After my accident I was looking around for a shop to repair the damage, I was lucky enough to find this fine shop 3 blocks away from my home. I called and spoke to Thomas whom was very polite and pretty much guided me through the process, this was my first time! I am very happy with the results my car looks so good! I found this place because my original dealership did not provide the customer service that is expected. My splash shield was completely torn apart in front of my car and how do you minor dent in my bumper. I did not want to drive this around for two weeks to wait for an appointment elsewhere and make the issue worse. When I called, Thomas was very nice and was open to me coming in the next day to take a look at the issue. He was able to help me the very same day. they went out of their way to pick up the part from the dealership needed for my car in order to get the work done within a matter of an hour or so. Very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend to any family or friends in the future that are in need of any body part repair.Something that I didn’t expect to do was leave A personal item behind where I was waiting that is not cheap, and they even called me back to let me know I had left it behind. Very appreciative of that!

In January, my 2013 Honda Civic got into a collision with another car. The grill fell off, my headlights were scratched up, my hood was bent, and much more. Keep in mind Ive had this car for a couple years now and it had gotten into previous accidents, so I wasnt too concerned with the appearance of it.I found this place on a whim, and went to them because of the 5 star reviews they had. I was not disappointed! This was the first accident I got into so I had no idea what the process was going to be like. They walked me through all of the steps, and after the initial consultation I gave my insurance company their information. After that the process was very easy on my end, and they were able to work with my insurance company.I had previous damage on my passenger door and they were able to stretch out my insurance money so I could get a brand new door as well. I was SO impressed by how the car looked that I got all my windows tinted, and I just got new wheels today (car was fixed in March). I upgraded my insurance to full coverage because of how new my car looked after they were done with it. Even my friends and family were impressed by how the car looked.10/10 would definitely recommend this place. It is a small shop, but dont let that influence your decision because they do amazing work on cars. Thanks to them, I am now planning on driving my car for many years to come. It went from being my dingy car to my new investment.

Warren from Lovetts provided great customer service throughout my repair process and kept me informed of progress along the way and got me my vehicle back quickly and with quality work. I got work done there in March and now in June it’s still looking good. I recommend Lovetts and will use them again.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would!!!! Warren is the most honest and genuine person I have met in a VERY long time. He was so fair and even helped me save money. They only do what is necessary and never try to add on extra money. Warren even coordinated with a local tire shop (Tucker Tires - yet another great shop to do business with!) and let me pay them directly so there was no upcharge. The car was detailed when I picked it up and looked like new! Staff there is exceptional! And Lola the guard dog is the cutest! I will 10000% be recommending EVERYONE to this shop and will forever return to them if I ever need body work!

I had such a positive experience working with them after getting into an accident that left me with a car that had its entire front bumper on the ground. Thomas was so helpful and walked me through the process of how they work with insurance, their estimation process, timelines, and even gave me some helpful tips of how to deal with the insurance company. The guys over at Lovetts took amazing care of me when I went to have my rear bumper replaced. Warren was very helpful and communicative with me on what he thought the best course of action was for the repair. I happened to be able to leave my car there that day and it was looking like new two days later when I picked it up, much faster than I was expecting! I was quoted an amazing price for the work that didnt change a bit by the time it was completed. Warren was even kind enough to give me a minor discount on the work as well! I must say, the guys at Lovetts know how to do customer service right! My truck was unfortunately involved in a hit and run accident and amongst the terrible year it was just a little cherry on top. I unfortunately had to go through my insurance as the other parties insurance company was of zero help. I called Lovetts the day after the accident once the adjuster had surveyed the damage and they told me I could bring my truck in that day to assess the damage and leave it there until my insurance contacted them with the estimated cost. I was fortunate enough to get a rental through my insurance company but only for thirty days. I stressed to them I would need it done by then and they definitely accommodated! Not only was my truck completed before then they made sure and communicated the process along the way. They worked directly with my insurance company and made the process as easy as it could be for me. Jason kept in constant contact with progress of my repair and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. When I picked up my truck I swear it looked even newer then when i left it. The repairs were flawless and they even went above and beyond to fix a small repair I had neglected for sometime not to mention fully detailed my truck! I’d definitely recommend these guys if your looking for a repair done right. It’s nice to know I have a neighborhood auto body shop who actually cares about their customers and I will be using them for any future repairs I may have. Excellent experience. Havent had body work since I only went for a rough estimate. They also gave me some advice on how to work with insurance. Very quick, very nice, and had no problem working with me despite the fact that they might not even end up with business.

They did a great job on my car, but for how long it took I shouldnt have cracks in the paint already (same day I pick it up). Id hope theyd cover it under their lifetime warranty, but being I use my car for work I cant be without my car for another week and a half for a bumper repaint so Ill deal with my cracked bumper. Paint and color match came out well besides the cracks and they were nice enough to buff out a scratch I had. Unfortunately Ill go to another body shop next time because car was finished for 5 days and at their shop and nobody noticed cracks in the paint.

I was referred by a friend to Lovetts he said his family preferred them as they do great work. So I took my Audi Q5 to them because I needed my front license plate frame to be replaced. I called and it was easy to speak someone and they were very professional. I made an appointment. Went to appointment and was quickly greeted by Warren. He fixed license plate frame perfectly...I am so grateful and I highly recommend them. If I ever have any thing else in the future that needs to be worked on I will most certainly go back to them.

This place is SO GOOD. They had to deal with communicating with both me and my parents along with insurance. They did it all without complaint, they helped me with every question I asked, and my vehicle looks great. I had a lot of repairs done and even during all that is going on, they took care of my car, and sanitized it multiple times before giving it back to me. I cannot day enough good things about this body shop!

I called 3 shops to arrange estimates. When I said my car had been hit, Warren’s first question was, “Is everyone ok?” His genuine care came through over the phone and continued throughout the week my car was there for repairs. My car turned out even better than expected and the cost was lower than the 2 other estimates. This will be our “go to” spot for any future services.

To those that know me, they know I loveee my car. I was super upset getting into an accident. I saw reviews online and gave them a call and they ended up being in my insurances network. They handled everything on the insurance side and keep me update on the whole process. Everyone says that my car looks better than it did even before the accident. They also took their time to clean and disinfect inside and out before giving me the car back. 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful experience! They technically aren’t open on saturdays, but Warren said he’d be there today and let me come have an estimate on a paint scratch before I turn in the car I’m leasing. He was very honest with me and gave me a lot of advice on what to do including telling me I should check how much the dealership is going to charge me before having it fixed elsewhere! Warren & Sean are awesome! I needed some work done on a door, and they were able to get my car in and out within 2 days. The car looked brand new and they went above and beyond and disinfected the inside of the car (for COVID safety precautions). 11/10 would recommend, and will be back for all my body work needs.

I hydroplaned on the freeway and smashed up my car on the guardrail, so I couldnt drive it and the front and back were both damaged. I had my car towed to Lovetts (it was close to my office) and dropped it off. My insurance covered the damages enough to get my car driving again, but Lovetts went above and beyond to save me money everywhere they could so that I could get the most out of the insurance money. For example, they were able to find cheaper headlights so they could replace both of mine instead of just one so that they would match, and they found some used hubcaps in their shop that they gave me free of charge. When they noticed insurance didnt take something into account, they called insurance and got them to pay more for an additional repair. My car looked better after the work they did than it did before I wrecked it. I dont know much about my car but they called me every time they needed to make a decision (replace something with new vs. used, what type of tires, etc.) and gave me their valuable input on what they would do in my shoes while still giving me all of my options. They did this all while the COVID-19 pandemic was happening, which I am incredibly grateful for. It was a lifesaver knowing my car was in good trustworthy hands. Thank you!!!!!

My car got hit while it was parked and luckily, the person hit my car contacted me and was introduced to Lovetts by the insurance company. I was originally quoted 5 days to repair my rear door and quarter panel, but him and his crew finished the work in like 3 days. The work was immaculate and I was very happy with the quality of the work. He even went above and beyond and fixed couple scratches that were not related to the accident. I came in after my bumper had caught on a parking curb. The shield was loose on the bottom and sides of the bumper were hanging off. When I came in, they went straight to where my car was and fixed the issues right there. They were fast and didn’t even want to be charged. It wasn’t a huge fix, but for them to be willing to do it at all without expecting anything was very nice of them!

Had a small repair to be completed and Warren delivered on what was promised. They had the car for 3 days, came in under the original quote and the repair was done better than I expected. Very professional and very quick. Highly recommend this shop.

I have had two great experiences at Lovetts Body Shop.My first experience came after someone keyed my almost-new car. My brother-in-law, who has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years, recommended Lovetts to repair the damage. He said that they were a preferred body shop of my insurance company, and that they did great work.So I visited Lovetts. They gave me a free estimate and were ready to start work on my car almost immediately. Everyone in the office was so friendly—even Lola, their tough guard dog! Their willingness to spend time with me, and explain the process in great detail to me, was hugely comforting. I got an immediate sense that they were true professionals who really cared about their customers.Lovetts had my car from Monday morning through Friday afternoon, which was less time than they estimated. Most importantly, my car was back to beautiful (or blue-tiful as she has been called) both inside and out. And when I had questions about a month after the work was done and paid for, the employees at Lovetts remained as helpful, genuine, and committed to making me happy as when I was just a prospective customer.My second experience came after I was rear-ended on the 51. Luckily, it was not a serious accident; both the other driver and I were okay (which is the main thing, right?). But my rear bumper cover was smashed in and ripped, I lost a backup sensor, and the right side of my dual exhaust was pushed in.After calling in my claim and confirming that Lovetts was still a preferred shop for insurance purposes, I drove to their shop for a few pictures. I worked with Lonny, and he took great care of me, even noticing some damage that I didnt catch right away. He also kept me very informed on how the work was progressing and worked directly with the insurance company.I then got the message from Lonny that the team at Lovetts had completed their work and my car was ready. I brought my car in because I had scratched the side of it pulling into my garage, I thought it was going to be a big job which I didnt really want to do due to the age of my car in general but the guy there was really nice and took some paint thinner and took off most of the scratch. I doubt other body shops would have been so honest. I would definitely recommend them.

I messed up my bumper. They gave me a new bumper, cleaned off the glue I had on my car from duck taping my bumper, and they charge me a reasonable price. Best and most honest customer service I have received!!

I got rear ended and was referred to Lovett’s by the insurance company. Im very happy with the customer service and the repairs on my rear bumper. My bumper looks good as new and i liked that the shop gave me updates every couple of days on my car. They were even able to finish repairs quicker than estimated and worked well with the rental car company to make the whole process easier for me. I would recommend this shop to friends and family :) if i need work done again, i’ll be back!

Took my prius to Lovetts to have front bumper repaired. I was paying out of pocket and Warren gave me a more than fair estimate. Work was completed on time. Very happy with quality of their work and they had it all shined up before my arrival to pick it up. Would highly recommend.

I backed out of my friends driveway (gravel) and all of the sudden heard something dragging under my car. I pulled over and saw that a piece of my car had half fallen and was dragging on the ground. Being a female who knows nothing about cars, it freaked me out a bit and I googled the closest auto repair place. I called Lovetts and they told me it would be fine for me to drive the car in and they would look at it. When I arrived, they looked at it immediately and saw that the plastic under piece just needed to be attached back to the bottom of the car. They did it in less than ten minutes- I was so appreciative of their help and service. I highly recommend coming here for your car needs!

Seriously, old school craftsmanship and expertise, combined with current customer experience. Warren is amazing. He met me there on a Saturday when they were closed, did an evaluation and provided a quote, taking into consideration we werent wanting to use insurance. I dropped the truck off that Thursday and picked it up Friday and he stayed with the original quote, did excellent work, and it was ready when promised, and they even did a little extra touch up paint that we didnt expect. Ive not been this floored by outstanding customer service in a long time. Well take our other car there for some touch up paint, just because I trust them. Theyre that good.

The staff is friendly and professional, and anyone walking in will get a nice welcome by Lola. Lola even brought me one of her dog toys while I waited. A pleasant experience, indeed!

Had a Question in regards to a simple pole scrape on my front fender. The boss came out right away and fixed the problem. No cost. Simple repair. I asked him about other repairs. Gave me great estimates and many options. It all took me about 5 min. :) very happy.

The reason why I left 3 stars and not 5. They got paid 18500 to fix my car. Which they did an awesome job but I have custom rims I told them where I purchased my rims and they decided to get it elsewhere because Im sure it was cheaper for them and the wrong one was ordered. I now have my car back with no rims. They also did not connect my under glow light back correctly. For that amount of money they shouldnt hesitate to have them fixed or replaced. So now I have no rims and lights. If they fix my lights I might change my rating but for now its a 3

Was rear-ended and had to have my bumper replaced, I dropped my car off on a Monday covered in dirt and dust and picked it up on Wednesday with a brand new bumper and my car very carefully cleaned inside and out! They handled getting me a rental car and coordinating with insurance, was a very pleasant and surprisingly fast experience. If I ever need any more work done, thisll be the first place I go.

This is the premier body shop in the valley, bar none. I was rear ended and took my car here and it was the smoothest, quickest, and friendliest process. My car was fixed in 2 days and they were in constant communication with me. My car was returned washed, detailed, and vacuumed. Apparently thats the norm for every car! Cant say enough good things about them, if I ever need work again this will be the first place I go. Dont forget to say hi to their chihuahua!
