This place is great! We have an arched opening in an inside wall in our house and wanted to put glass in it. After finding Demers Glass, LLC on the web we decided to take a pattern of what we wanted to them. We followed the signs there and once we arrived we were treated so good. They completely understood what we wanted and we got it within a week. I will go to them with future needs and highly recommend them to anyone with glass needs.

I certainly would recommend their glass service. Patti was very professional and helpful and provided me with multiple options for the work I wanted done. Chad and Michael were prompt with their service and got right to work. They even removed, altered and replaced my security bars after completing their work. They cleaned up thoroughly after they finished the installation of 3 large windows. They even vacuumed my carpets. They were personable and hard working, they were also very happy to answer my frequent questions. For anyone needing this kind of service I would encourage the use of this company. Demers sent Chris out to my house today to replace the glass in my sliding patio door. The process was very professional. The lady who booked the appointment was very nice, and worked to get me in the schedule ASAP. Chris was sent out today and he called before arrival to give me an accurate ETA. Chris was very nice and professional. He did a great job and I would highly recommend Demers and Chris. They earned my business, and will get more in the future when I need work done.

Demers was the most responsive company, with their quote coming in days before any one elses, and it was competitively priced, too! The windows arrived when they said they would, and so did the installers. They were really fast to act on changes to the quote I requested (ie color changes, or vertical opening vs. horizontal), and everything was correctly done. The installers were fast and professional. They really understood the product and why and how it was designed the way it was. I was kept informed of the status and confirmation of the installation so I was never left questioning if things were moving along on the project.Each person I interacted with gave us great service, and the final product looks great!

Bad experience... it took them 5 trips and they never completed the work.Over a year ago, they came out and measured 2 broken windows at our home.They called us with the price, we accepted their bid, they eventually contacted us for install... they showed up with the wrong size glass, we waited many weeks for this. They measured again...We waited many more weeks, scheduled install, they installed one piece correct, the other had the wrong grid layout, we paid for the one piece of glass they installed. They measured again...We waited many more weeks, scheduled install, they removed the broken piece, then told us the new piece was a bit too small... not to worry, theyll temporarily install the small piece, but it barely covers the opening of the frame but they can use a lot of shims to make it work temporarily. Also, they broke the interior plastic trim, theyll bring us new trim when they bring the new glass. Theyll remake it and call us back to schedule install when ready. They measured again...By this time, were very leery of their ability to actually finish the job, these are 2 simple dual pane windows, no low e, no tint... simple stuff. We called a few times, glass was never done... we gave up and stopped calling. They never called us back.A year later, we start getting voicemails, threatening to send us to collections if we dont pay in full. When my wife called them back to discuss and ask for the job to be completed, they tell her theyve had to fire a lot of people because of problems such as this.... When asked when they will be bringing the correct glass, they said we must pay in full first... we didnt initially have to pay in full when we first ordered the 2 windows, but now, after they screwed up so many times, were supposed to trust theyll get it right and pay in full first? My wife had to take time off of work each time they came out...Im never letting them in my home again... terrible experience. Ive been a homeowner and tradesmen for several decades, I cant imagine how theyre still in business if this is how they operate.Im filing a complaint with the AZ Registrar of Contractors.

Demers replaced 7 of my home windows. Everyone was friendly and professional from the person who answered the phone to the installers. I was surprised how much lower their price quote was compared to the competition. The new windows look fantastic. I would not hesitate calling on them again in the future.

As an individual who completes renovations, I found Demers Glass during the time of a renovation. These people are wonderful! First a little about me, I am a do it myself kind of homeowner. What new skill cant be learned from watching a video on Youtube? For me it was making my large bathroom mirrors shorter and narrower. I broke our mirror (the mirror the wife uses every morning) the day after Thanksgiving. On a long shot I started making phone calls. The third call took me to Demers. I explained what I needed and was told they was sort of open. When I got there, the office door was locked. Demers didnt appear to be a small shop. There was about 8 or 10 trucks with glass racks on the sides and a good sized warehouse.I found the owner ( I think he was the owner) hanging around with a handful of workers in the glass cutting area of the warehouse. My new mirror cut and ready to go. He also had me bring my second mirror in and trimmed it smaller for me while I watched.He charged me for the new mirror but not trimming the second. The price was more then fair. I commented on how easy he made cutting the mirror look. He told me to follow him for some hands on glass cutting tricks. He grabbed a sheet of glass and had me make several cuts.It is rare that you get that kinda of service at any business.Seldom do I take the time to comment on a place unless they get me upset. I didnt spend much money there and there wasnt a hint of future dealings. I left there with a very good feeling and thought what a nice guy the owner was. I wish I would have asked his name.I just wanted to say thanks.JB
