I own a 2016 Odes Dominator that I purchased out of state. I had an electrical issue that stemmed from me attempting to jump the battery. I contacted Brent looking for help and he was more then happy to troubleshoot and locate the problem. Brent went way above the call of duty assisting me with this issue, he also proactively made suggestions to help me dial in my machine. Brent has earned a customer for life. I bought a 2013 Shelby GT500 and it couldnt have been better. Brent was prompt, returned my calls and really seemed interested in working with me. Took 4 days to get the numbers where we could both agree, but the 662 HP Brent helped put in my garage will call for a return trip to see him when the time arises for something new. 5 STARS!

We thought we were calling a actual motorcycle dealer that would maybe carry the parts for the bike they sold! We were wrong! They has a very limited of dirt bikes and said they could order us one? If I wanted to order one I would go online. This guy Bret or Brent runs out of a the industrial shop in a bad part of town. Not only so they not have a parts department but no service area at all? We ended up going to another dealer in the west valley and spoke with someone who actually had the bikes on the sales floor and had a full parts and a service department.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! DO NOT BUY ANY ODES PRODUCTS!Brent will act like your best friend and give you his best sales pitch on how great the odes dominator is. You will regret doing business with PBO and you will regret owning an Odes Dominator. Once the sale is final neither Brent nor Odes will stand behind the product they sale. Brent is the master at making excuses and will call you a liar if you dont agree with him. I bought a 2015 Odes dominator X from Brent back in May 2015 I am still to this day trying endlessly to get him to fix and take responsibility for the lemon he sold me. If I can save anyone the headache that Ive been dealing with and make sure they dont make the same mistake I did. Do your research and you will see the complaints on this product pile up. Brent and his partner mechanic will tell you that shoving your unit into gear is completely normal they will then insult your integrity if you question anything they say. Save your hard earned money and spend it else where you will thank me later I promise
