Ive been coming here since 2018 for service and each time Ive come here, the service is always great. Very friendly and helpful.However this time, in particular, was so great, it really blew me away at how amazing this place is. Robert worked with me; I needed an alignment, all new tires, coolant, and brake flush so it was going to be a pricey service, or so I thought. Robert went above and beyond my expectations, got me a great deal on my tires saving me literally a few hundred dollars and when I picked up the car, he had it detailed for me - not just the standard car wash. He followed up when he said he would and was kind with each interaction. Cant say enough good things about this place. Also, thank you to Asia - Shes amazing and kind and made sure to follow up with me to make sure I was happy. Thank you all.

This was a 5-star experience, all the way around.We needed to replace our Honda Civic. It still ran like a champ, had low mileage, and still looked great. But it was time. Last year, we decided to trade in the BMW X3 for a Mazda CX-5 (in Tucson). Man, was that ever a great choice! We loved it, so when we moved to Phoenix a few weeks ago, we decided to re-visit Mazda, with an eye on the CX-30.Now, understand, the 2022 models would normally be filling up dealers inventories, making the remaining 2021s a bargain. But Covid-caused supply chain issues have stopped up that process. Thus the 2021s (whats remaining of them) are going at full price. But the good news: trade-ins are super-high as well because the used car market is crazy as well. Bottom line: if you can find what you want and have a trade, youll come out ahead. We did, and purchased a new CX-30 (Premium Plus trim.)While we were at it, we knew the trade value of the 2020 CX-5 would be robust. And given that wed received 0.9% financing on it, the loan balance was pretty low. So, we opted to replace it with a 2021. I know, crazy, huh? Normally, depreciation would still have you underwater, but we got about $11K more than we owed on it. So, rack up another one (CX-5, Signature trim).Our salesperson, Marko, could not have been more professional and attentive. He noticed right away that we were no-nonsense buyers whod done their homework and knew what they wanted. So, Marko spent no time stroking our egos and, instead, got right down to business. I made two robust offers and we settled very quickly. Everyone made money on the deal and Cardinaleway Mazda got four transactions from us in an afternoon.Straightforward, reasonable, responsive. These are the things you want in a car dealer. Do your homework, know what you want. Come correct. Make the test drive the only real variable in the process. (Oh, and youll love how quick the 2.5L Turbo engines in these cars are--Zoom Zoom, indeed!)

My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a Toyota Tacoma with Findlay in Prescott AZ. In the middle of this process, it was sold out from under us. We were lucky enough to find the same truck here for much cheaper, and Robert literally got it all together in 24 hours! We drove the 80 miles, met with our sales rep Drake, and we were able to drive away with my husbands dream truck 2 hours after getting into the office. I was so close to giving up on dealerships until we came here. Thank you all so much for making this a quick, easy, and very enjoyable experience! I recently purchased a 2021 Mazda 3 Turbo and purchase couldn’t have been anymore smooth. The purchase decision was largely based on the easy communications with everyone at the dealership. Receiving a good offer on my trade-in and a great deal on the vehicle I wanted was seamless. The facility itself was clean, well maintained, and relaxing. Service department is terrible. Have a Mazda Tribute Hybrid, and before I even took it here I asked if they can work on these hybrid Mazda s. They said absolutely. Towed the car because it would not start on a Thursday morning. After no update I stopped by I check on it, found it on the rack and asked to speak to the technician, he had the steering column torn apart and was under it to check the starter. That should have been my first clue, it does not have a starter, it starts off the electric drive motor. I asked if they had checked the voltage of the drive battery, they said no, the were working on the ignition immobilizer, why the steering column was apart. I told them I think that happens if the high voltage drive battery is low. They said they knew how to repair and got nasty. Service Manager was involved on Tuesday, stating they would change technicians to their Master Technician. Again I asked if they knew how to work on these and the Service Manager stated they did. Thursday the Service Manager asked for one more day. Friday the Service Manager says they do not have the tools to fix it, I should take it to the Ford dealer. A whole week of nothing. Very poor service center, of the computer does not tell them what to do, they cannot do it. This dealer does not even have the correct scan tool to diagnose, they could never tell me the voltage of the hybrid battery. Very disappointed

Ethan is the best guy I’ve ever bought a car from! He was so helpful from start to finish. We started the day expecting to have a long drawn out process to get into a new car. Ethan made it simple and answered every single one of about a million questions that I asked. I would 100% recommend him to all my friends and family. At the moment Im giving a three, came in today for appointment, and was told Im not on appointment list and not on board, but I have email that shows I have a appointment. Let me see how it goes today. So at the end it became very unpleasant as I would put it, as a employee trust to enter the space of a customer that he only gave back park of his key. The talk didnt happen in a nice way. Good job.

A week later I found a couple things wrong with the Jeep That turned out to be extremely expensive and hard to repair I thought I was screwed. This place has great potential but then you run into people like Michael Isham and Robert Robles. I contacted them multiple times and never heard back. I purchased a car and decided that I no longer wanted the warranty. Every time I would call they were too busy closing deals. I kept leaving messages with staff, voicemails, and emails. Not one single call back. After weeks of dealing with this I finally had someone help me. I don’t think they care too much about long-term customer relationships. I won’t be coming back.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!(Read reviews on Yelp and other platforms also)I wish I could give no stars, I had a bad feeling from the time I walked into the dealership. I should’ve left at that point and went to a different dealership. The employees here are the typical dealers that you need to watch out for.Especially Matt (the general sales manager) and Tim (the sales manager). Watch out for them! After having an okay experience with Drake, Tim came over with the layout of the prices, he automatically had the $1500 paint protection added on to the final price. He explained it to me as if my car automatically came with it and I had no choice but to have it on there. As a first time car buyer and going alone I didn’t question it. Tim was very pushy and rude! I decided to go through with the sale which was a HUGE mistake.The night I got home I saw a paper saying the paint protection was optional and should have been given as an option. Which It wasn’t. I immediately called and was ignored, told I would get a call back and didn’t. I called early the next morning and finally got a hold of Tim and he said he would call me back. He never did, so I showed up. He was SO rude (even the employees at the front desk were like “woah!”) As he rudely put his finger up at me and said wait!He ended up sending Matt over to me. I explained to him exactly what happened. I said I want the paint protection taken off because I was never given the option for it and I have paperwork saying it was supposed to be an option. And I never would have gotten it if I knew it was optional. He refused to remove it and said he never would have sold me the car if he didn’t have the paint protection on it cause they would lose money. Yet none of that was told to me while going over the prices. Also, the online advertisement price was less than what they were selling in person cause they added the $1500 as the final sale price. After sending several emails back-and-forth with Matt he finally said “how is him losing out on $1500 a win-win for both of us” he shut me out and said there’s nothing else to talk about. This just shows they are only in it for the money. After not getting my money back I continued to get multiple calls and emails from Drake. I said stop contacting me unless you actually wanna help me with my issue. Since he said in his email he is happy to help with any thing I need. He refused to respond. Because again they don’t want to deal with the issues they only care about the money.It’s funny how Mike comments on all the bad reviews but when I sent an email and tried calling, you refuse to get back to me. On top of all the other issues I didn’t even have my car for a month before getting brake malfunction warnings. And the last place I would go is to the dealership to get it fixed. So please! Avoid this dealership as much as possible.And don’t bother contacting me unless you’re gonna give me my $1500 back.

Service department was clean and waiting area was comfortable. They do not have a rental car. After 4hours my vehicle was not done and they needed more time so they put me in a courtousy vehicle for 2 days. Let me tell you I absolutley fell in love with this top of the line sporty Mazda. It had all you could ask for and drove like a dream. If we could have afforded it, this would have been mine.Thank you again for all you did. It was thoughtful, kind, and an all around great experience.

I knew exactly what I wanted, and Lynn did not stop until my car was available. He contacted me right away, and I walked out of the dealer with the car I wanted. We loved our experience at Cardinale Way Mazda. We were looking for a Mazda 3 for my daughter for college. Our sales consultant, Bayli was awesome. She was incredibly outgoing and engaging, and clearly loves her job, but more importantly she was a no pressure person, and was extremely knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. Bayli is a rare breed of salesperson that has both personality and experience but isnt trying to just make a buck from you. I recommend the dealer and her 100%.

Terrible customer service. I have been calling for a month or more to get my Mazda CX 5 infotainment system fixed. I printed the Techinal Service Bulletin because on my first call they had no idea what was wrong with it. Now nobody returns my call since Ive mentioned that I had it. Its extremely distracting while I am driving to have the screen constantly reset. Navigation doesnt work and neither does the bluetooth while its doing this. Extreme safety hazard...you would think they would want their customers to be safe! NEVER going there for anything again! I give no stars!!!!

Cardinaleway Mazda Peoria has done it again! I bought my Mazda 3 Sedan from this dealership in Dec 2019. (Jesse was the sales rep who assisted me with the process) And I remember getting a great deal from these guys. In June, I started to shop around for a CX-5 and almost every dealer in the valley was being difficult to deal with. Before giving up, I was getting ready to settle for a vehicle I did not want but could not pass on a deal they were giving me. Well the very same day I was getting ready to drive out to PHX to sign the deal of a car I did not want, Jesse called me. We spoke, I told him the challenge I was facing with the dealer and he offered to help. He listened to what I wanted, the price I was looking for and the likelihood of me driving to PHX that same day. I asked Jesse to get me a deal in less than an hour and he got me one in 12 minutes. I was so impressed! Even better, he was able to get me in a CX-5 1 trim level + 1 package above from what I was looking for. When I get to PHX that same afternoon I see the vehicle I exactly wanted, test drove it and fell in love. I signed documents and drove off the lot in less than 2 hours. I still cant believe the deal Jesse and Cardinaleway Peoria was able to pull for me. I am so grateful for them and they have earned my business 100% !! I feel so bad for not considering them first but now I learned my lesson. They truly stand by their relationship statement. **Regarding used cars, heavy bait & switch here. Again cant speak about their new cars but the dealers you hear about not indicating dealer extras on the lot or online thats them. Yes its 2020 (covid year) but a used car a dealer purchasd for 10K is not worth 22K. To be fair they did have the vehicle listed at 15K so thats only a 7k bump, but whos counting their dollar and cents theses days...

There are few times that I have an experience so dreadful that my adrenaline spikes and I need hours afterwards to recover from the interaction. Today was unfortunately one of those times.Firstly, I need to point out that the Service Department, and my interaction with Ed, was A+. My service experiences with CardinaleWay Mazda Peorias service department have been the best Ive ever had at a dealership.Todays experience, however, was with CardinaleWay Mazdas Sales department.It all started when I let service know that I was looking to sell my sons Mazda, which I brought into service. Before picking up the car from the oil change, someone from that department called me and offered me the price I wanted. I thought, hey, this will be easier than selling online to a private party.The sales person then went back to the sales managerss bullpen and took a very long time. I had to ask twice how long it was gong to take to do the necessary paperwork. Finally he came back, and asked me to sign papers to hand over ownership of the car to them, but heres the catch... it might take up to two weeks to get me a check. My wife was beside herself and had to leave after hearing that. I stayed thinking there must be something else that could be done. We talked some more and he assured me that the check would come soon. I signed over my car, and when I finished all the documents, I noticed none of them said I was owed the money from the dealership for the vehicle. There was only an odometer statement showing the agreed upon price.It was then that I protested. I told him that before handing over the title (even though I signed the power of attorney form), I needed a signed form from the dealership saying that they owed me the money until I was delivered a check. He didnt know what to do with this request. Thats when it got weird. I got anxious because I signed the documents, but had no concrete assurance that I would be paid. I suggested a signed WE OWE from the dealer would suffice. The sales guy promptly typed one up and printed it out. I thought this would be okay.Then another person who was supposedly a manger came over and said that I couldnt have the WE OWE document. Thats when I got very defensive and felt that they were trying to steal my vehicle. I restated that I had no assurance of payment. They told me it was simply a matter of trusting them. For me, trust is not something that is part of a business transaction at a car dealership. There are legal transactions and signed documents of obligations. When he wouldnt let me have the WE OWE document, I felt very insecure and just wanted the signed documents to tear up and the keys to my car back. They swiftly tossed all the documents into the shredder box and would not give me my key. Thats when I raised my voice and demanded my keys and the paperwork to be returned to me. They then threatened to have me escorted out of the building.I began to call the police, but then paused. They said the deal was dead. I wanted the paperwork, but then reduced my order to return my key.They said if I paid for the oil change I could have my key. I agreed and followed one of the managers to the service department (which closed a half hour earlier). We worked out the payment for the oil change and then it took them 20 minutes to get my car back to me. I really felt I was being toyed with at this point.I spoke with the Peoria Police Department about getting verification of the paperwork being shredded. The officer agreed that though they could try to take ownership via ADOT with my signed papers, he hoped they would follow through and shred the documents. He said to wait for a crime before I could report one. Unfortunately this was my only recourse at present.For the sales department, this is a customer relationship issue. If they are going to buy cars from the public for cash, but not give the money right away, there needs to be a document that legally states in the writing of the document that the money is owed.

I LOVE MY CAR!!!!!HOWEVER, the communication between the sales team and customer is pretty much non-existent. I bought my car while it was out getting a new paint job. Mazda had my car for THREE WEEKS before I got to have it. No communication through the process at all til the very end after I had to start making calls to higher ups. After speaking with a man named Tim, he told me he would be making the first car payment for me since they had my car for 3 weeks. Its been 3 weeks, I have left 6 voicemails, I have called at least 15 times, I have spoken with several other people too, and now starting into the 4th week and nobody will return my calls, and tim is never there when I call. I will be speaking with the GM in the morning because this is ridicuous! Appalled by the lack of communication!

Dealerships are fine for some ppl. They just are not for me. Cuz when you have poor credit an looking @ $350 a month after a $1500 down payment is a Lil out of price range for a $7000 car. Not worth it in my eyes. So I guess I apologize for the 2 stars its not their fault my credit isnt good enough. They were friendly, but then again what sales person isnt nice when trying to get money out of you.

This Dealer stole 950.00 dollars from me, they added a charge I never agreed to. Also showed me a car fax report after all documents where processed. also charged me documentation and license fees and they where not paid to the DMV. also when I contacted, Matt, JR and other sales reps, they never replied back. I have made a complaint to the BBB and will continue to post on the online media about this dealers fraudulent practices. also filing complaint to the consumer protection Arizona district attorney. I did not want to put a star, but cant post without a star rating.

First trip here for service. Bought from Chapman Mazda originally which I dont at all recommend (see my review there). Ed at the service department was awesome! Car was done way faster than expected and they took care of an important recall I didnt know about. Cant speak for the sales or financing team but the service was great. Worst experience with the sales person who is here. I dont want to mention his name here as i am also from corporate and have certain ethics.Such a rude behavior and 100 % committed in giving false statements. I had a plan for buying mazda vehicle for a change and just not me my friend as well had some plans, we havent seen such behaviors from any nearby dealers.Looking at this level of customer service. I never once felt pressured to buy. They helped get me in a new vehicle after a total loss on my previous vehicle and were great at working with my pre-approval from my credit union. Bought a CX5 about 16 months ago. Sales staff was awesome, no no pressure, but the finance guy was a battle trying to add things to bring up the cost. Argued for hours, said no extened service... wound up charged for one anyway ($6000 added to cost). Tried to use it, was denied. Part of it was for routine service, but after only TWO oil changes, told I only have 1 more.Asked to cancel the extended 5 times and was ignored 5 times. Even contacted Mazda directly, but was told they dont control what individual locations do.Aslo, service told me 5 months or 5000 miles....but Mazda website says 12 months or 7500 miles, so Ive been taking it in much earlier than needed.Its a shame because I had such a good experience at the Cardinale Way in Mesa. The Peoria location, I dont trust.

I just attempted to purchase a 2016 malibu from this dealership but they were unwilling to remove there additional $1,600 in aftermarket fees. Which are things such as scotch guard, window tint and nitrogen filled tires which I told the sales man are all unnecessary additions that i did not need nor want. He stated his boss was willing to come down half the price but no more. They lost a $18,000 sale over $800 and I was told I can keep looking elsewhere if I was not satisfied. I will take my business elsewhere.

I bought a car here 3 years ago and have referred 2 people. I have not received the referral fee they talk about either time! This last time, my boyfriend purchased a car, the paperwork was sent to the incorrect address repeatedly. Five weeks later I had to go pick up the papers. My boyfriend was promised a gift card and that has not happened either. I referred people because my experience was good but I will not refer anyone else. This is not how you do business!Based on Johns request below I emailed him on August 11 and here it is Sept 5. I have not gotten a response. So I guess I will just post reviews everywhere.

I purchased my car from Cardinale Way Mazda Peoria in August 2016 through financing and accepted the Gap insurance they offered. I paid my car loan off early and am due a refund on the gap insurance according to the bank, but all attempts at contacting someone to help me - by phone, email, chat and filing a complaint with the BBB - have gone unanswered. Beware of this company.

Im rating one star because there is no zero available. Had to help my girlfriends sister pick up her car which had to be towed to the dealership for the second time for the same problem of not starting after running fine. The last time they mentioned a possible problem with the ECM, but then decided to replace the alternator. Now they have no record of the ECM issue. They said it was due to a corroded battery cable, which is the same battery cable and corrosion it went to the shop with the first time. Service advisor and service manager stated they wouldnt do anything for my girlfriends sister if the car came back for the same issue, its mechanical and stuff happens. Upon leaving, I checked the car and the negative battery cable was loose, not secured right and they had put a wedge in it because it was loose. I put the battery in myself prior to the issues and knew the battery cables were tight. Add this to the fact the sales department ghosted my girlfriend when she was shopping for a vehicle in January. After dealing with driving back and forth several times and numerous phone calls, the dealership went missing in action. You could not pay me to have my car serviced at Cardinale Way Mazda, and I wouldnt even take a free car from them if they offered. Some of the worst customer service I have encountered!!!

Would recommend buying a car from Lynn any day of the week. He is a stand up guy and not once did he try to pressure me into a car that I did not want. Being a young woman, a few people tried to take advantage of me at prior dealerships that I went to before this one. Lynn was upfront and honest through the entire process and showed a genuine interest in making sure I was happy with my purchase.A few months after buying my new car, I was in an accident and called Lynn who was at the dealership just around the corner and he did everything he could to make sure that I had a car to drive while mine was in the shop. I still stay in touch with him to this day and will always recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Even when someone is looking outside of Mazda, I always say to check with him first.Ive asked them in the past to just notate my account that all my cars will be purchased through Lynn and to stop the sales calls. It is unfortunate that I just received a call from Jason telling me that Lynn no longer works there. Once I got off the phone with Jason, I immediately reached out to Lynn only to find out that he STILL works there and it appears that Jason thought lying would get him a lead. If Jason is willing to lie to people just to get them in the door, I can only imagine what hes willing to lie about to sell a car. Jason - 0 stars... Lynn 5+ stars!

Great place, great prices. I was shopping around dealerships and visited 9 different ones and what brought me back here was their customer service. I personally worked with Lynn he is a great dude. Id recommend him if hes available for you. They actually listen to you and work with you on what the best option is for you. Highly recommend, 6 stars if I could.

If I could give the place a zero I would! It all started with a my lady taking her car into their service department. We received a free oil change and car wash because my lady is a nurse. They told us we should have our cabin filter replaced because it was dirty. Little did they know we replaced it less then 24 hours before the oil change. For all of the good well the Mazda Corp is doing with the free oil changes these people lied and ruined Mazda’s good name. They claim to be a Christian Organization but I believe being honest is a Major principal in my Christian Faith!I also looked a Chevy Spark that was priced just right. The tried to add over $1,000 to the price of the vehicle for “reconditioning”. They claim that “every car dealership” does it. I know for a fact that other dealerships like Avondale Nissan don’t have this practice. Just another lie from a different department at this “Christian Organization”. Is there one honest person that works there? Please be aware of these shady business practices!!!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

INSTANT SMILESlet me tell you something about this dealership,..Its different in every best way possible. How is that you might ask? Now keep in mind, I was once a car salesman at one point for a few years, I worked at many dealerships, family owned and corporate stores from scottsdale to up this strip of road and I have purchased a few vehicles in my time. Theres not a single dealership like this one. The woman and I decided to get in the market of trading up our car, so we tried a couple other dealerships from camelback up to bell road. Either we didnt get responses, they didnt submit our credit, or they offered money I would wipe my rear with on my trade. Pure pocket change even. After a disappointment at a dealership down the road I had the idea to try this store out and by a pure miracle we came across the dream team of vehicle sales. Mr.Tim and Mr.Lynn. the second we walked in, Lynn had that instant connection with us. Being the first to greet us and immediately taking us to exactly the type of car we were looking for. Lynn isnt what you would put in the same category as everyone else that sells cars. He is someone you can instantly trust and he trusts you back all the same. He is even your friend in the business. When it came down to the serious things, Tim got straight to the meat and potatoes, before you knew it we were a group of pals chopping it up while cracking a car deal. ZERO Bull! They stepped up against every other dealership, they communicated effectively through the process, they took it seriously and dug as far as they could to find a car deal. They didnt blow us off, or even consider us a lost cause. They gave us a shot and guess what? Those dealerships lost our business and mazda gained our loyal business. The amount of professionalism behind Tim and Lynn is enough to make anyone consider sticking to the mazda brand and sticking to this store specifically. Ive slung many car deals myself as a salesman and this was not only the shortest car deal (hardly even a couple hours all together) but the most honest and trusting deal you can get. Whether I was the sales guy or the customer, I will never consider anyone else in this business from now on. They did EVERYTHING NO ONE ELSE wanted to do. That is what makes them different from the rest. They genuinely helped us out in a tough spot and for that I ask the GM to give these men a crisp high five and treat those guys to something nice, theyve earned it as much as theyve earned our Mazda loyalty! Best and easiest car purchase I’ve made. I actually had the pleasure of two very thorough sales people, Patricia and Tyrone. Both had the best customer service skills, automotive knowledge, and were genuinely nice people. Then off to Finance which I was just dreading.... but then I met Imran and he was just as kind and pleasant as the sales people. He was the happiest, down to earth guy! No pressure, the numbers never wavered, and he took care of everything in 30 minutes. These people are true to their word. I highly recommend CardinaleWay!!

We took our Mazda 3 in to get serviced because it needed a new screen on our radio. I had to call multiple times just to talk to someone to set the appointment. Then we take it in to get it looked at and they agree it needs to be replaced and they “order the part” and say it’ll take a couple weeks to get here. After about a month and a half I hear nothing so I call again and still can’t ever talk to anyone in the service department. So we called Avondale Mazda. Got an appointment for the same day took it in and they replaced it same day.If you need to get your car serviced go the few extra miles and take it to Avondale Mazda. Much better experience and they actually want to earn your money.

I am very disappointed in the service department. My girlfriend and I brought our 2017 Mazda 3 into the dealer for a package oil change, tire rotation, and fluid check. After we received our car we realized there was an awful vibration while braking and came to the conclusion the rotors have become warped due to over tightening the lugs. They claimed to of hand torqued them but they were on so tight, they were over tightened with an impact. We called the dealer 2 or 3 times and asked for the service manager due to a previous bad experience with the service center. Mike (the service writer) asked for name and number both times so they could give a call back. Never received a call. Fast forward to 2 and half weeks later we call again finally getting ahold of the service manager and his response to the issue and very rudely was “we didn’t cause this issue, but we will resurface the rotors this one time”. We get the car back and the issue is still not fixed so we get ahold of the dealer again Carl (the service manager) said to come in and they offered to fix the brakes for the cost of $200 parts only and no labor cost. They claimed we put to many miles on it from the original visit to the second visit and that we could of caused them to get warped ourself but when we asked “What else would have caused this issues?” Mikes response was “I don’t know”. (The car would’ve have also been in sooner had we received a call back after the first two calls) so at this point I figured I can do the job myself for cheaper than that. I get the wheels of our car and try to start removing the brake caliper, the bolts were on so tight I couldn’t break them with an impact or a wrench, once again bolts are being way over torqued to where I can’t break them free. They are not willing to fix the issue at no cost for something they caused originally now I’m not able to break the bolts free myself. Now after this last bad experience we had with Carl and Mike, I will never take our car back there again or buy a vehicle from them again knowing this is how I will be treated as a customer.

My wife and I purchased a 2021 CX-9 from Cardinaleway Mazda last week and have nothing but great things to say about the entire process. We are from Las Vegas but were unable to locate the specific Signature trim we wanted so I started looking at dealerships within a 5 hour radius. Cardinaleway had the exact color we were looking for scheduled to arrive in a few days. We negotiated a VERY fair price over the phone and email and then we flew to Phoenix on October 2nd , signed a few documents (that were already prepared) and were on the road in less than an hour, including our initial test drive. Our salesman, Lynn Davis, was great about showing us all the features of the vehicle and made the process super smooth. We absolutely love our CX-9! Highly recommend Cardinaleway if you are looking for a low-pressure car buying experience.

They pride themselves on being different, better, and honest. However my experience with this dealership has been nothing but a bad experience. I would NOT recommend for anyone to get their Mazda here. I should have gone with Right Toyota. This dealership is not to be trusted. I am also going to complain to the BBB with precise details. I trusted them since they are a Christian dealership but what was done to me wasn’t very honest and Christian of them.

I bought a vehicle from Robert Robles and Had a great experience. I referred my niece to him after she went to another dealership and was in the her new car for several weeks before they told her she couldn’t get approved. She was heart broken , I then called Robert Robles and he was able to get my niece approved and the finance person assured her that she was approved and she wouldn’t be getting a phone call to return her new Mazda. If I had the option to never buy a car from anyone else but them again in my life, I would. These guys are incredible. Im an autistic woman, so Im usually really vulnerable in sales processes. I reached out to Jason telling him how in love with the car I was, and we touched base through the week. I didnt know for sure if it was the car I wanted but he tried his best listening to my needs and helped me. Once I got to the dealership, Malik came out and he was just as cute as a button, and he really cared about helping me. Hes an incredible kid and you could tell he wanted to succeed.What really gets me about the dealership isnt even the car I bought, it was just the level of care that they put in to me as a customer and him as an employee. They took time to educate both of us and explain things, and they tried everything they could to ensure I walked away with the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. I definitely think if you are questioning what business to support, this would be the one to do it.Paul was also the fastest and friendliest financer Ive ever seen. Truly Disappointed as a customer to have bought my 1st car. Got a Certified used car and highlighted that the windscreen had cracks/chips broken and one can clearly see on windscreen, Informed the dealership before moving the car out of the lot and since 1.5 month i have been given a run around and finally was told that NO help will be provided to replace the windscreen as it passed all certification check.I wish Mazda can please look into this now and help me as a customer.

I came here recently after getting disappointed from another dealership and Mr. khan, Mr. Robles and the sales manager made this an easy experience for me to purchase my life-long car.
