I really enjoy this grocery store!! Its always well stocked. The employees are friendly. The store is always clean, and rarely super busy. The prices are good, and I like the rewards program. I wish they carried more dairy free alternatives, but overall the selection is good.

Interesting place! We don’t have these in Michigan. Friendly staff & pretty good variety of food & prices are not that bad at all. Better the Publix!

Found just what I needed without all the heavy traffic

Passing through town on our way to the beach, stopped looking for a clean restroom and breakfast and found both. I didnt walk all through the store but what I saw looked clean, well organized. Breakfast was good, people were super friendly.

The food quality is amazing! The staff is usually really nice. The managers are really great! They express the best customer service and will always fix any problem or inconvenience. This is my absolute favorite grocery store! I think that they do a good job weeding out the bad staff and keeping the good staff. My pet peeve at any store is not being greeted by the cashier. When they do not greet you or thank you for shopping at their store it makes me feel like the store doesnt care about my business. I have only had this happen once here at Renfroes but I have not seen that cashier since. I believe that management does try to hire the best people!Speaking of best people, the bakery staff is wonderful and will go over and beyond to make their customers happy! If you happen to throw a last minute request in, they will figure out how to get what you need right! They are incredible problem solvers! I love this grocery store! If I could score them, their fabulous rating would be off the charts! We are thankful to have them!

Clean, spacious old grocery store feel. Super clean and wide isles. Checkout is always pleasant with employees running to help unload your cart and bag your groceries. Love the emphasis on alabama products.

This Supermarket is great for seafood not bad on groceries but the Seafood and Meat Department I have the best stuff you can get her Seafood season the way you wanted cook how you like it and the price was great three big clusters of crab for less than $17 anywhere else that would have been about $35And you can get the best customer service from a young lady by Camry she works in the bakery Deli and a young lady by the name of Alex that works in the meat department and another young lady back their meat department she has dreads I dont know her name but she awesome and has amazing customer serviceFront-end folks not-so-friendly but the older front end people are bit better at customer service

A little pricey but the service and selection makes up for it. We need fast food and businesses in this area and having a grocery store close to home is a welcome addition!

Cashiers needs to stay off their personal cell phone while on clock and suppose to be working. Maybe items can be accurately rung up correctly if cashier were to pay more attention to what she is suppose to be doing, working! Right.

Basically like a nice Piggly Wiggly. Prices are decent, about like Piggly Wiggly prices also, they do have good priced tuna steaks. They do serve beer on tap at the Deli too. I had the hard cider which was really good. Thanks for reading my review, hope you have a nice day.

If you download their app they always have good deals, every week if you spend $10 you get a free item. Prices are average. The big bonus is them having boarshead deli meat-which is hard to find here. The store is always clean and well stocked. There are always plenty of friendly cashiers ready & waiting to check you out-you never have to wait in a line long or go searching for someone. The pharmacy, Jones Drugs is also excellent. Very friendly & knowledgeable pharmacist & pharmacy tech.

My husband and I went to check out the new Renfroes and really liked it! Its definitely not a super fancy place but it feels like a hometown market. The meat selection was amazing and everything looked super fresh. We got the 5 for 19.95 deal and were super pleased with the selection. It was super fresh and nice size packages. We will definitely be going back and truly appreciate the military discount on Tuesdays!

Great store. Low meat prices and a very nice deli area. Cold beer or wine on tap to enjoy while you shop. The employees I encountered were more than happy to help their customers. Perfect location for a grocery store if you live in the rural area. Store and restrooms were very clean. I will be a regular here even though it is out of the way for me

Yes they have the 5 for $19.95 in some meats . But... They make up that money on other things. Today I went for the first time. I dont like going to the neighborhood market because of the no cashier thing. I spent $311. I knew in my mind they were more expensive on things like can veggies, fruit and vegetables. I bought them anyway because my 19 yr. old daughter was with me and I knew she didnt want to go to more stores. I took my time shopping. We were there 2 1/2 hrs!!! I came home and did the same list I got at Renfroes and compared it to online order at the Neighborhood Market it would have been $254 and some change. To me that is a big difference!!! Terrys grocery in Smiths Station also has the pick 5. Its all of to you and your convenience. This is just my personal experience. God bless!

The deli staff were very nice and helpful. The chicken tenders were out but some were cooking. My fresh tenders were a bit greasy as if they were placed in the grease before it was ready. The tenders could have probably cooked a bit longer based on the color. May they were trying to serve me as quick as possible, but I honestly did not mind waiting the extra few minutes to ensure my tenders were cooked properly. The woman that checked me out in the deli was very nice. I did not catch her name but she had a low haircut with waves. Kudos to the staff on friendly customer service. :)

Some prices are awesome while others are extremely high. They have a loyalty member card for coupons and savings, but their registers NEVER work for it. So I never end up saving what I expect to go in there saving. The literal only good thing about it at this point is the fact that it is much closer to Fort Mitchell than anywhere else.

We bought a premade sandwich and blue cheese salad. The salad was so fresh, not soggy. Great tasting! The sandwich rolls were very good too! Everyone there is super friendly, nice and helpful!

Welcome to the neighborhood.... I especially like the selections of fresh meat and fresh and frozen vegetables...nice wide shopping lanes good prices great assortment on old and new brands and some in between. Loved the spices and the store is *full of buy 5 items and pay only $19.99 which includes beef,chicken, pork kid snacks, vegetables and more..if the *staples like milk eggs bread and the lot matched Audis prices I would only shop here. Good hot food selection and bakery they also have fresh sea food and flowers.👍

The store is really clean and most isles are faced at all all times. Im really impressed with the deli, meat selections and the pick 5 selections but the only thing Im NOT impressed with is their salad section. Doesnt matter the date, brand or blend, the bagged salads are always nasty. Produce is great but the bagged salad section is always begining to spoil.

This grocery store is the cleanest most professional grocery store anywhere near by, and hands down one of the best I’ve ever been to; if Walmart was next door I would still go to Renfroe’s Market. The employees are very respectful and super friendly to everyone. All the employees carry themselves with respect and professionalism that you will not find at most stores. If you’re looking for a place to buy groceries, go here and you won’t regret it, plus it’s conveniently placed.

As usual my visit was awesome at Renfroes market today. Fresh meats, easy to find items,clean store. I must also continue to praise the employees for the AWESOME customer service.

They have a line of steaks called Sterling Silver. These are hands down, the best steak Ive ever had. Their produce section is also great

Just another expensive grocery store in town. The lady bagging my groceries bagged em all and took off and when I turned around, my cart was gone to. Had to hand carry my groceries outside to my vehicle instead of being able to use the cart I had. Employees in there werent very friendly either. Ill keep going up the road to Opelika and shop at Kroger. Much cheaper than any grocery store in Phenix City or Columbus.
