Clean, well organized and friendly. Very busy when we visited, short wait but staff seemed enthused to keep things moving while providing their best advice. My wife was looking for appropriate material for her project and after much searching at other stores she was able to find a number of alternatives here and on sale.

The lady who helped me was great. I had no idea what I was doing or even looking at. It was my first time buying fabric and she could probably tell. LOL It was nice having someone who could help me with get the right materials for my project. I was making acoustic panels for my recording studio / home office.

Every one who helped me out in the store was so nice and helpful. Especially the ladies at the cut counter. However, once you go to check out its a different world. The cashier lady I got was so rude. I asked her if I could use this coupon from the app and she grabbed my phone and pointed to the fine print and said it was for online orders only... I said sorry, but I would have ordered online if I knew, and she looked at me like I was dumb and asked me Why?!. Duh. To save money?? It doesnt grow on trees... She started ringing me up. I accidentally gave her the wrong coupon and asked if she could cancel it and take this one instead and she said no I cant, youre only at $65 and it needs to be $75. But it was $75 without the previous coupon :( So I told her and she proceeded to tell me she cant delete the coupon and put another coupon because she had to re ring everything up. So I got mad and left without anything. LAZY

Awesome place . Got the lining the most of my indian dresses. So glad that I could get it here in US. The staff was the best of the best Ive seen anywhere near by. Such helpful and courteous people. My husband and I loved going there anc picking up so much home stuff , we just love it. We will be returning soon and surely purchase more

Great deals, plenty of coupons, and a wide assortment of crafts and fabric! It takes a herculean effort to not spend every last cent here!The employees are always the nicest, helpful and most patient! Its a bit of a trek for me to drive out to this store but always worth it! Nothing beats being able to see up close and touch crafts before you buy them.

Great shopping and customer service experience! This store is very organized and has a fantastic selection of papers and stickers for card/scrapbook crafts. They also have a large area for fabrics with quite a bit to choose from. Once at the register I thought I had my coupons, but I did not. Andrea told me to get them from their app and patiently waited for me to do so! It saved me 15% - at her suggestion. Highly recommend this store.

Great customer service. Was looking for small letter stickers. When I didnt find what I was looking for. Was given the suggestion to use fine tip markers that dont bleed. Great job 👍

Its always clean, organized, good discounts, and the ladies up front are always willing to scan all the coupons they can so you get the best deal.

JoAnns was very crowded today. The wait to get fabric cut was 20+ minutes. There did not appear to be enough floor assistance as well.We will however continue to use this location for our crafting needs.

This store is showing its age and needs a remodel. Its feeling dated and a little dusty. Lots of empty shelves. Employees were nice. But other joanns are nicer

Kind of hard to find what I needed and employees seemed a bit stressed (understandable). Was a bit taken aback by a (what I assume was) front end manager that started a conversation with a cashier while someone was finishing their purchase and held up the very long line of people waiting to check out.

I had pu tires framed here. The staff sincerely care about your pictures and do a great job.

Never been here but have been here about 4 times already & i really like this place. They dont have a huge model kit selection which is very sad, but they have tons of spray cans (various colors) The staff is very friendly as well & always willing to help. I had a great trip to Joanns Fabrics! I needed to buy new green felt for a pool table and black vinyl to recover treatment tables.Abby was wonderful! She helped locate the best fabrics. Always enjoy browsing the aisles for the newest goodies. And, always happy when I find exactly what I went in for. Friendly associates, clean store and a pretty good assortment of items.

I do like their products and selections. My issue was they had a 20% off, but it had to be online or curbside. Wanting to see the product first and it wouldnt make sense to go in the store, find the product, order online and then wait a couple of hours for it to be ready for curbside. Associate would not honor coupon.

3 hours and $60 later, I am still in awe of how well structured, stocked, and clean the store was! Only 4 stars this time because when it came time to check out...NO ONE understood the walk around register line. They quickly fixed this by staffing 2 more registers. You know what, 5 stars you guys.

Always great products and sales but had to find someone to help me find something to get pointed to an area that i had to again find someone to help me find it. Very few customers, would have been appropriate to walk with me and show me the product. Gave up when i had questions about a cricut a would have had to again find someone!! Lost sale of $449.00

Although Joanns is my second go to for fabrics, its very obvious that many of us are home and have the time to do and finish projects with all the craziness going on. It seems many craft and fabric stores are way out of stock and Im assuming its because of the craziness happening. Yet all that aside, Joanns is a good place to find all you may need for crafting and sewing. More expensive than my number 1 go to yet a good store nevertheless. Love their wear a mask policy. They will give you one for free if you dont have one and if you refuse then you cant shop. Thanks for keeping your staff and customers safe!

Extra long wait times to check out or get fabric cut. You can never find an employee to help you. The cashiers are rude. They put out coupons then put the whole store on sale so you cant use them. Otherwise the store is clean.

Joanns is a mixed bag of goods. Sometimes they are great and sometimes they are terrible for customer service. Sometimes they have great prices for items; sometimes its exorbitant. Their seasonal decorations are honestly what keep me coming back. If it werent for that, I dont think I would go here.

Came to this location a week ago and asked for candle making tools, they were put away as they were redoing the shelves and told us to come back the next day, well we came back a week later and asked two different people, first person told us A6 & we went down there just to find kids stuff & the second person said, it’s around A6 somewhere, refusing to help. We looked EVERYWHERE. We finally left & will never return.

Awesome place, had what I was looking for. Issues came to the check out. I found this cool organizer in clearance, not tags or UPC. I grab another one that was beat up but had the price and UPC. Got to the register and the one with a barcode wouldnt even scan in the system. I brought both up to be helpful because I could tell they were short staff. Then when that didnt work and now a line to the back of the store and old ladies yelling at the cashier I gave up and decided they didnt really want to sell that item and it was just a joke on me.

Almost always have what Im looking for. Employees are very nice. Their curbside pick up is super fast.

The employees were so very helpful to us. I separated from my wife in the store and any employee I spoke with went out of their way to help me and provide me with the information I needed. The store was well stocked, clean, and we found what we needed easily.

Me and my friend are heavily tattooed, peirced faced, hair dyed people. It how we choose to express ourselves....we were followed around by 2 employees from the moment we walked in until we reached checked out. Then when we brought this up to the cashier that we didnt appreciate being followed for how we looked we were completely ignored with no apology.Im still gonna shop here, cause i got projects to finish... but you guys need to do better....

I am so disappointed with Joanna’s and I’m no longer going to be a customer of theirs. I’ve had multiple issues with the store and no one seems to want to do anything except pass the buck. The first online order I did with the store they did half my order wrong and I had to make a trip back. The second online order I did they double charge me and told me it will be refunded by next business day and it wasn’t. I call Joanns customer service and was told it’s my banks fault and it’s up to them to refund but Joanns puts a hold on the money when you place an online order and collects again when you pick up. Of anyone is planning on placing an online order I would recommend you don’t unless you like being double charge and out extra money for a couple of days.

The staff at this location is amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. So why the 3 stars? The store itself. A lot of empty shelves, poor product merchandising, and its kind of gloomy due to poor lightning and the layout of the store. The store needs cleaned, shelves need to be given some love (cleaned and organized), and the flow needs to be updated.

They did not have shopping carts inside the store, when I let the cashier know, she stated the obvious...they are probably outside in the parking lot! Ya think? Can someone go get some so I can put my fabric bolts in one??? This is not my job! The cut counter always has one or two mask and social distancing police women yelling at customers to step back behind the line! While they themselves are whispering in each others ears! Im tired of the rudeness of it all and will limit my visits to the store and I will pay a little more if I need to rather than continue to shop at this place of business for my sewing needs!

I am currently fighting cancer and have 1 year of chemo to complete. I have many masks to make, as my elderly parents live under the same roof. With their health conditions and my own, we must protect ourselves with masks during this time. I called ahead to find out the policy on buying elastic, as I realize the hoarding of some has caused a shortage. I was told by a Joanns employee that 6 yards could be purchased in 1 transaction. Nothing was mentioned about, per household. My family hasnt had the best luck this year, as my husband broke his leg last month. He still cant walk or drive, so I drove the both of us to buy 6 yards of elastic each. The staff was nice enough to shrug their shoulders and point to their sign when I pleaded with them to let my husband also buy some in a separate transaction. My family has had to stay quarantined when there were no places at all to.buy elastic, and nowhere to buy masks. I understand the frustration of hoarding by others. I tried explaining my familys situation to more than 1 of your employees. We are NOT hoarding supplies or using anything irresponsibly, only trying to make masks that dont hurt our ears. As most people are learning, extended wear is very painful behind the ears. I imagine this will fall on deaf ears as well. Between chemo, radiation, and being absolutely exhausted I have very little energy for multiple store trips.

I love the store they have everything you need more. not to mention they have a lot of different types of projects in a lot of the stuff you would need for them. Unlike Michaels as just enough of different things to call themselves a craft store.
