This place was my service place for the last 5 years until recently. I took my truck in today for service and to fix a noise in my dome light panel and left the truck with the new manager with a 5 hour window before I needed it back. After an hour they called and said the service was done but it would take longer than the remaining 4 hours to deal with the panel. Looked up R & R and everything shows it taking only a few minutes to remove. Dan, the old manager moved to the Happy Valley location and thats where Ill be taking my work from now on. New management in Peoria doesnt seem to care about taking care of long term customers.

The guys there are awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable of their stuff. I will be going back to them to get my water pump fixed. GREAT quotes too!

I brought my car in here after having unfortunate circumstances with two other places and Dan is the man! Also known as Daniel Payne. I came in after I got out of work, which is right before their closing time, and not only was he able to tell me AND show me the problem with my brakes, which the other places couldnt, he also quote me $200 less! He had my car done and ready for pick up the very next morning 15 minutes before they were even open! Strongly recommend!!!

I had made the mistake of asking a friend to change my brake pads. Hes pretty good with cars and has done my brakes on previous vehicles with no problems. This time he had some serious problems and I was left stranded with no brakes at all. I had my vehicle towed in to this location and Robert made sure my brakes were functioning like new. They charged me a very decent price for the amount of time and effort they put into it. Im so grateful! Ill always go back for all future brake needs. My thanks to all who assisted with this issue!

On 09-19-2020, I took my vehicle to Brake Masters in Peoria,Arizona; and. It was my first time being at that location as I have used Brake Masters in various locations in the past. Dan was outstanding in assisting me with the issues of my vehicle and Craig performed miracles in regard to the extensive repair needs and explaining to me exactly what was going on with my vehicle. The entire staff is extremely professional, courteous, and very willing to assist any customer in need. The team at Peoria deserve extremely high ratings and while I was there which most of the day I observed this continued professionalism and excellent service to every and each customer that entered the premises. I have already informed a lot of my friends to be sure and use this facility as not only is the facility extremely clean and neat the staff is outstanding and they go above and beyond for each and every customer.

Set appointment,showed up on time,to be told they are to busy.,two days of time wasted,on brake masters.Real Dueche bags,,give no trust to these guys,and in the end it cost me $1500,on vehicle sale.

My vehicle has a check engine light on and I made an appointment for an oil change. While they were changing the oil they came back with other things that were wrong. Brake fluid and spark plugs.During the same appointment they changed my brake fluid and charged me $43 for brake fluid, the most expensive one I found online was $11 for an entire bottle... so definitely dont appreciate the upcharge. And my check engine light is still on. They are very nice guys when they greet you and talk to you but ehh this experience was less than stellar. My dad is now fixing it a d noticed that my filter was not changed and the brake fluid is way above the the MAX line....

Big truck friendly ! Quick and reasonable

Absolute nightmare! If you have a newer vehicle do not take it here! They are not technology advanced to work on a vehicle with break sensors for one it took 5 hours after pulling my vehicle into the bay and me having to call them to find out what was taking so long to find out they messed up the sensors. Then a couple days later the brand new breaks are squealing so loud and grinding I take it back and another 6 hours later again I have to call for a follow up to find out they messed up the rotors. Then a couple days later the same loud squealling. Needless to say I had to take it to the dealer (which I should have done to begin with). Now I have to fight for a refund of the shotty job they did. The whole thing could have been avoided had they just been up front and said we cant work on a truck this new!

Made an appointment 2 days for a oil change. 4 pm, just before closing on a Saturday. Guy in front of me walks in off the street. Greeted taken care of, like an old friend. Tells him about half hour or less. I come up, tell him of the appointment. And Im 10 minutes early. Tells me more than an hour. I have put off before, that I would come back next week. And begin to leave, said to my wife they are not honoring appointments. He calls me er the service writer, and saysoh tough guy!!..No sorry Sir, no apology, just not my problem. My wife described it as he was trying to pick a fight with me. Crazy! Been going there for 7 years with 3 cars. Going to talk to someone after the holiday, and then, I dont know. Keep you posted. .................................... Called Monday, talk to Mark, the store manager. Told him the story. Needless, to say, been going there long time. Gonna try again Saturday, he assured me my next visit will be better. He sounds genuine and polite. He apologized for the rude employee and listened. Update this Saturday, with possible re rating. Keep you posted.................................Went in last Saturday, met Mark, nice guy. Took care of my oil change. Assured me that this will not happen again and the company really cares about the customer. Mark and the mechanics are great! Even though I did not get an apology from the rude service writer, I would still recommend their service. I hope they have reassign him to sweeping the shop or parking lot or anywhere where he is not in contact with customers.

Jeff, at the counter took care of us immediately on arrival. Very friendly and helpful. We didnt have an appointment, but he said he would work on the car as soon as possible. We were in and out in about an hour. He was honest with everyone that came in about wait time. When checking out, he gave us a price and we told him we had put a coupon on the counter. Ive been using Brake Masters for several years now and I highly recommend them, theyre competitively priced and do quality work. They just did new rotors, control arm bushings and brakes on my 03 Avalanche, all 4 wheels, at at FANTASTIC price. When I went to pickup, David told me he got the new parts a little cheaper so he saved over two hundred dollars, thats why I go there.

Outstanding service! I spoke with David Toledo and his team regarding my breaks, which my dealer advised I have replaced immediately. David was kind enough to take extra time and show me the quality of my breaks in detail in the maintenance area and was up front and honest with me that my breaks did not need to be replaced and that they were still in a good, safe condition to drive. This was the first time any auto repair shop I’ve been to has ever taken me back and taught me about my car. I can’t say enough kind words about David and his team and the exemplary service they provided to me and the rest of the community. They have a new customer for life!

They were greatly appreciated a bit more expensive than I wanted to spend but gave me a bit of a brake. Want to give them a shout out cause Peoria Brakes Plus on Deer Valley trued ripping me off and these guys beat the cost by 1100 and said there was nothing wrong w my front axle when there really wasnt my four wheel drive hubs were locked and that was the problem and brake masters knew there wasnt anything wrong couldnt find anything wrong and they were right!!! Took my two vehicles in for inspection and Mark L and his crew were helpful in fixing the brakes on both cars. They had us in and out in a timely fashion. The waiting area and bathrooms were nice and clean, nice for a change. Mark went the extra mile and offered us something to drink while we waited. Its a nice experience at the Peoria location. He even gave us front door service once our vehicles were done. We will be returning in the future when our cars need more work. Thanks Brake Masters for finding Mark. Great people, great service. I just bought a vehicle down here, and the brakes felt a little bit squishy. So I brought it in, and they helped do a master cylinder on it. They fit me in the schedule, and got it done in only a reasonable 2 1/2 hours! Highly recommend these guys. Russ and Joey did an awesome job at bleeding my brakes as well.

I brought my truck in today for an oil change and mentioned to the manager there, Mark, that my ABS light had come on recently but I hasnt seen it but one time. He said it could have been a computer glitch or something like that and left it at that. I didnt expect anything but an oil change on my suburban. He comes in after a short time with some recommendations. He said they ran a system check and all 3 (didnt know there were 3 ways to diagnose this stuff) tests they ran came back with the brake light switch being bad. He offered to replace it for a small charge and I declined. Only because I can do it myself. I felt like he was respectful, knowledgeable and checked out my truck even when I didnt ask. I appreciate that. So much so that I brought my car back and had the oil changed...and let him do my air and cabin air filter even though I can do those myself as well. Only thing I missed out on was a new little punch card thing for a free oil change. Thanks Mark!! You did Brake Masters proud!

We are so very pleased with our visit to this store. They got our car in right away and did a fuel pump exchange quickly and efficiently, most important the cheapest we found after shopping around. Store was clean and everyone was super nice. Spoke with the store manager Mark first thing in the morning and he gave me the go ahead to get the car towed there and he’d call me when’s it was done and they did just that! This location is trying to fill a quota.I have been going to this Peoria location for a few years now but, the management has changed and so did the quality of work.The tech. burned rubber in my vehicle during a test drive and the workwas never done properly; took to another location.Im a tech. myself and witness this location over charge ;over service many customers as I wait on my alignment get close, never proper.I will never refer this locationand, this is the short list.Brake Masters is a good company overall but, this location in PEORIA AZ needs help.BE BLESSED , BE SAFE

Both times I have been to this location the bald guy in the front has been rude . Went in for another service that he offered they could do last time and he said they couldn’t do it and if I wanted them to even look at my car I would have to leave it overnight keep in mind I even booked an appointment online . I called another brake masters and they offered to look at my vehicle . This place has the worst customer service

Great experience. Larry is by far the friendliest front desk guy that i have come across for a car service place. Ive come twice now and both times they actually had my car in the shop right at my appointment time, which is extremely rare. Prices are fair, and the work is solid.

I checked the reviews before going to Brake Masters at 9240 W Peoria in Peoria, AZ to have the air condition on my sons car checked out. On the initial call, Chris was polite and courteous. I entered into a clean and air conditioned facility. Within the hour, which I was told it would take, I was told that the A/C was fine and there was no problem! I am writing this review because of the honesty of this business. Being a female many times you can be taken advantage of, but I drove off with thankfulness in my heart, ice cold air, zero cost, and a smile from Chris. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs honest car care. I will return to this place of business. We have 4 vehicles at home and many, many friends!! I have been going here for about 3yrs to get my oil changed and then my motor blows. Mechanics tell me if my oil was changed out instead of just being topped off my car would of ran another 200k miles. Dont ever trust a brake place to change your oil know Im looking at a 1200-1300$ motor repair cuz they dont make my car anymore..

BEWARE!! Ive been a good paying customer of theres for a year now. I used to take all of my vehicles there for oil changes. But will NOT be going back anymore. I took my truck there for a basic oil change. They called me about an hour after I dropped it off saying my water pump was leaking significantly and needed to be replaced immediately. Little did they know is that Im master mechanic and just replaced the entire cooling system on this truck a month ago including the water pump. They tried to scam me and tell me I wouldnt make it home with the water pump leaking this much. I went over there, water pump was fine. Turns out they thought I was a customer that didnt know what I was talking about and was trying to get an easy $300 from me. The truck is completely fine and no water pump leak whatsoever and I daily drive this to tempe everyday. BEWARE! They will try to scam you and I will never take a vehicle back again.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOPThey charge for services not provided,They charge a shop rate of a $100.00 per hour go to a dealer ship for that shop rate If you ask about a change the manager blows a gasket and tells you that you dont know what youre talking about and try to argue with you and get up set because you had the nerve to question them. The best is for last they cant even get there story straight .

I went to get an oil change using a coupon. The coupon stated that a tire rotation was included in the price. They told me the wait was an hour. My oil change was done in less than an hour. I asked about the tire rotation and was informed that they didnt do it. They immediately took my car back and did it right away. And still had me out of the shop within an hour. They did all this was really great attitudes.
