Bumper damage from maybe 1 mph had to replace the bumper. The bumper looks great now and no paint difference (unlike what I got from the dealership when a tree landed on my car). They did an amazing job and were very fast! I HIGHLY recommend them!

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile & friendly conversation and it was that way every time I spoke with them on the phone & in person. I was kept in the loop about the progress of my repair throughout the process. The work they completed on my car looked flawless! You cant even tell I got rear ended, now my car looks good as new! I have absolutely zero complaints about Full Circle Auto body and they will be the only repair shop I use from here out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs body work!

I hired them to work on my Sentra. Theyre expensive, but worst of all is the customer service provided by the Office Manager. She was verbally abusive and has one of the worst customer service skills Ive ever seen.

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Full Circle Auto Body. From start to finish, everything was top notch and I can not recommend them enough to anyone who needs body work, and doesnt want to deal with huge facilities, or pushy people.I found their shop on Angieslist and was surprised with how positive all the reviews are, especially compared to other body shops! I called to see if I could get a quick quote on replacing my bumper during my lunch break. I only thought to call b/c in the past I have spend long periods of time in body shops while they were estimating the total cost.I first spoke with Lisa, and she assured me that I will get in and out quickly, and to stop on by. When I got to the shop, Tony looked over my vehicle. I explained that I want to sell the car so I needed a rear bumper and also wanted to touch up a few spots that didnt look so hot. Tony listened and offered some suggestions and tried very hard to keep the price down since this was not going to go through insurance. In fact, Tony asked if he could follow up with the next day b/c he thought that he could get the cost even lower if he had time to check all his sources.The estimate came through the next morning, and it was lower than I expected. He also said that he could start the project that same week! They offered to help with a ride if I needed it but luckily I was able to get a good price on a rental. When Tony said it would only take about 2 or 3 days, I was skeptical... I dropped off the car with a deposit on the job and they got right to work immediately. I had to stop by the shop the very next morning to give them a part that I had already purchased, and I saw that they were already taping and prepping for paint.My car was complete on the day they said it would, and I was notified via text that I could come pick it up. I did not have a ride to drop my rental car off, but Lisa said to come on down and they would give me a ride.I could not believe my eyes when I picked up my car. To say that its brand new is an understatement. Honestly the paint didnt look this good when I bought the car (it was 2 years old when I bought it). The headlights are clear, the scratches are gone, included a huge scratch in the lift gate from opening my garage door with it open. The bumper looks perfect too. The whole interior was cleaned....
