This place is great. Had my interlock for 18 months. Not one problem. Eric took great care of me most of the time and was always pleasant and courteous. I would highly recommend this location.

Chad and staff were experienced and professional. There was no sales pressure. They were laid back and easy to talk to. I am extremely pleased with my custom install and quality sound.

Definitely recommend! My husband got me a really nice Kenwood touch screen installed here with 4 speakers and an amp, and looks and sounds amazing!

Being recommended by a neighbor, thought I would give them a call. On the phone talked to Aaron & was luckily in the same day to take care of my needs. Once there, met Jeff who was my technician. The shop is neat & clean-organized, looks like theyre capable of doing any challenge given to them. Jeff then showed me the clean & very nice waiting area complete with Netflix. Uncle Sams is down the sidewalk if your hungry. Once done, Jeff was kind enough to take time to answer all my questions about my install inside and out so I could leave with a piece of mind. I do highly recommend them...

I chose this place because they had several five-stars reviews. Well, I learned that that means NOTHING. They installed a stereo for me, and I soon discovered that when I turned on my headlights, my dashboard lights went completely dark. I took the car back to them, where they looked at it. They assured me that they had googled the problem, and that this sort of thing happened to Hondas all the time. I thought it was strange that, doing this for a living as they do, they had to google to find the source of such a common problem. Maybe theyd never worked on a Honda before. Anyway, they assured me that, while it would cost $800 to have it fixed at the dealer, they had a work-around and they had ordered the materials necessary. I went away, to await their call.I waited three weeks, and they hadnt called, so I called them. The person I spoke to indicated that he was not familiar with my case, but that he would check into it and called me back. Needless to say, NOTHING.I went today and had it fixed at an electrical repair shop. They indicated to me that the wires behind my dashboard were in a tangle and wired completely incorrectly. Cost me $300 to get it fixed. I can only think that these people didnt want to go the time and expense it would have taken to fix their lousy workmanship, and so fobbed me off. Pretty sad. AVOID.

Employees really know their stuff, but the manager/owner is a real tool. The shop is in the back of the complex and you would not know it is there unless you were looking for it.

Chad and his staff made feel very comfortable and they treated me without judgement when installing my interlock system, audio systems looked awesome!
