Service hasnt been done yet but check in was easy and quick. Will give 5 stars if they do my repairs properly. Stay tuned for next review on completion of the repair.

Worked with me on getting a replacement transmission to stay within my budget. They do rebuilds as well. Car runs great.

Took my car there to fix transmission trouble. Was told they would check fluids scan for codes then notify me about what to do. I was told 2 days later there were no concerns but for $130 they would change fluid and filter which I agreed to. get my car drive for 20 mins the same reason I dropped it off started happening. I I was prepared to pay for a rebuild they charged me for fluid/filter never informing me of the pictured leaky seals that they should have alerted me to .why put any fluid back in it with this problem still happening.I wouldnt let this place service a pedal car. I got excuses instead of facts. I will find a PROFESSIONAL SHOP WITH COMPETENT STAFF TO REPLACE MY SEALS & tell me what is really wrong and let them do whats required.

I had Lee Myles rebuild my transmission a few months later I had an issue with leaking thinking it may be a rear main leak they got together with my mechanic to figure out the issue and come up with a solution. They were very nice and helpful with my situation which I appreciated

Ive had problems with a Jeep since I bought it earlier this year. They were insanely helpful working me in on short notice to check it over, make sure it would pass the safety inspection, and to solve a couple of minor problems (and find the source of another issue they couldnt fix). Will use them again in the future for sure.

They are unprofessional about giving you any type of Information you need to get work done. They say they are going to call you back with a price and they still havent called and its been a month since we had went to get a quote for our truck. They dont allow their mechanics to speak to any customers or they would be fired, which is odd, considering they are the ones working on your vehicle. Will take our business elsewhere.

I had been looking for a good mechanic while going to college and I can honestly say that I found a great one. The people out at Lee Myles are first class. From Judy and Chrissy at the front desk to Jim and the other guys in the shop they were always friendly and polite and a pleasure to deal with from the first call to the last. They did a full transmission rebuild on my 96 Dodge Ram and it runs perfect. Jim was great to give me advice on other problems he found with my truck and they have proved to be reliable. Long story short if you a great experience with a mechanic shop go to Lee Myles. Great people, great service, and most of all they do great work.

The Staff at Lee Myles were helpful from the beginning. From the office staff to the guys working in the garage, they answered all of our questions and kept us informed from beginning to end! When the transmission went out of our car they were quick to rescue us. We have had our car back for a couple of months and taken several road trips and the transmission is performing perfectly! They do not rebuilt transmissions!!! Do not take your vehicle here. I was told to have it towed to them and they would give me an estimate for a rebuild. Called me with an estimate for a new transmission. Could not afford the price. Wanted a rebuild and was advised, We do not rebuild transmissions. Why didnt you tell us that to begin with and we would have never had it towed there. Found a rebuilt one for way cheaper. The employee that called with the quote wanted to put it back together after we told him that we couldnt afford a new one. He argued with us and insisted that he put it back together. We did not want to have to pay someone else to tear it apart. We were gonna have it towed to a local garage in our area to have rebuilt one put in and pay them what we owed them for the estimate. Lee Myles called us and apologized for this employees attitude and told us we could make payments; how ever long it took would not be a problem. I wrote them 2 checks for the remaining balance and was assured they would not process my checks. Was on vacation in Louisiana and to my surprise they had sent my checks through and my checking account balance was negative. I would have stopped payment had I known they were going to process them. Now, my checking account is overdrawn with $300 in charges to boot!!!! THANKS LEE MYLES. I will make sure that everyone that I know in this community knows how dishonest this company is. They have already lost several customers, due to their dishonesty from my experience. Office staff is extremely rude, as well

I have always been treated with respect from all the staff at Lee Myles. The service is always great and they are great at finding the problems and getting them straightened out. And they offer a wide variety of services other than transmission rebuilds. Lee Myles does my WV state inspections, oil changes, brakes, radiator replacements, and much more. thank you Lee Myles for treating me and my family right!!!

Worst shop in town. Have called them five times to just get an estimate for a simple rebuild and it has taken over three weeks now and they cant even give me an estimate. Keep telling me that they have to figure out numbers and that they would call me back. They want to set up a date to bring my truck in but I keep informing them that I already have it out and they dont like that. If I could give them a zero star I would.

I own Precision Transmission in Hurricane WV. I have purchased my torque converters from Lee Myles Parkersburg for 16 years. I have attended automotive classes that the owner taught. I have always seen helpful, courteous, people quick to solve any problem. On this I know this shop is in the top 20 percent of shops. I have 39 years running a transmission shop.

They are a disgusting and horrible shop I dropped my truck off for a check up. They said it would be done by 3 that day. It wasnt done until 4 the next day. They also left ear wax on my center console gross. We then got it home. It shifted worse then before. But we got it home and trans fluid was all over the ground when I woke up. I am truly disappointed. But they was very nice so...

I have a 1995 Mitsubishi 3000GT (aka Mitzi) and have had it for her whole life. This car and I have been through a lot. Its not really a car as much as a part of my family. Needless to say, I LOVE HER!! Mitzi had a transmission issue and Lee Myles has been the magician that could finally figured out why she kept going through transmissions. The owner actually worked on the car until he figured it out. I appreciate all the effort and research they put in to get to the problem. I just got her back yesterday and she shifts better than she has in a few years. Thanks so much, for getting her moving again!!

My husband is a locksmith, and the transmission went out on his service van. Since most of a locksmiths work is done from his vehicle, this was a bad situation. Tom didnt have many choices for transmission work, locally, so he decided to try Lee Myles Transmission in Parkersburg, WV, for an estimate. He took his van in on Friday of Labor Day Weekend, which is a bad time, of course. Tom worked with Alan, who had his diagnosis ready by Tuesday, as promised. Tom okayed the work, and Lee Myles had his vehicle finished by Thursday morning! Tom is so pleased by how much better his van runs and by how much power it has, now! He said the work on his van is excellent, and he could not have been treated any better. We were a little concerned about the cost at first, but Tom spoke to a friend who knows more about transmissions and such. Our friend said that the price was fair for the work that was done, which included the installation of a new torque converter, which is expensive just on its own. Our friend felt that Tom will be much better off getting the new converter. The work also included a 2-year/36,000-mile warranty, so Tom is completely satisfied with his experience! I to had a manual tranny put new clutches in it and MY bill was 1500.00 and this is a manualI could have bought a new rebuilt one for less. Youd think they would know what they are doing. Also took 4 weeks to get it backTook it back couple different times before warranty ran out and they kept saying nothing wrong with it.2 days after warranty it broke completely

I called Lee Myles on the morning of February 3 after my 4WD light had come on the night before in the midst of a spell of bad weather. After being told I could bring it in that day to be looked at, my car sat in the same spot on the lot for three days. I called on February 6, and their excuse was that the bad weather had prevented some employees from coming in. After being reassured they would take a look at my car as soon as they could, I didnt hear from them again until the following week. On February 13 I finally got a call to let me know my car needed a new rear differential. Five days and +$2,000 later, I picked up my car AND LESS THAN 24 HOUR LATER I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK. They replaced the entire rear differential but somehow managed to make my car sound like I am dragging a string of tin cans along the road behind me. Moral of the story, unless you want to part with your car (for more than two weeks) and your life savings, never EVER take your vehicle to Lee Myles.

I took my wifes 04 sante fe in for a leak in the front seal they said would be 495.00 to drop it and put all seals and gaskets in but once they got it the price started climbing they wanted 400 just to remove it and find out what caused the leak had them go with it then they proceeded to tell me the transmission was shot and needed a complete rebuild for 3994.00 which I didnt believe so I told them to replace the torque converter and pump and seals and tish told me they could not give any warrantee on the work with out a rebuild so I ordered a transmission had it shipped to them and had the core checked when they received it said there was no issues with it that they could see just needed seals and pump and to make it even better now we are having one issue after another with wiring that was not harnessed back right abs speed sensor wire was not put back in the clips got ripped in two 170.00 dollars for the sensor and the crank sensor wire was pinched between the bell housing and block so I highly recommend if you have problems go elsewhere even a bad k yard mechanic would be better

It has took 2 weeks and I still dont have a car!!!! I was promised sooo many different dates to when I would have my car done!!! I would never recommend them to anyone!!! They didnt want to offer any discounts or anything!!!! They even said they were wrong they get too many cars and just do a little bit of work on each one at a time instead of doing a car and getting it done!!!!!!!!
