Mike was extremely helpful with the installation of my two subs and amp into my Buick that came out of a previous vehicle. Prices were very reasonable and the best out of everywhere I checked into. Mike even came by our house on his way home to fix a small bluetooth connection issue, so I didnt have to drive to Peoria again. Highly recommend this place and its employees!

I called to ask if they installed cameras in cars.The answer was call other places first to do business and if others dont then call then back and they will do it.I really didnt understand the logic behind not wanting to do business with a new customer.Really?

The stereo in my car hadnt worked in 6 months. I was finally able to shop around and found Sound of Peoria. What a god send. They were professional, courteous and fairly priced. I now have a new radio and 4 new speakers. Im from Terre Haute and must say I will drive 4 hours to do business with this company. I dropped my car off and it was completed the same day. Employee walked me through setting up Bluetooth and Pandora. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST! well done!

Didnt have what I needed

Send me an email quote for equipment that I could find online for a much cheaper price, does not reply back to emails or VM left. All I wanted for them to do was charge me for installation never received a response. Very unprofessional business ethics. Just Sad that there is no good place in this city to get stereo installs done.

These guys are awesome I was having problems with my radio and they fixed it for me in about ten minutes and charge me 20 dollars less than the price they agreed to

I have used both the automotive side for installation of a DVD player and also the home stereo side for the hookup of our electronics in our new home. In both cases we were extremely pleased with the results. They worked efficiently, were reasonably priced, and made sure we understood how to use the equipment before they were done. Been a customer for 25 years . Used to get all my stereos installed here and never had an issue. Went there the other day for a CD player and amp install with speakers and was quoted $600. Greed at its finest. Double what it was last I went a couple years ago! This business is going downhill. I couldnt be more disappointed

Professional. Luke took my CD player and harnesses, that I had purchased on-line, and finished an install I had already started and couldnt finish. A lot of businesses wont do that kind of work, or will rake you over the coals on the labor, but Luke took on my job, and charged a very fair price. Next time I purchase this kind of gear, I will visit Lukes shop before going On-line. Having that technical expertise beside me, rather than on the phone, will be worth paying a little extra for the gear!!

Very informative and kind service

I had a pair of Tang Band 6x9 rear deck drivers installed into my 04 Park Avenue ultra a year ago. They were not a direct fit; and the installer did not use a template. One of the speakers worked its way loose and dropped out of place. Im going to blame it on the amount of bass they produced because these are some wonderful after market drivers. Do not get OEM replacements. They are almost tripple the price. P.s. they took about about 1 week of braking in at a moderate volume. They repaired everything for free because they installed them.

Not a bad place with helpful staff. I bought an amp from there a little over a year ago for a sub setup. If I ever had an issue, they helped me fix it quick.

Didnt even end up going here to get my radio installed because they seemed so rude lol. Paid more somewhere else where the owner didnt act stuck up.

Hired them to do the home audio when I built my home and now we are finishing the basement and would have liked for them to do the audio, but cant get a call back. Had the owner come over and take a look at tye basement and he said it wont be a problem just call when I am ready. I have made over 10 phone calls in the last 3 months trying to just get ahold of the owner again. Called the shop and have left multiple messages with employees and his cell phone. My wife and I have never had an experience like this. All I want to do is pay them for a service they provide and said they would provide. What a joke, if the owner of the store acts this way I would not suggest nor trust any of my property with any of the employees.
