On April 10th I purchased my son his first a70cc 4 wheelers which should have been a great day but it wasn’t. They didn’t have any youth size tee shirts for his free shirt so instead they gave him and adult large, they assembled it there and with in 3 hours of riding the tie rod popped off luckily he wasn’t hurt. When I went to get it serviced they acted like it was my fault it happened even thought we didn’t even have it for 24hrs instead of trying to make it right they told me to go to tractor supply and buy a castle nut and pin. If i could give them a zero I would I won’t be returning.

Service was very friendly and helpful. Helped make my sons Christmas since covid sent our online order back. Only issue was I had a foot peg already snap due to a bad manufacturing weld and had to tighten the muffler bracket. All in all I would recommend Lemon and Barretts to everyone.

May 2018 - Just one experience to reference, but these guys went above and beyond in the service department. Yesterday, I was 600 miles from home riding a Yamaha that was misfiring, high-idling and occasionally killing altogether. I showed up at their door 9 am on Monday, and by 10:15 they had diagnosed the issue (ignition coil problem when engine at high temp.) They looked across state network to see if another dealer had replacement coil. Gave me options for getting part there overnight and fix it next day to get me home. No charge for diagnostic work they did. These guys had me -- stranded with motorcycle. They could have taken opportunity to fix a bunch of things that were not broken. I would not have known any better. There was no/little chance Id be back with bike to complain a week later. Yet they gave me honest advice and had me out the door in 1.5 hours. Service manager Matt -- thank you for your help yesterday. I was able to nurse the bike home without incident yesterday. IMO -- that kind of service department experience speaks volumes about type of company these people have.

Recently took a honda shadow over here to have tires changed. All was well until I took a closer look at my front wheel. It is apparent that while changing the valve stem they ( whoever actually changed the tire) let the tool slip and scratched up my mag wheel. Now I know things happen but I would expect some honesty in the fact it did happen while they were in possession of the bike and it was not disclosed during the pickup of the bike. So, now I am stuck with having to either just look at it or replace it.I would expect that some honesty from a place charging 70.00 a wheel to change a tire.A google screen name wouldnt be in the shops records.

Im trucker not a local but the folks I spoke with was while I was delivering the 5 quad bike I had was very helpful and for truckers there yard is very tight to get into and back up not for a new driver...

Horrible, take my bike there to get fixed, and it comes back with scratches and scuffs all around my water pump, and also my clutch wont hardly engage and when it does, it doesnt want to disengage. My clutch worked perfectly fine before I took it there. Then they offer to look at it again. Not that stupid. Good luck to anyone who deals with them.

We found an aluminum skid plate on Amazon for our 2016 Honda Pioneer (which we also bought from them) and we called L&Bs to check their price, and they MATCHED Amazons, so we purchased the part from them..its always good to buy local.A few days ago we purchased a standard full windshield from them, no scratch-resistance, etc. I had put it on with my wife, and when we got it outside in the sun, the windshield was really scratched up. When we had found a Honda Roof on Amazon, called them again, and Allen beat the price by $10, and talked to him about the windshield. Not only did he fix the windshield issue he went above and beyond, giving us a better windshield and taking care of the issues we had....great customer service!Edit: Our Pioneer needed the 600 mile service, and we were going riding that weekend and got us worked in so we could go! The mechanic is a really good guy, and has always been really helpful. We took our bike to a place on Colgate in Marietta who completely screwed up our motorcycle, so we took it to L&Bs, they fixed it and we havent had any problems since!

I had my ATV in for service. I was greeted with a smile and my bike was serviced as scheduled. When it was complete, I received a call that it was ready to be picked up.

Not Pleased !!! When I brought my sons used not brand new ttr 50 in for a new back tire , fix his training wheels ( bearing shot an bald tires ) and a oil change , I wanted just that nothing special an nothing free. He said that they were busy and it would take sometime... I told him I understood and I didnt need it back asap.Went to pick it up after several weeks 3 or more (which wasnt an issue) I was explained that the training wheels were to expensive to repair so he just replaced them , back tire is clearly in need of replacing but all was done was a new tube ( I dont understand ) then when my boy met me in our drive way he asked to ride it , I told him to check his fluids , he came in an said dad the oil is still black !!! Called them and they said that it was changed and that they did run it after they changed the oil , I still dont understand. He said bring it back in and they would change it again.... or give me a quart !!!!Trust is given when earned an they didnt earn my trust the first time so why would I bring it back in.... Ive never ran a business nor am I a mechanic.... whats done is done I guess

Dropped off my quad to have work done, called a week later saying that they could not find a problem with it. So I went to pick it up and it wouldnt start. That was the reason I took it there. Was told to wait in the parking lot and they would try to fix it then. Well I waited for two hours before anyone even acknowledged that I was waiting for my quad and was told they hadnt started on it yet and was told they would get right on it. Now its been 3 days since then and I called to find out if it was fixed and was told they would call me back. That was an hour ago. Staff are all very rude and obviously dont care about customer service. Im gonna go pick up my quad and take it to a different shop.

The owner of the lemon and barretts on butcher bend road was very rude to the construction workers trying to fix the road that his business is on. He thinks that just cause hes the owner that he can do what ever he wants in the middle of a construction zone.

These guys are absolutely amazing!!! Not only did they go above and beyond for me, but they also made me feel welcome. We all stood around and talked and laughed and it felt like I knew them for years and it was my first time there. I live an hour and a half away and they made sure everything was ready and I was in and out in no time. They also loaded it and strapped it down for me because my husband had to work and well, I’m not great with backing a trailer nor do I trust myself to strap it down haha. Well I was very excited to get my new toy home and play with it, I neglected to look at some stuff. When I got it home to Ohio I found a couple things that needed some attention. So I called Mike Radcliff the next day and he told me to bring it down and they would take care of it. Mike also said that he would have it delivered back to me since I live 2.5 hrs away.Well they did, they took care of everything they said they would.
