My experience with Southwest Sun Screens was nothing short of amazing. I used Yelp to contact several different companies to quote me on getting sun screens for my house. Within literally MINUTES, Brad from Southwest Sun Screens messaged be back about the request letting me know someone would be calling me shortly. A gentleman named Ryan called me in less than 30 minutes, asked me some questions and scheduled an appointment to come out and take measurements and give me a quote for the very next day. Ryan came out on time, called before letting me know he was on the way. The price he quoted was absolutely reasonable and he was able to give me a firm schedule date that day on when the install could be completed. Fast forward to the installation weekend, the crew showed up on the day they had committed, installed everything timely and beautifully. The screens look amazing and they are already making a huge difference. I cant recommend Ryan and Southwest Sun Screens enough. Wonderful experience, highly recommend. A++.

We had our screens installed back at the beginning of May and the communication from the get go was amazing. Install was super quick and Brad is always so kind. We finally were able to have the windows open with the nice weather and realized there were some gaps (we have pretty large windows). We called Brad and he literally was here in an hour, added some extra brackets and bam, fixed. I would highly recommend this company.

Contacted Southwest sunscreens to get an estimate on five windows, ended up doing seven!Brad came to the house and measured the windows for the first bank of five that I was doing and then came back about two weeks before install and measured the additional windows I asked for. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional; and gave me some great suggestions on frames and helped me understand the differences in screen percentages.The install was fast and clean. For the 7 windows he was here for less than 1 hour.I am absolutely happy with the quality work Southwest Sun Screens did! It made a HUGE difference in the temps and incoming sunlight on the inside, and a great improvement to the look of the outside! Brad was very responsive to our questions and feedback by email. On his visit to measure our windows we elected to put sun screens on all of them. He came back two weeks later on time and quickly addressed a few questions onsite. Our home was much cooler that afternoon and next day.One small suggestion for others. The 90% solar refection screens work well on most of the home, but two of our windows beforehand normally had the blinds open during the day for light. I would likely have elected 80% reflection had we realized beforehand. It is our fault and we would be glad have Brad out again.

The estimate was fabulous so we scheduled a time when he could come out and give me a final bid. He showed up on time, introduced himself, and took a few minutes he needed to take measurements. His quote was only a few dollars more and thats because I went with 90% on one window, instead of 80% on both. They were out the following Saturday and installed both screens, and within a matter of minutes, my windows looked great and the difference in the temp in the kitchen was noticeable.It was such a perfect experience between the time that I first contacted Southwest Sun Screens to the day the screens were installed, that I had to pinch myself after they left. Ouch, it wasnt a dream.I have five more windows (all facing west) and it is a safe bet that I will be calling Southwest Sun Screens to do the job.

I damaged the frame on the sliding screen door to our back porch the other day. I thought I would go to Home Depot and get one to replace it. How tough is it to make a sliding screen door? Well, I found out that they have a universal fit type slider that is generally sold. I took it back as it did not perform properly and called Brad at Southwest Sun Screens. He was pleasant and helpful and, after just a couple minutes on the phone, scheduled to come out and measure for the new screen door. A few days after that they came back, Brad himself and Patrick, and installed the new door. It took just a little bit of adjusting and it fit like a glove. All in all, this was a great experience and a great product. Obviously, this was more expensive than the Home Depot one size fits all option but you cannot substitute quality build and functionality for a cheaper price. Thank you Brad! I will recommend you guys whenever I have the opportunity.

I would recommend this company to all. Brad (owner) at SW Sunscreens is one of the best! What could have been a lose for my family and a lesson in scams, worked out well. I had my and my mothers windows cleaned. The cleaner (owner) gave a pitch about a sale that he had going for sunscreens. He told me he was the owner and that he had been in business for 27 yrs. There were numerous red flags but I gave the guy the benefit of the doubt...what a mistake! I had also paid for the screens upfront, which I dont usually do...wasnt thinking that day. I had some questions and concerns during the month I was waiting for my order. Didnt get any call backs or email response. Waited a month and then called SW Sunscreens directly to see if this window cleaner was a salesperson or distributor for him. I was told that there was no order and it was the day I was suppose to get my order. Lucky for me, Brad at SW told me he would look into the matter and he would make it right no matter what. Well he did that!! He was very professional and had great communication. We got our sunscreens and everything was done and complete. Cant thank him enough for being such a great business owner to do what he did for us. The screens look great and I want everyone to know what Brad at SW did for us after being scammed. The estimate and installation process for Southwest Sun Screens was super easy. The estimate was dead on and the price was quite reasonable. They are not yet able to fulfill the SRP rebate, so they just gave me the same amount in discount, which was excellent. I am very satisfied with their customer service and product. I would hire them again in a second.

Fantastic service. Brad was very professional and always arrived earlier for both the measurements and installation of my sunscreens. Time was of the essence due to high temperatures that already hit us this summer and Brad was the only vendor who said he can get it done in a weeks time. He exceeded all my expectations on price and schedule. During the measurements, we missed to measure one window in the front due to my mistake, but he was very kind to accommodate that screen as well within the same price and schedule.
