Well it’s my first experience with Lincare. First they couldn’t understand my insurance and didn’t understand Medicare Part A is hospitalization only and they cannot bill them for a CPAP. Refused to bill my regular insurance due to the wording and misunderstanding of Medicare Part A! My insurance company called and straightened it all out! Then Lincare stated they can’t fill an order for a “replacement” CPAP since they weren’t the original supplier. But could fill the order if it were stated “new” on the order! (my original CPAP was one of the recalled ones) I contacted the dr and had order changed. Called Lincare and spoke to 1 of the RUDEST people I’ve EVER spoken to on the phone! (Tara) She refused to place the order and snottily replied she ASSURES me NO insurance would pay for a new CPAP. (My original was less than 5 years old!) I explained my insurance to her and she argued my coverage with me! Again my insurance company called and talked to Tara explaining I was covered! She requested more documentation from my insurance company before she would even talk to her supervisor to place the order! I’m disabled due to lung issues and suffer from apnea and REQUIRE a CPAP! Why am I fighting with a company to do business with them!? Well I’m NOT! I have to give the rating of 1 star to rate but my opinion is they deserve a negative rating! Will NEVER do business with them again and will NEVER encourage another person to either! (But will discourage everyone and my pulmonologist from EVER doing business with this company!)

Lincare is a company that cares about you. My bi-pap machine broke at 4:00 am. I took my machine to them. They didn’t say “ there isn’t anything that they can do “. The two ladies in the office, went out of their way to HELP. with the Doctor office, Lincare, and my self, we got everything to work out. Go to Lincare for any of their services!!!

I havent had much experience with the billing or front office yet, but the LPN, Belinda was very knowledgeable and spent a considerable amount of time both on the phone before my appointment and during my pickup during COVID times. I Hope I dont have to edit due to some of the issues people negatively rated them for years ago with billing etc.

From an employee stand point, this is the last place you would want to be employed.Nothing but gossips and backstabbers, better suited for the corner tap. And corporate will screw you anyway they can to save a buck.The LPN at the Peoria location happens be very knowledgeable and kind. Dont expect to be paid for your PTO when you leave either, just because its in your bank doesnt mean its yours to use.

I’m a first time cpap user. I really didn’t want to use this thing, but I have to for work. I went into the office where everyone there was really nice. I took the class that they offer and learned how to use and maintain the cpap. After using it for a week or two now, I feel more alert during the day and wake up feeling a lot better. I would definitely recommended Lincare to anyone that needs this kind of device and it’s definitely worth using.

Extremely poor customer service. Called for billing explanation and waited for over 30 minutes for them to answer. Hung up and called back....finally answered after another 10 minutes. I was then told...well wait and see if they bill you the next time....really!!! Hoping to find a company the wants and takes care of customers.

This company wants nothing more than to get paid and that’s it. From day one, they told me that if I’m not able to get through the night with my mask to wear it while watching tv, whatever makes the insurance happy instead of fixing the issue.Now I’m getting repeating letters claiming I’m not meeting my insurance criteria. No one can figure out why and they keep insisting I’m on Medicare, which I’m not....Also, they set me up with one mask and have me in the system as having a different mask I’ve never owned. The suppliers keep replenishing me with the wrong equipment and refusing to correct an issue because “it’s what’s in the system” and lincare isn’t doing anything to fix it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They have no concept of customer service. My mother is in an assisted living facility and I am constantly calling them for service and getting nowhere! They simply do not care! I only gave them one star so I could post this warning to others.

Referred to Lincare by my doctor for cpap equipment. To put it simply this company has absolutely zero interest in helping you, or making sure you can even make use of the equipment. They’ll sell you/your insurance company equipment, and of course they’ll set you up to buy future equipment (hoses, masks etc), but if they have to do anything you’re screwed. I’m going to have to pay a bunch out of pocket now just to move to a different company. Thanks so much Lincare. I guess i’ll just pay the money if for no other reason than to save myself from having to deal with this company again.

This company took over for American Home Patient and they cant get my order right. They sent the wrong tubing two orders in a row and will only honor the last shipment. Why did they take over a company that was doing things properly just to screw them up. My advice is to look for another CPAP supplier.

When they say they close at 5, they mean 5 !!!! Staff must be stNding at the door ready to run because they won’t answer at 4:59.

They were to.send me a medium size cpap mask could they do that that NO.I knew it was bas news when I heard Lincare was taking over America Home Pati.lincacawas bad in Fl for mom sending epmyty o2 tanks
