactly where it was coming from and took the time to explain to me what had to be done in order to repair the problem. It was a big job! In order to do it correctly as it is a 4x4 so I know there is quite a bit of work needed to be done in order to get to the oil pan and do the job correctly. I cant Thank Jeff, James and their techs enough for the service they did in order for my truck to operate correctly and not lose any oil between oil changes. I am definitely a Customer for LIFE at store 226!

I took my car in for a oil change. They said it was leaking and that you can see it on the shop floor that its leaking. Well 3 weeks have passed and my garage floor still has zero oil on it. Glad im smarter then the rest of there customers they try to scam like this. I will never go back to this shop because of they think they can try and pull a fast one on me.

I went to Brake Masters at Metro Center with some very squeeky rear brakes and cooling system problem. James one of the managers quickly had both problems diagnosed and repaired in a reasonable amount of time. James and his staff were very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and the prices were very reasonable too. They had my car up on the lift within 10 minutes of my arrival. They changed my front rotors, pads, greased my clips, cleaned my new rotors before installing them, and returned my old parts all in less than an hour. Clean lobby, coffee was made, cream and sugar was available, big color TV to watch. Courteous and knowledgeable, personable and professional staff. Comparably priced. Good location.

James, Jeff, and their techs work hard and they do things the right way. There was a creaking noise in the front end of my car. I got new struts in the front and shocks in the back. The noise was still happening in the front after I got home so I went back the next day. There was a bad part of the strut assembly. They replaced it and I dont hear any noises! They road tested/test drove my car before and after working on it. They always give you reccommendations and let you know if you can wait to get some things done. If they dont have parts in stock, they have them delivered. They explain things clearly. I go here for oil changes, brakes, and more. They work with you. I trust them to take care of my car!

Good service. After they finished working on my truck they pointed out things i needed to be aware of with no pressure. Other places pressure you to try to get you to buy there high dollar items. Mechanic who worked on my truck gave me advice on good products to use on my older vehicle.

Disappointed in the brake job they did on my car. wish i had not gone there. they did sort of fix it but its never been right since and now i feel trapped to a warranty. feel likes its unfair after all the nice reviews to get the one guy who screwed up a brake job and my car takes the hit. sad.

Gave me options on what I could do and what itd take to do it. Even called after I left the car there to let me know of what was going on. Cars good as new, definitely will be back for all needs.

They sent out a confusing, bad worded coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. While they couldnt honor the coupon price, the gave us a decent discount which was really nice. They took a little longer then the told us to expect, but did a decent job. However, they never filled the tires, despite their 27 point inspection. Apparently seeing the light notification wasnt a big enough clue for them.I would give them 3.5 stars if I could.

So I’m a car guy and been working on cars many years now,I recently went to this location to get Alignments on my 2010 BMW after replacing the whole front suspension. A very knowledgeable tech name JR get it done while nobody’s else could from different shops. I would rate this tech very highly for the quality of work that he done on my BMW.

The mechanics got me in really quickly and were upfront about what was wrong with my car. They gave ne an estimate and didnt pressure me to do so the work at once, since they said mmt car would be ok for now if I waited on some parts of it. I will definitely go to this location again!

This week I came in for an oil change and to have them check out a power steering leak. They replaced the power steering pump and rack and pinion system. I was concerned afterward about a slight whine the new power steering pump was making. James, Steven and Jeff advised me to wait until Tuesday to see if it was still making that sound and if so they would replace that new pump. I understand sometimes new parts dont work as they are supposed to. I called back Tuesday and we scheduled for me to bring in my car. James and Jeff were Great! They made sure I was a Satisfied customer. While they had the car up we also replaced the oil valve gaskets and coolant elbows. It was a lot of work. Jerry the mechanic did a Great job. My car runs so nice and no more leaks! I really appreciate the patience and good customer service. Thank you staff of Brake Masters 226 in Peoria, AZ. We had gone to the dealerships until we got a second opinion from Brake Masters, Steve Czarnik and his team. Have to say thank you to management for excellent customer service. Went in yesterday after booking an appointment online, when I got there they stated they didnt have an appointment in their computer but would definitely still get me taken care of. Though the appointment didnt show they still took my car in at the time the appointment was for. After leaving I got a call and the manager realized that the air filter did not get placed back into my car, he apologized heavily but asked if I could come back. I was just right up the rode and was heading back that way so it was no problem. When I got there they instantly took my car back and the manager apologized again and filled up the new stamp card he just gave me for the inconvenience. I was totally surprised by the extent of their customer service and I am glad I went there cause even though they made a minor mistake they went above and beyond to rectify it.

These manager is not honest and lier and cheat.. cant alignment truck and excuse my tire is bad ,, replace new set tire my steering wheel is still off to right and after they declined not event take a look to re-check alignment after i bring it back same day they did a first time for alignment my truck and want charge me again,i took to Big O tire and u will not believe it my Toe is still off and camber and caster is still off by another Hunter alignment machine print out u can see Red color is out of specs and Green is in specs.. do not go this store a bunch a crook-must pay big o tire to crrrect all of this ,,,, i will reverse the charge for sure about this store.. totaly not honest lying & cheat

James and Steve took great care of me! Very kind and professional. I had a hiccup with another Brake Masters Location (Cave Creek & Bell Rd). I called this location ahead of time and explained my situation. They went above and beyond to take care of me and honor my coupon from the previous location. This a grate shop... they didnt pressure me into anything respected what I wanted ... I found a new shop to take my truck and my girlfriends car.. they also pointed out other safety issues I didnt notice .. keep up the honset INTEGRITY and you will always have my business... they do a wonderful job people I been to many shops hands down grate overall...
