I bought a washer from this place for $150.00. When they delivered it and installed it, it did not work. This was the first warning that I should RUN away from this place as fast as i could. Anyway... I went back to their shop and picked out a second washer. I told the lady (rosie) that I didnt want the first one since it was likely to have a lot of problems. Since the second one worked when it was installed I kept it. One month later, that washer goes out. I was washing kitchen towels!!! I did not over load it or under load it. So I call them and they blamed me! They ended up repairing it. Then a few weeks later, it breaks again!! I call them because obviously there is something terribly wrong with the machine. Rosie said she would call me back in 20 mins but never did. I call her the next morning and her phone was shut off. Around 11 a.m. I get a hold of her. She tells me well your warranty is over! I reminded her of the constant problems we had and if they could do anything to help us, thier customer. She said she would talk to her husband and let me know. I dont hear anything back so my husband and I decide to go to thier shop and see what could be done. Rosie, my husband and I were having a civil decent conversation until her husband came out yelling at us that they were not going to do anything they didnt care if we were unahppy, they had pleanty of other customers, were very busy, that i should sue him and that he would call the police on us, he didnt have to listen to us we were no one!!! I was in complete shock!! They blamed us for the broken washer without even looking at it. They kept saying either i overfilled it or underfilled the washer. I have been washing my familys clothes for 20 years and never had as many problems with my previous washer (also bought from another small business appliance store) than i did with the washer i bought from them. I am going to tell everyone i know how badly these people treated us. I am a big supporter of small businesses which is the reason I went there in the first place. I didnt expect them to be so rude to us. There are other very great small businesses, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!! STAY AWAY!!
