I have been using this Midas for the last 10 years and have always found the staff here to be very proficient in their work and always fair with their pricing. I have never felt pressured into an unnecessary repair job. I will happily continue to be a customer.

Good shop. Had two issues on the same side. Only charged labor for the more expensive fix (didnt hit me with double book value, and thats excellent).Further, had an issue with the first attempt and had to take it back. They were totally transparent and professional.I would definitely use them again.

Got me in and out. Did a great job fixing exactly what needed to be done. Very reasonable. Love having a place to take the car that I can trust.

24 hours in advance I set up an appointment for later in the day only to arrive at said time for person in front to tell me Im not in the system and that they are understaffed and would not be available for that day but they can get me in for the next day no thanks I found your competition was able to help me sameday without an reservation

I dont recommend going here, if I could put zero stars I would. They use cheap parts and charge for a more expensive part, and then refuse to replace their defective part under warranty. Basically youll waste your money just to go to a different shop. This place is absolutely worthless. If you want your vehicle to be messed up and stop working, go here.

I have used this location 4 times. 2 out of the 4 times They damaged my truck, they dented my tailgate once, had new rear shocks installed Dented one of theshocks, i feel they overcharged me they charged me $200 to put the rear shocks on and never had to take the tires off, I called another location this other location they would have done it for $130, I will not be using this location anymore, sad they can not keep good Mechanics, It seems like they come and go quick here. They never even offered to fix or replace the damage theyve done to my truck, Hard to find good and trusting people anymore, do your homework. I personally would not recommend this this location. I should have done my homework and read their lowes reviews. Thats my fault.

Need my tire repaired in another state Siad and don went out of their way to find a location that would honor my warranty and then called me to make sure I got my tire replaced!!! Thank you sooooo much for looking out for me!

The coolant spilled out which caused my Car to shut off and on from over heating. Donald the mechanic gave a few on the repair which saved me money.I purchased 4 cooper tires and a much needed wheel alignment while I was there. To my surprise they gave me a great deal plus a rebate on my tires. In closing the waiting room was full of laughter while being serviced! 🙌 Thanks for great service.

WONT EVER GO THERE AGAIN !Fluids not topped off, not even window washing fluid.Oil was over filled, now leaking oil. Would not rotate tires for second time. First time They didnt need to be rotated . Excuse me but to keep warranty on tires they have to be rotated . Second time It has a screw in it Refused to fix it. I could go o but also employee turn over is excessive.

I had an amazing experience with the guys at this Midas location. I came in for an oil change and wheel alignment and they were able to find that I had a huge gash I. My tire that could have led to an unfortunate situation. They took care of every and even gave me a discount for being a first time customer. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my car needs.

Truly good experience. Showed up here at 10am after leaving another shop down the road that didnt have an oil filter for my car. The other shop told me it was going to take 24 hours to get the filter. Midas also didnt have my filter, but got it there in 3 hours. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and courteous.

Every one was helpful in answering myquestions gettimg back to me quickly about what was wrong with my car and making sure i understood.

Do they hire mechanics or sleazy salesman for the front desk? I bring my vehicle in for its normal oil change and decided to wait this time rather than dropping it off. A completely different experience. The front desk guy asks me about my brakes, they told me they needed work last time. I replied with they dont need the work you recommend and youre overpriced for said service anyways. He seemed very offended by this. While waiting I witnessed at least 15 phone calls where the front desk guy tried anything he could including telling customers they were driving the wrong tire to get a sale on some special they were promoting. I then get my vehicle back without any paperwork about the health of it which is always provided. They even neglected to rotate my tires which is included in my synthetic oil change. I even checked my oil when I got home to make sure they even changed it and didnt just steal my money. Worst customer experience Ive had. Good luck with this location.

Our Miata has been barely used. As we started out I noted a low tire pressure warning. I am certain the techs did not recall my oil change at Midas in 2019, but they quickly aired all 4 - with smiles!! Great folks.

These guys at the shop are the BOMB.COM. My experience each time has been great each time. They dont over charge nor do they try to fix everything wrong with your vehicle. They keep it real and affordable. I highly recommend going to Midas on union hills.

After retiring From the Ford Service Dept and moving to Phoenix it was really had to find a auto repair shop that I could trust. How ever I found one at 83rd and Union Hills (Midas auto repair) I found the service manger “Shawn” tobe the best. Also he has hired some of the best technician. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed .

I was incredibly impressed with Midas Arrowhead. I have always trusted and loved Midas (though I had not been to the Arrowhead location before). While moving across the country I had an issue with my cars acceleration and damage to my ABS wires (unfortunately due to some desert critters who thought it would be a good snack). Midas saw me immediately and had it fixed within a few hours. I was able to continue on my road-trip without any issue whatsoever. The staff was polite, kind, and accommodating. Shaun even called me a few days later to check and make sure I had made it to California without any car issues! I highly HIGHLY recommend Midas Arrowhead. Thank you to all the Midas staff!!

I went to Midas about six weeks ago they replaced a part on my SUV and went back today they said the part they installed was bad so they replaced it with another one I have the same issue that I had six weeks ago they never test drove my vehicle I Will no longer deal with this Midas again Waited around for hours the two times I was there and never got my vehicle fixed

Went into Midas worried about my car and the way it was driving. Thought I was going to have to go through the dealerships due to my warranty and have it take a week long. But I went right into Midas guys there are amazing and fixed me right up all it was was my sway bar bolts were loose. They got me in and out within 30 mins. Worst service brought my car in on oct 8 2029 for a small chirping noise and after i left rhe second time they didnt fix my car i had to get it towed off midas prooerty when they supposely fixed it and it ran good when i brought it to them worst place

I was greatly impressed by how knowledgeable the mechs are. Shawn found my AC problem and fixed it quickly. Very professional!Added notes:I continue to go back and have told others about how great Shawn and his team are! Last week Shawn adjusted the valves on my older car and now the engine zips like a new car! Not only is Shawn et. al. knowledgeable, but curteous and respectul. Shawn also followed-up a day later to see if the repairs met my satisfaction! Great customer service! This is the only place I take my cars! Great job Shawn and team!

Dont go here unless you want to be ripped off. The technician, Shawn, was belittling and slightly sarcastic during conversations and did not have the customers best interest in mind. He was unprofessional and shouldnt be the one to be talking face to face with the customers. The services were definitely overpriced considering they wanted us to pay $130 for a part that cost $40 at the OReillys next door when we went to go look.Hopefully they can work on their customer service skills.

Brought our 2001 Lincoln Navigator in the other day after it overheated on me and stopped wanting to drive properly (wed just purchased it privately the day before as a vehicle to drive on rough terrain to our upcoming new jobs starting soon)...turns out it needed a new radiator, radiator hoses, new serpentine belt, new thermostat, and ended up having the battery replaced last minute because it was starting real rough....another thing well need is a new power steering pump and (not as important) new windshield wiper tank because its cracked and leaks...the repairs we got done ending up being over $1,700 dollars, but oh well, understandable i guess....everyone at the Midas were great, very nice and very helpful and did a great job...it sucks having to sink a couple more dollars into a 17 year old vehicle that we already just payed a few thousand for a few days prior (we shouldve had it looked it before being, that part is on us), but now drives great and starts right up the way it should now...other than all that, it really is a nice vehicle for how old it is and i am very satisfied with the repairs (one guy there believes its worth more than what we payed for which was nice to know) I will definitely be back for the other few things we need done to it and any future repairs we may need on this and other vehicle we own...Thanks Again guys!!!

These guys are awesome! My boyfriend and I needed to find a good place to service our cars and we couldnt have made a better choice! The guys working front counter Brian and Jonas are wonderful, and the guys in the back definitely look like they know their stuff. They have amazing customer service. Very friendly and always tried to work around our busy schedules. They saved us money and told us straight out what was needed. I never thought my car would pass an emissions test ever again! I had taken it to different mechanics and no one could tell me why my check engine light was on. Kept getting runarounds, but just after a few checks from them, they found the problem and fixed it. We are so pleased and definitely recommend. :D

I was recently in this business and chose to wait for my repairs rather than to drop my truck off. I was there for approximately two and a half hours so, and I was able to observe quite a bit that went on. It was an extremely busy day there, and I watched as Richie who works the front counter as the salesman, dealt with some very difficult people who had unreasonable expectations or were unhappy with the cost of the repairs that needed to be done. Richie did an outstanding job of explaining in great detail everything that needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He also tried to cut the customers costs where he could legitimately and if he couldnt, he gave good reason why he could not. He showed great patience and not once did I see him look exasperated with what I thought were extremely unreasonable requests.

Stop.If you need more than an oil change or a tire rotation then you have come to the wrong place.I have a Ford truck with very high miles and many things wrong. I don’t know anything about cars, I can only check fluids, but I do check them often. Because of this, I rely on having faith in any mechanic working on my car.Last year I went to Midas to get a new water pump and radiator flush. Everything went well and I have put many more miles on my truck since then. This year’s breakdown was not as pleasant.  I broke down and had to get towed in. As most auto shops charge, I had to pay the standard $125 to diagnose my check engine light. With the diagnosis and work performed I paid a total of $1,148. I had the impression that my truck was now fixed.Upon leaving the shop, I ran some errands around town and went home, totaling about 20 miles. The next day my truck would not start. For me, I had to wait an entire month before I was able to afford to address any new problems with my truck. Once again, I got towed back to Midas to diagnose why it wouldn’t start (I assumed that the cause was unrelated to the last breakdown). They were unable to determine why it wouldn’t start so I had it towed from Midas to the Ford dealer in Surprise.In about 15 minutes, the FORD mechanic returned and told me NO CHARGE. He, the FORD mechanic, determined that the reason it wouldn’t start was because the cover of a sensor that the Midas mechanic had opened was not put back. The Midas mechanic had neglected to put the sensor back properly. If you take something apart as a mechanic, you should be able to put it back without major error.I returned to the Midas mechanic one more time to give them a chance to keep a customer and redeem their reputation. I asked for new antifreeze and the installation of a replacement hose (I already had the parts) as retribution for a month of car troubles that they caused. In about an hour, the mechanic came back out with my truck, handed me my keys, and told me “all your fluids are full.” I felt uncomfortable about the whole situation, and drove across the street to a parking lot to check my fluids myself. Upon opening my hood, I found that my antifreeze was at critically low levels. He completely ignored the request to fill up my antifreeze. Apparently, he did not value me as a customer.They say cars don’t last as long as they used to. Maybe it’s because of the UNTRAINED MECHANICS that we trust with such an important job of keeping us on the road and going to work. Lesson Learned!

I had a loss in the family and needed to leave ASAP on the morning of 09-16-2017. My car was due for an oil change and I needed the confidence that my 2008 vehicle would make it to San Diego and back. I got to this Midas at 0610 hours and planned on waiting for them to open 50 minutes later. One of the gentlemen offered to get my car in at around 0630 hours and was beyond excellent to me. He had a great personality and was incredibly friendly, even 30 minutes before his shift started. I dont recall his name but he was training a new older gentlemen that morning. They treated me like I was family and had my car in, serviced, inspected and out within 20 minutes. Service like this is not found these days and you guys have made a customer for life! Outstanding job! Please recognize these employees that worked the morning of the 16th for their outstanding dedication and excellence.For the people who left negative reviews, I can only assume your negative attitude caused a bad experience because, everyone I encountered was beyond friendly even at 0630 hours before anyone had their morning coffee. *Thumbs up*Respectfully submitted, Ryan and K-9 Titan

I am just heart broken from this whole experience in getting my car repaired. I took my car for repairs in June due to the service engine light flashing. They discovered that I had a bad ignition coil and suggested that I should have a complete tune-up which was replacing spark plugs and so on. I agreed. Then it was noticed that my serpentine belt was showing cracks so I told them to replace. I also commented that the vehicle had a slight cooling issue which they found that I needed a new fan clutch so I had that repaired. I walked out spending $1611.19. It seemed to run better for awhile then I started to hear a small whistle noise. Well approximately 4 months later my car had the same issue with the service engine light and really bad sluggish engine so I took the car back. It was noted that the spark plugs were not gaped properly. Then they also told me the whistle was because I needed a new fan clutch. I told them that was all done in June so they completed all the repairs at no cost. I left, drove the car 1.7 miles and parked for 2 days. So when I was planning to leave I got in my car started the engine and about freaked out. The engine ran so poorly I was too afraid to pull out of the parking lot. I noticed that the vehicle was vibrating and sputtering, the air in take was not connected, condensation was coming out of the exhaust and the service engine light was on. The vehicle ran worse than when I took it in for repairs. Each time these issues happen I was down visiting family so I needed to get repairs done inorder to return home safely which is approximately 45 miles away. I called Midas back spoke to the manager informed him of the issues, he was really helpful. He came to pickup the car to have the issues resolved. Well after two days in the shop it was noted that I had another faulty ignition coil and was advised that I should have all of them replaced otherwise I could have the same issue again. The mechanic also commented that he doesnt know why it wasnt done at the beginning. As a person that has no mechanical knowledge I thought a tune-up should include it all. Apparently not, this issue cost me an additional $856.67. I felt helpless and just need to be sure that I have a proper running vehicle and did not want to take a chance of creating other things that could go wrong for not having the repairs completed. As a 64 year old woman I can not take the chance of being broken down on the road. All the guys that I worked with at this Midas location was so nice and helpful but this whole experience has been very stressful and created so much aggravation that I cant explain. I should not of had to gone through all this experience. I live off of my social security benefits so this cost of repairs was way beyond my comprehension and budget, plus being in the shop for a total of four days. After all of these events how should I or would you feel about the experience? I feel this should be public knowledge so others would not have to go through all this stress and cost that I went through.A week ago the owner responded to my review and requested more information. I really dont know what more I need to say about the services rendered. Yes, it was very unfortunate and unnecessary for me to have gone through so much money, stress and aggravation over a car repair. To think I was stranded a total of four days and it cost me $1380 just for spark plugs and ignition coils replacement is outrageous. Not to add the cost for other repairs which was not completed properly the first time as well. The work performed should be simple everyday task that a mechanic would complete without creating so much stress and anxiety to the customer. I am still nervous about driving my vehicle thinking that the work performed might be faulty. This was a lot of money for a person to spend for what...Its been a week now since I sent this to the address he stated and I havent heard anything back. Maybe this is not that big of a deal to them but it does create hardship to an average person.

I took my chevy uplander there my van was a hit mess but shawn got me in and out the same day. I live in Wittmann AZ i travel 25 miles for there service and take all my cars to them now my son uses them also. Best place in AZ for car repair work and good pricing

This was my husband and my first experience with Midas. We brought our vehicle in for tires and minor repairs. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and actually saved us money! My experience with MIDAS arrowhead was super great. No only did they met my expectations they make me feel at home. Ive had good experience with Midas in other places, and this one didnt disappoint. My trucks starter failed and I had to have it towed in to this Midas. They got it in immediately and replaced the starter for a great price. The customer service was very helpful and friendly. This is the place to go if you need quick repairs or just routine maintenance.
