Loved my cashier and my bagger, everyone there just seems so happy and willing to talk. I was greeted in the parking lot. It was kind of busy but it was a Sunday at around 12 so its expected. Everything I bought looked fresh and tasted even fresher. Little pricey but definitely worth the increase for the quality of food. If youre in the area and want fresh organic veggies definitely check out this Publix.

Prices are not competitive but the quality of food is outstanding! Except for the bakery, they could use a new cake base recipe. The options for fresh fruit, meats, ready made meals makes up for the desserts.

I got good Rx I look it up and they changed me 3 dollar over what it says on rx

First off I would like to say I shop at Publix at least 4 times a week..... well to be pushed around by Daniel and feel like he was so in a rush all because I was trying to see why Im being charged for something we very rude... Daniel told his employee he will do some training for her and told me have a good day in the most ugliest way.. Im very disappointed with my experience

Best customer service at this location!! The early morning staff is vibrant and welcome you and are ready to make your shopping experience great. I also got some cute dresses from this location. Cant be mad at groceries and a new dress. ☺️

My husband and I have been shopping here for the past 4 years. Publix has the best customer service of any grocery store in existence. This one, especially, has the most amazing staff. They remember me and my young daughter every-time Im in there. Theyre extremely helpful and will stop at nothing to make you happy. I shop at a Publix everywhere I go.

I have written a previous review of Publix and you can tell from that review I pretty much like every thing about it. But what I dont like is due to revenue policies of the state of Alabama. Meaning sales tax and the monopoly given to the ABC Board system over alcoholic beverages. In Georgia there is no sales tax on the purchase of food items and in Georgia the bottle of Taylors Marsala I used in a recipe cost slightly more than $8.00 in Georgia compared to more than $12.00 at the Phenix City Publix. As much as I love my Phenix City Publix, if you needed to save money, shop the Columbus Publix stores.

People are nice, love the bogo sales. Good variety of foods.

Being from out of town I didnt know where anything was. As soon as I walked in I saw an employee who was so nice and helpful telling me where to find the two items I needed. The check out people were also nice.

Always a friendly atmosphere and great staff. Clean and easy to navigate. Only reason to give them less than 5 stars is prices. Theyre a little higher than some of the competition. Definitely quality over quantity here.

Shelves are always well stocked. Associates are always friendly and very helpful. Quality of produce and meats are impeccable. Im aware their prices are a bit higher than some of the other grocery stores in the area but I was taught that you get what you pay for and at Publix I feel that I do.

Love Publix. Customer service is second to none. Always polite and smiling. Great place to get prescriptions filled, as they fill some common prescriptions for free.

Always have them steam salmon with lemon pepper and I also get jumbo shrimp with lemon pepper... About the salmon home and had a salmon salad... It was delicious...

Best grocery store in Phenix City, they carry a great assortment of products and produce - especially brands some of us grew up with, such as Ronzoni and Del Monte. The staff are great people, very friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile for the customer. And the Pharmacy folks are the best, always super helpful and friendly.

I only come to the pharmacy here. I love it because they automatically give prescription discounts which is so convenient for someone without health insurance. It is quick as well for the filling and pick up too.

I love publix. Since moving to Phenix City I had been shopping at another grocery store but I had to get a prescription called in so I choose Publix. When I went into the store the people were so helpful and so friendly. The store looked and smelled clean the location is a little out of the way. But its well worth the drive for the customer service you get and the many bogos they have

I wish I could give more than a 5star review honestly. I actually got to shop this specific publix for my own needs. ( I do instacart so always shop for others) but this store here has beat my expectations. I get wic for my 2 bous, I used to go to Walmart to get it, not anymore...publix is my go to spot! The manager has helped me 2 days in a row with no issues, no Im bothering him looks or anything and the customer service cashier Michelle was just so amazing. Keep up the amazing work. Yall have my business.

This is my favorite place to go when my husband isn’t around (that’s probably bad to say lol). The place is always clean, smells nice, and the customer service is always very good.

They always have the best fruit selection, fresh seafood, and cold watermelon. My husband, and I go once a week during the summer months for a whole cold watermelon, all you have to do is ask an employee for it in the back.

I love Publix, I left my phone number with a young lady at customer service for a person to call me from the pharmacy once they werent busy. Very unprofessional with the hiring process. I am not happy with the lack of education, the lies that were told, and the lack of communication. This whole process was a true nightmare. What was involved for inquiring about a job at Publix...from filing out the application, and then getting them to release the application then them pulling it to a no hire file and then tell a child we will give you an interview just to say NO when you already knew the answer (when you pulled the file to no hire) Is beyond why you would do that to an enthusiastic & eager to work teenager looking for a 1st time job! Yes there are other opportunities and jobs out there but the way this whole process was handled was very unprofessional and heartbreaking. I am a dedicated shopper of Publix...so rightfully I was thinking and telling my child this is one of the best companies to work for as an1st time job. Never again will I recommend this particular Publix to any of my friends or coworkers to tell their child to apply here. Not going to bring race into it at all...but it is still in the back of my mind!

Went in for a few items. One which was bottles cokes was slim Pickens. Arizona teas, diet. Looking for peach sweet tea. I felt like the isles were so close that keeping a safe distance from another person was impossible. But one the plus side, their fruits and veggies are always fresh.

I will NEVER again order a cake from this store. My order was completely wrong. I was complaining about it good thing I didn’t pay for it. Then I get home and the damn cake is strawberry on the inside when I asked for vanilla.

I am a frequent shopper because of the quality of vegetables at this location. I came in today for my weekly shopping and was a little dissapointed with the selection of green peppers. A young woman by the name of Chloe in the produce section spoke up and asked if I needed any assistance and after I explained my issue, she offered to check if there was another box. Within minutes, She returned with a fresh box of excellent bell peppers. A perfect example of representing the motto, where shopping is a pleasure.
