I don’t know how someone could give this place less than 5 stars. I have purchased two vehicles for my kids and couldn’t be happier. They don’t nickel and dime you on fees. The price is the price before tax. I drive here from Queen Creek because they are so great to deal with. Thank you for being such a great place to buy reasonably priced ATVs and dirt bikes.

We had gone here to buy a little dirt bike for our grandson, we had originally gone to a different store, but after they came back with the price, it was over doubled...we called discount ATV , asked them their out the door price, she told us, obviously we walk out of the other place, went to Discount ATV.. we were in and out in less then 15 minutes, and paying what was quoted. We will go back, when we need something, they are the best!!! I would recommend going there first before any other shop, great people to work with.

We loved this place. After about a week long journey trying to find a small quad and dirt bike for the kiddos at every off road shop in town ending up with nothing. Az Discount ATV was our last hope and they had exactly what were looking for. And the price was unbelievable. The lady that helped us was so kind and helpful. She even gave us a big discount since we bought two items. And well, scatterbrain me forgot the money at home, so she held them for us till we went home and came back with the money. I will never go anywhere else for off road atvs again. This is the best place with the best staff and the best selections. And best prices.

Was shopping online for a 4-seat Blazer buggy for the family and found several places to ship them to me. Not being someone who is too handy, I wanted a local shop to assemble it and found AZ Discount ATV. Before purchasing the unit online, I found this shop could order what I want, at the same price, get it here quicker AND have it assembled for me (and delivered if I needed it)! MUCH happier to support local, even more so during COVID-19 and the effect on small businesses all around us. Extremely happy with our purchase and if something goes wrong with the unit in the future, Ill bring it back here for service!

When another big name shop in the area strung me along and couldnt help, Arizona Discount ATV came through with flying colors. I got 2 pit bikes for my kids at half the price the other place wanted, and there was no haggling or messing around. Straight forward and honest pricing while being courteous to my needs. Id recommend this shop to anyone!

When I went to look at pit bikes, the staff (or lack thereof) couldnt care less about my interest or potential purchase of a bike. Left after 5 minutes of staff ignoring me. Will not be returning.EDIT: This was about one month ago and I was the only customer in the store. Guy behind desk ignored me, so service technician answered some of my questions then he left. Neither worker didnt care about a potential buyer so I left.

If I could give this company ZERO Stars I would. This company is a rip off DO NOT buy from here. We bought a quad and 3 days later the quad was not working. We called the company & we thought we had warranty but it was only for the parts. Not only that it would take them 3 weeks to just look at the quad & try to fix it because they are already backed up by fixing other quads. Honestly don’t bother going into this store spend your money somewhere else. My quad is still sitting in the garage 3 months later $1600 loss.

ABSOLUTE WORST SHOP IN THE VALLEY DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE! these people are awful, horribly unprofessional and their work is sub par. They are expensive and there work quality is extremely poor. also it takes forever for them to get anything done. i took my scooter in and was quoted for 2 hours of labor and was told it would take up to TEN DAYS for 2 HOURS of labor. so i finally agree after telling the guy that i needed it sooner. he say fine ill have it to you in 3 days. i call 3 days later, they said it would take an additional day. i call the next day an hour before close and nobody even bothers to pick up the phone, i leave a message nobody gets back to before they close. so now it has been 7 days since i dropped off my bike and finally its done. i pick it up everything seems fine and i get over how long it took. I drive 1 mile away, 1 measly mile to grab some food from Carolinas and come out and notice my back tire is flat and there is a nail in the tire. if it had been 3 miles or more away from the shop i would have owned up to it and said that it was my fault but 1 MILE AWAY AND ALREADY HAVING PROBLEMS IS UNACCEPTABLE. i call the these people again and they refuse to take responsibility for there spotty work. they charge me full price on the tire and the owner says he cutting me a deal by giving my half off of 1 hours worth of labor. thanks buddy really generous considering your shop was at fault. so then not 2 weeks later my bike breaks AGAIN. and by this time Ive had it with these people! dont ever take them anything to work on.

I ordered something on the 13th and was promised that it would be there the following Thursday or Friday. It should be assembled and ready to go no later than Friday evening and I can come pick it up then. I received no call or updates at that time so I had to call them myself. I was advised it has not arrived yet so it should be next Tuesday. I continue to wait with no phone call I follow up with them it has not arrived yet its should be there very soon. I called today which is more than two weeks from the time I ordered it and it is still not there. We put a large payment down and I believe it was spent elsewhere or something else happened with the item that we had ordered. I am asking for a refund as no one has kept us up-to-date and I am tired of following up. If I continue to wait it would be more than 2 weeks. Almost two and a half weeks and we still have not received what we have ordered. We could get the part or the item cheaper online and they at least tell you how long its going to be until it gets there without making any promises which they dont keep. If you like this place continue to go there, I just know that I will not.Update... got the buggy. It had issues which were fixed after bringing it back to them. Other items inop... waiting on those parts still.

Great price great service great staff

I have bought 3 ATVs and 1 motorcycle from this shop and have had a great experience with all units. The Kayo ATVs are very well built and my 3 boys have run them very hard with no mechanical issue. One of the units was crashed pretty hard and still runs perfectly. Also, when I first purchased the motorcycle for my son I accidently purchased too big of a unit (SSR189) and even though their policy states they do not take returns the owner was very gracious and allowed me to return the unit since it was still in new condition.

Kurt was very helpful and communicated regularly on the status of my order.Family is very pleased with the Buggy.

We bought a scooter form them less than a year ago, to date it still does not run,we scheduled a warranty appointment a week in advance to have it fixed, right after buying it, they told us to bring it in on Saturday and we can wait for the repair, it should take less than an hour. 2 hours later we asked if they were close to completion, we were than told they were not going to work on our scooter and we would have come back next week to pick it up. (incredibly unprofessional leaving us stand in there shop for 2 hours and then telling us they are not work on our scooter even with a scheduled appointment )A week later we picked up the scooter and had to pay a 150$ bill for service on a brand new scooter that ran a few miles and broke down. I then asked about the warranty, I was told the warranty only covers some of the parts, not any repair labor, (so there is no warranty on their scooters)Currently the scooter is sitting in my garage leaking oil all over the floor (that’s after the service I paid for) this is one of the poorest outfits I have ever done business with, again incredibly unprofessional!!!!

I havent bought a machine from them, but I have had our kids utv in a few times for different problems. Always did a great job and communicated well.

Do not touch this place. Incompetent mechanics. On many occasions, like a loose oil cap after a oil change. and they sell China scooters which no honest person would sell. Considering they only last 3 to 6 months. I paid them to replace my drive belt. They installed the belt but did not clean the air filter so the new belt could stay cool, it blew in 700 miles and had to be towed........

Needed some hard to find part and they were able too acamidate me. Super nice and always willing to help.

We came here for a SSR pit bike after a bad experience at PBO Auto Sales. This was an actual shop and the guys knew what they were talking about. I would have liked to see a few more color choices.
