After my car was T boned, I took my car in to Grand Prix to get fixed. Tony was extremely helpful, reassuring, professional and he makes you feel like youve been friends for years. Excellent guy. As far as the work, I couldnt be any happier. You cant tell the car was ever in an accident, it looks flawless. The panel gaps are all symmetrical, the paint matches the pre existing one perfectly and the door that was crushed now opens and closes with a satisfying thump. I highly recommend Grand Prix and make sure you ask for Tony! If I, friends or family ever need collision repair again, i without a doubt will go back to Gran Prix. I scheduled an appointment at Grand Prix and was the best thing! Arrived before appointment time, I was greeted by Tony for estimate on my Chevy pick-up. Tony checked out the problem area on my vehicle and said we can work on that after it was determine major work was not going to be needed. Tony worked on the problem area, as well as tech (who I did not get his name, I apologize), damage are was cleaned like new! It was awesome of them to take care on the spot. I was rear ended a couple of months ago and the other drivers insurance company referred me to Grand Prix. They only had my car for a couple of days and when I got it back it looked like brand new! I used Grand Prix Collision to fix fiberglass issues and repaint my 1969 Corvette. I pass this place every day on my way to work and have noticed what looked like excellent body and paint work on other classic cars.Tony and his crew were great to work with during the process. They were up front on all costs and allowed me to visit when I wanted to review their work in progress. I received my finished car on time and was extremely happy with the workmanship and the price. I returned to their shop a week later when I found what I thought was a flaw in the paint. When my wifes car needed body work done from everyday parking induced bumps and bruises, I knew exactly where to take it to: Grand Prix Auto Paint & Collision Center. Over 6 years ago I took my car in to get a major dent repaired and as you can see in the pictures today the paint and body work still look as good as new. From personal experience, I can strongly recommend Tony and the guys at Grand Prix.

Tony and his team provide top notch work at a great price.I came to the shop for an estimate to get some collision damage fixed on my front bumper and right fender.The quote was by far the best so Ive dropped off my vehicle a few days later.Not only did they do excellent work, it was also done super fast. Went here today and was recommended by another location in Goodyear. The guy I spoke with Tony. Was not helpful and even took a phone call in the middle of our conversation. He seemed like he did not want to help. Did not shake my hand when I attempted to shake his. On there website it states they work on auto body. I had a fiber glass hood which he said they dont do. Then I asked him about my front bumper which is crooked. This guy literally squated down looked at it and walked away saying to get my hood fixed. He is supposed to be a manager but comes off as a person who does not want your business. There Goidyear location was way nicer and more professional. They really focus on the customer even if there coming in for an estimate. Tony at there phoenix location was rude and unprofessional.

First off let me just say, anytime your car is damaged that is already frustrating enough. Ive been in two accidents and both times I went to Grand Prix Collision and both times they left my vehicle looking amazing! Maybe even better than it already was. I highly and definitely recommend!! The staff here is so patient, and very kind.

Grand Prix in my experience has been the best shop to deal with collision services in the Phoenix area. I have taken my cars there for three different auto body issues, and will be taking in a forth very soon. Took my car in to get fixed a few days later , looks like new! Tony was such a great help would definitely recommend this place.

Stay away. This place fixed my van in April, and there is something simple some clips that they needed to order. Ive been calling them and they always tell me they forgot to order or its backlog from Chrysler. I called Chrysler there is no back log. Then they had the clips only to be the wrong ones. Never get a call from the shop I always have to call them. Its September and Im finally writing a review because Ive given them ever chance to finish the job they were paid to do from my insurance company. Ive also contacted Commonwealth Insurance and advised them of the situation hopefully theyll stop using this body shop.
