Brought my computer in for a motherboard replacement. They said they located a motherboard and replaced it. When I took it home I noticed it was the wrong motherboard. Mine had a duel nvidia graphics card I used for my work. I brought it to their attention and the guy behind the counter said it would take a week. I called them two weeks later and he said he would have to see if one came in on their delivery truck. I said you told me you looked and found the last one. I looked and the cheap one they put in my computer cost 230 average but they charged me 500 and I’m sure they didn’t pay even 230. So I asked him why couldn’t he find the right motherboard like he did the first one and he said the same thing. Maybe our delivery truck will bring one in. So I’m gambling that the truck might have a part that you didn’t order. I checked out all their used laptops and they are all regular graphics card mother board and all from 2014, same year as mine. So 4 week later and nothing. Called again and still got the run around. It’s now been 7 months and my computer was still not fixed with the right parts. Paid almost 700 for nothing. This company will rip you off and if they mess up will not fix their own mistakes. Beware.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST IF YOU WANT TO SELL YOUR OLD TECH!!! I thought Id share my experience! I had a macbook in a great condition other than a partially broken keyboard and an old ipad (think like Gen 2 kind of old). I took it to multiple places around phoenix, such as Tempe, etc. All of those places declined and wanted nothing to do with the tech. But EcoTech actually time to look into it and gave me a very good deal, which I didnt expect. I am incredibly satisfied with their services and I want to recommend everyone not to waste their time with other bureaus and just come to EcoTech for any of your tech needs!

Their prices are some of the lowest around for refurbished Macs because they deal in volume. Never pushy and always willing to go above and beyond for the customer. READ BEFORE GOINGI got a 2013 iMac, but it seems brand new. I have used it for video editing and to stream and i have had no issues! The two gentlemen that were there are, professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable about all their products. If you are going to buy used, I highly recommend them, especially over amazon (who I had bought a refurbished one and had to return it twice)

I went looking for a MacBook they posted on Facebook. I was expecting the old bait and switch. I was so surprised when he had it and another for even cheaper which had a broken key. Sold a junk computer on ebay that had obvious water damage on the outside and was junked inside. Then said they didnt take apple computers apart before they sold them and that they didnt do any repairs on apple products, yet their website they clearly state they are apple certified to do repairs. Not only they say they are apple certified they also stated they are number 1 in their area. This business obviously should not be trusted especially with something as important as your personal data.***Update*** I just noticed the owner of this business responded with another lie stating ebay sided in his favor. Another LIE. Attached is a photo of the outcome of the case on ebay which ebay sided in MY favor and they issued me a full refund because of the many lies and blatant attempt to defraud.
