This is my favorite place to shop. I love how involved the employees get abs love seeing the shop owners working side by side with their staff. This is one of the coolest , cleanest and hip second hand stores that I have even been into and I will continue to shop with them support our small business empire. I would love to work for this company and work along side these wonderful people.

They gave me $6 for 2 dresses and one of them was a $50 dress from New York & Company. They like to lowball so just sell your stuff somewhere else. Might I add the dress has never been worn?

Love this local shop!! They always have such a great variety of offerings at some of the best prices you can find at a consignment store. The owners and staff are always friendly and helpful. You can find some great deals here and they usually are having some type of awesome sale too!

I have been in the Scottsdale/phoenix area since March and have stopped by multiple consignment shops and this is by far the best consignment shop in the surrounding area. Such great inventory! Good thing this location is in a area I usually travel, I will for sure be stopping in regularly.Update: I stop by regularly, and have been so happy with the selection of clothes, purses, perfumes and sunglasses. I never leave empty handed.Absolutely love this place! Best consignment store around!

I came here for the first time today and excited because I’ve been to the Chandler Location. I was in awe of how amazing the store was and how clean and uncluttered it felt. All was great and then I came back to pick up my items. I tried to joke with the “owner” saying I’ll just take the cash I’m suppose to empty my closet not fill it….then she pushed one of her cashiers out of her way instead of saying excuse me…..then I asked if she was the manager and she replied with a snarky attitude that she’s the owner and says “why what else do you want from me?” I was completely appalled by her response. I could tell she was stressed so I as the customer tried to lighten the mood but she was the one with snarky responses. I told her she shouldn’t take her stress out on her employees or customers. What a shame that she’s the owner of a business. I was really excited to shop here but I will not be back knowing that’s how she treats her employees and customers. I wouldn’t even pick one star for this place. I hope she really takes this into consideration as a business owner.

Okay. Some good brands and some kinda okay brands. Can’t say I found much of interest to me, but I’m really old. I think the target group is way younger than I am. Shrug.

This is my favorite location to visit. The clothing is in great condition and the entire crew is always the sweetest. This is also one of the few places where I see the owners have such an active part on the sales floor with the customers which is refreshing.

Ive been going here since I was 9 or 10 years old and 14 years later I still love it. Ive never had a bad experience, and they always have something cute (whether I was looking for it or not)! 😅 Hands down my favorite secondhand store in AZ!

I really like the assortment of style and clothes they have! The staff has always been welcoming and friendly. Store feels clean and not cluttered! Prices are decent… all in all I would recommend!!! :)

Upset because went through my clothes yesterday laundered them and folded them as they asked didn’t except anything and threw all my belongings back in the bag not folded!! Only took 5 min to go through clothes!

I love shopping at uptown cheapskates the prices are extronomical. They have about everything in the store that you can possibly think or want . Today shopping I found a neat pair of shoes, a really cute t-shirt. And a pair of shorts to die for. I just love the place and I am so glad that they are there and I will continue to shop there forever.

I just love uptown! Its seriously my favorite store. Its been my go to for 3 maybe 4 years, and now they moved to a BIGGER store and I just cant take it. I always have a great experience!

I love this place. I loved it before they moved to the new location, but it’s even better now. There is so much more space. It’s like an upscale boutique, but with the best prices around! We shop here all the time. They always have the classiest clothes for every occasion.

I heard about this store through friends and I was so excited when I took my teen daughter in and she was able to find cute clothes that didnt cost me a kidney and my first born. Great service, cute options, and nice brands.

Do not take your clothes here. I’ll start off by saying i use to work at the location in scottsdale and i know how the buying system works (as i was a key holder/buyer.) The red head that works here, has by far the worst attitude ever. She should not be upfront as a buyer with the nasty look on her face. I brought in a bunch of stuff with tags and non tag items. Some i just never wore or some were older and i understand why she passed on the older stuff, but my complaint is the fact that she passed on things that have tags on them and i only got $42 lol. I don’t know how she got hired here, but i will not be coming back because of her. Let me just add my stuff is from misguided, forever 21 lululemon,etc. I will be making the extra 20 minute drive to the scottsdale location.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the remodel it really gives the store a true “Uptown” feel. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. This is the perfect lace for a fashionista on a budget and I definitely will be going back for all of my fashion needs.

Super cute store. A lot nicer than some department stores I have been to. Great selection and reasonably priced. Racks arent stuffed so tight that you can actually browse, which you cant do at a lot of other resale stores.

I found this spot while my friend went tanning and in 15 minutes spent $100. Easily the best 15 minutes of my day!! All the clothing were trendy and unique

I had so much fun in this store, I found great items. I was like a kid in a candy store. Prices where great the store was clean and they where very helpful. Shopping in this day and age is a little scarry but I felt safe in this store. You got to try this store once.

I wasn’t really expecting to find too much, and first I had to really search because I’m picky, so if you’re picky like me, just be patient and take your time looking. Before long I FELL IN LOVE with some brand name pieces at a STEAL of a bargain! For example I found a pair of the Fenty Pumas just my size, like new, for $30! And they normally go for about 120-150, and they didn’t look over-worn at all! I got some adidas and Nike clothing at good prices. Spent less on my entire purchase than I would have on just the one pair of shoes elsewhere. Preston and Madayshia had OUTSTANDING customer service and were really attentive, friendly and helpful; So much so I had to stop and ask their names! Honestly all the staff there today was awesome and friendly and on TOP of their game! I wasn’t able to ask the others names but one girl offered to hold my items while I continued shopping. This place gives you total high-end boutique vibes, and if you see something you like at a fair price in your size, you can’t help but feel like you HAVE to have it because many things are one of a kind in here. I WILL TOTALLY be back!! I’m a fan now.

Omg this store is like no other “thrift store” i’ve ever been to. Right when I walked in the door I immediately got excited just seeing the selection and how nice the establishment is. I was speechless!

Cute, quality items ! Found a Marc Jacob’s mini cross body purse for a steal. Definitely putting this spot in my thrifting location rotation.

Was excited to support a more local business, but ended up highly disappointed. Most of the staff members weren’t wearing masks, and most customers weren’t either. I would not recommend this shop if safety is a concern.

I took some boots and vans and a hat to sale and got some store credit which was awesome brought some nice pants and some boots definitely will go again thank you 😊

I am a huge fan of second hand and consignment stores. This one has a little bit of everything for both men and women. Great prices and very fair offers for the items you bring in for resale.

There store has some kind of bug infestation. When I pointed it out the manager started yelling at me. I used to go here all the time. Sad. Until they get it fumigated Im not stepping foot in there.

Went to the re-opening on Tbird and 84th Ave tonight, and the new store is amazing! Its so much bigger and more fabulous clothes to choose from. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful. Everyone was so kind! If you are looking for fashionable clothing that wont break the bank, Uptown Cheapskate is the place to go.

I visited this store from time to time over the past four/five years. Previously the staff were friendly and appreciative of my patronage as a seller and a buyer. I visited today and took a bunch (20-25) of womens items. After a relatively short time I was informed that they didnt find anything that would want to sell in their store. Ill admit that some of the stuff was for a woman and not a junior however there were a few items that were what they carry on their racks. One item specifically proved to me that they wrote off all my items after the first few werent what they were looking for. They passed on a brand new, with tags, American Apparel viscose tank top very similar to one they had featured in a display next to the purchase counter. What made this situation more disappointing is that the person who went through my items is the owner of the store.I only visited because Buffalo Exchange and Platos Closet are currently closed and Clothes Mentor was only offering store credit.In my opinion youd be better off donating your items to a worthy cause for the tax deduction than wasting your time at this particular location. Too picky and dont pay very much and there are a number of other options where you will likely be treated better.

They have the cutest vintage jeans and bags ever! Love shopping here so many good finds I bought two pairs of American eagle jeans for a very great price, would totally recommend this store to anyone who loves to thrift shop

You’ll be able to find items for decent quality, BUT if you’re looking to sell your stuff just go somewhere else. This store seems like it may be over packed, because they couldn’t buy any items (majority with tags still on them) that I brought in.

This place just simply makes me happy. The staff is super uplifting and nice! They go through your buy fast and give you more than other places I’ve been to. I highly recommend this place!

The sad thing is I usually love this place ! But The girls who worked on 9/8/18 where completely horrible! All they do is gossip and not doing their work! The lady who was supposedly. “The buyer “was just eating and even went next door to gossip about her life! She told me it would only take about 20mins ! but and hour and a half later When she felt like it was time to get back to work!I will never return here nor will I ever recommend anybody go here ever again !

I absolutely love love this place, the clothes can be super cute and the prices can be expensive for used clothes but I really choose my clothes wisely, also the women that work there very sweet and helpful. My favorite shopping place to go to when I’m on a budget.
