Don’t recommend. I’ve been trying to contact someone to get my products cancelled from trading in my vehicle in April. Still have yet to hear back after several phone calls, and emails. All you ever get is voicemails. They need to do better!

Tried to get a recall service done now for over two month and no one is calling me back ! This is the second bad experience with this dealership ! I am actually going to sell my Honda and never buy this brand because of this !

Had my 2015 Accord serviced here and found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. While it was being serviced I stopped by the new car lot and found the salesman also very friendly and informative. Not pushy at all which is a relief. Since I am in the market for a new Honda (CR-V is what I discussed with the salesman) I will definitely stop here first and would highly recommend.

Horrible experience. I’d give them less than one star if I could. Found a 2020 Civic EX on December 29th. The salesman was nice, but brought out a piece of paper with scribbles on it with the numbers. There was no one there but me. The finance manager never came out to talk to me. Gave me one price and said that was it. I really wanted the car and would have negotiated. I drove to Bridgeport the next day to Urse Honda and bought the same car, but a 2021, and for 20 dollars less a month. I HIGHLY recommend Urse. They had a lot of people there that day buying cars. Wonderful to deal with and very professional. Every time I drive by Pioneer’s lot now, there still sits the car I would have bought. It was just a terrible experience at Pioneer. I would NOT recommend buying a car from them.

I called about a used car that was just put on the website. It only had a stock picture. I was told several times it was going through inspection and Dan would send me pictures once it was through inspection. I got an email today that the car was no longer available. The whole time I felt like I was a bother trying to find out information. I was told through text that they had other cars in the price range and miles Im interested but no thanks. I’ll try somewhere that get back with me quickly

I really hated Larry Simmons but least have you good deals when it was time for car to get service. Used to be like $29 for oil change and inspection now $45 looks like going elsewhere. Be different if it was for a battery issue I have had since owning my vehicle, Larry just always put a new one on because couldnt find out what was draining battery constantly. Good luck. Well as you might expect I had an emergency and had to go to Alabama so I hit their dealership up for oil change. Ok in Parkersburg oil change is like $50. Alabama was $39.99 and they wash and detail inside car for $40 well this blew my mind so I guess when its time for another oil change Ill go visit in Alabama it was a promotion thats their regular price. So on my behalf so long Parkersburg Honda Ive got a better place to go...ALSO I only spent $30 in gas to get there so what a bonus, I get to see family and an normal deal on oil change.

Sitting in the showroom waiting to be helped and another guy working with salesman was being loud and rude...turned out they were trying to EXTREMELY lowball his trade in. Never got helped and didnt want to go thru what that guy did. I see It happens a lot on fb.

I came in nervous and shaky but Nikki and Megan got me into the car I wanted. This was my first time financing and I am so happy with my vehicle and monthly payment. No one tried to pressure me into options I didnt need and most importantly they were warm and friendly. I learned so much closing this deal, they even helped me get a better quote for my full coverage insurance! I left the lot with a full tank of gas and spotless detailing. If you need a car and dont want too much hassle, do yourself a favor and ask for Nikki or Megan, you will be happy you did & tell them Elle sent ya!

I was dressed in comfy clothes and I believe thats why it took a while for anyone to offer assistance looking at cars. Dont judge a book the the cover, I was ready with 50k cashiers check but was kinda tired off by the lack of customer service. Vehicle prices seem fair.

Service department is the worst..10:00am appointment for inspection. One hour later they hadnt taken the vehicle inside to inspect. After complaining they finally took the car in. Excuse was they only have so many qualified techs to do inspection. I asked where was the tech scheduled for my 10:00 am appointment. They also failed to do a tire rotation as the code required. I only wish there was another Honda dealership closer.
