Im extremely happy with there services .Every time I call them when I have something wrong with car. THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP YOU right away. I ask if can fix car and they say yes, if you like will give a you a ride home dont worry .. very nice and respectful. I left my car to do oil change, tuned up change of batteries and air filter my car is driving like a champ .. if you having problems just make sure you let them know what it is and they listen to you ...they really care about there customers...

Really nice people the son of the owner was really helpful and called daily to keep me updated on my vehicle , dealership wanted over a thousand for the repair and they got me 600 even which is exactly what I had so they overall saved me 400 bucks ! The wait was a while but in the end they got the job done and done right . highly recommended if your not to trusting on mechanics as myself , they were honest from the start that they wouldn’t charge me for something I didn’t need as other places do! and they gave me a good price and call before they started the work . Really good people and they get the done right ! Will definitely be coming back when needed , thanks p and j !

May 11, 2017Owner Jose and his son Victor are honest and dedicated vehicle mechanics. They WILL NOT try to sell you anything you do not need! I took a recently purchased 2004 Hummer to Chevrolet for an inspection. Their estimate to repair it was in excess of $5,500 due to the neglect by the previous owner(s). A friend of mine told me about P & J Auto Care and told me to call owner Jose and give him a shot before spending a ton of money at inflated dealer prices. Even though Jose had to keep my Hummer for about a week to complete all of the repairs it required, he saved me well over $1,500 by my calculations. He ended up using mostly GM products and gives a 1 Year, 12,000 mile warranty on Parts and Labor. So, when I come to pick up my truck, which previously had a filthy engine bay area, to my delight he had steam cleaned and detailed it to where it looked almost new. This is what I call a very professional job and well above what I was expecting. Look at the pictures and you decide. I give P & J Auto along with his Jose and his son Victor FIVE STARS! I would encourage you to give these guys a try.

They have good prices were upfront talked and explained things to me didnt try to sell me on things I didnt need i will definitely be back for things I cant handle and I am telling everybody I know to check them out. In all the time that Ive used them Ive never felt like they were trying to extremely over charge me for their service. I also feel that they are very honest and trustworthy. This family owned shop is amazing! My oil pressure switch went out, had me a little stressed. Worried about what damages this could be doing to my truck, I called the shop. They answered all my questions, gave me an estimate which felt fair and I dropped my truck off in the morning. Mind you it’s Saturday and they close at 2p, they were willing to stay later and finish my truck. They did not have to do that, this to me....means they care. Parts and labor were fair more then fair but I honestly feel like I under paid. Jose and Joe BIG thanks to you, you’re wonderful.

Exceptional service, high quality and fast turn around. These guys fixed my BMW X5. They came highly recommended by a friend and I can see why. Do not hesitate to take your car to this shop they will fix the problem no matter what it takes they are great people.

My husband was driving my car and parked it but the the car started to roll back. He called P & J and they drove to him to see if it was an easy fix. It wasn’t but they drove my husband to the shop so he wasn’t in the heat and towed our car to the shop. Joe and his dad run the shop and were super helpful and got our car fixed! Needed my radiator replaced on my 2010 Nissan Murano and some hoses. They did a great job!! My car was also low on Freon and the filled it up for free!! So now not only is my car not leaking water anymore. But my a/c is working wonderfully! I will definitely be taking my car back there again!! And would highly recommend them to anyone who need vehicle repairs!!

This is a REAL family owned business. I do not understand as to why I would see a single negative review on this business as they made everyone in the shop feel like they were at home. Each customer would be coming in with a smile. That alone speaks great volumes!

I used this business as a service center for Intoxalock. There were issues with the equipment that Intoxalock sent that was causing issues with my vehicle. The team and p&j auto were supper empathetic and patient with how stressed out I was being. They remained in communication with me and assured it was fixed. The owner even called me a couple weeks later to be sure everything was working good. These guys are seriously great service providers which can be hard to find in the mechanic industry. Good company. Good team. I recommend them for your car needs. And if you are forced to get an interlock, and you decide to use Intoxalock, use these guys as the service center to ensure it’s installed correctly and you’re not overcharged.

Im a real person giving a real five star rating. I came without an appointment because my check engine light was on, I also needed an oil change. They hooked me up in two hours even though they had a full day of appointments ahead of them, other places have had me waiting for eight hours even when I had an appointment.Take your car to P & Js, youll see for yourself that they are five star all the way.

Love these guys. I went online on a friday night and had an appointment by Saturday morning to get a my Spark plugs changed, well first of all they gave me a free ride home thats something not even my dealership offers LOVE IT. Then when I went back to pickup my car they changed my engine air filter, as a courtesy from them LOVE IT, and they checked my battery and also did a obd scan and found a few more little things that need attention . These guys took care of car way better than Hyundai dealership ever has, if your looking for good people with awesome mechanics LOOK NO FURTHER . .. I ll be bringing my business to them from now on.

They were very professional and the customer service was excellent. They explained in detail what was wrong and showed me the defective parts.They had to keep the car over night and they quickly offered a loaner to get me on my way.The experience was excellent enough for me to come back for sure.

I tried this shop and I give it (2) stars because the people who work here seem nice and will give you a reasonable price. However, remember that you also get what you pay for so dont complain if more problems arise later because of negligence the shop might have caused. The dealership is pricey but also is guaranteed to get the job done correctly. Youve been warned!

This place was awesome. One morning my key got stuck in the start position in my ignition, couldnt even turn my truck off. Just drove up b/c its near my new house. The mechanic was great. He dropped what he was doin and helped me out. Very fair cost for the work too.

Good and honest mechanic shop. Took my jetta here at the end of 2016 with some electrical issues and got it back a few days later, to this day havent had any issues. I brought my 00 caddilac here 3 weeks ago with a damaged front end and a check engine light issue they were able to take care of all issues no questions asked and for a fair price! I recommend this shop to any one looking for fair/honest mechanics!!

Don not go here unless you want your stuff stolen, be lied to and go without your car for an extended period Of time .On(4/18/14) I brought my car to J&P auto because my AC clutch did not work. After 4 day(4/22/14) he told me my car was fixed and it is ready to be picked up. So I got it at about 1 pm. Tried to start it at 4 but it would not start because he created a short in the system. So I brought it back to him on(4/23/14) and did not get it back until (4/17/14).Not to mention he charged me 150 for a battery plus 75 for battery installation. But there was never a new battery installed. On top of all that the shop/ employees stole a 1200 wat amp, chrome Cologne tablet and work/ personal paper work.

Horrible place to take your car to . i would rate this place 0 stars if i could . took my BMW 328i 2007 in they kept it for about 2 weeks , i had a battery drainage and my car would leak oil from my oil filter cap. The boss or owner Jose told me the oil drainage was bad and shouldnt be happening (obviously) . so i went ahead and told him to fix that also he told me it was cause by presure and should be fixed . a day before he gives my my car he calls me trying to say i had the wrong battery , which Ive always had ever since i got my car and have warranty with autozone so im sure if that was the case they would have told me. His explanation was i had a 80 hour battery and i needed a 90 hour . complete bull. then calls me the next day tells me my car is running good and everything is fixed. i knew something was up because when i payed he told me he would send me a link to put up a review to which i was happy to review this place THINKING MY CAR WAS GOODbut he never sent the link IM SURE HE HAD HIS REASONS WHY . I travel about 2 miles and my car was heating up and wouldnt advance . i pop the hood and he only sealed my oil cap which caused all the presure to heat up the motor. He then sends me his son , i ask him what did you fix to which he replyed whatever my dad said we fixed. The son litterly had no idea what to do , i call the dad to send me the guy who actually worked on it , then he tells me the one who worked on my car was no longer there ????!!!! the son and the dad had 2 completely different stories.Jose wanted to keep the money i payed and wanted me to get the car back over there . But i had payed for my car to get fixed there fore i wanted my money back and he can get the car back and when he fixes it i would pay him in full . He didnt like that idea . Long story short Jose or his son had NO IDEA whats wrong with my car and he said he will give me my money and i take my car , really surprised me a mechanic would say that , he was obviously taking the easy way out to not work on the car . Ive taken my car to about 2-3 mechanics and they dont find the problem but they atleast were HONEST and told me they couldnt find the problem . i would not recommend this place to ANYONE. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS ! DONT LEAVE YOU CAR !PLEASE IF YOU DONT WANT MORE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CAR THEN WHAT IT ALREADY HAS ,DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR !
