May 3rd 2021 around 6:30pm I decided to give this place a try for the first time. I ordered 2 drinks. I seen that their menu says fresh juices. I asked Young for an orange juice. She told me I have a few made thats in cups in the refrigerator already. Is that fine I told her yeah no problem. When I got the orange juice. I tasted it and told her. This is not freshly made orange juice. It taste like store bought orange juice she told me no its not. I told her I see the container right on the counter. I told her I didnt want the juice if I can change it for something else. She yells and told me that she told me that their orange juice maker is down and that it was store bought. I told her I dont want it then. She told me that I couldnt return because I already drank some. I told her thats not correct way of doing business. the sign says Fresh Juices. She started yelling at me in front of everyone there. I was shocked and I stuttered and told her I wanted a refund. She then MOCKED my stutter and then told me no. I told her I wanted the owners information she said she doesnt have it. Look on-line Going back and forth for about 3 min oof Young yelling at me she then walked away started to bang on everything slamming things and mumbling things. I asked the other girl working there; who looked so shocked for the ladys name. I apologized to the girl that only has 2 days working there. She doesnt deserve to work in that environment with that rude lady. Just to add apart from her rudeness. As I was standing on the side (lisening to her screaming and talking over me.) I notice this place has multiple health code violations and they do not practice food safety. So 15 dollars in fresh juice went straight to the trash.

Absolutely horrible experience here. They have terrible customer service, specifically Young Kim (who has also written a review on here about her own place of work, which is a conflict of interest, so thats neither here nor there). I was with a close friend tonight when we decided to stop and get some freshly squeezed juice, as the sign CLEARLY indicates. Young told my friend that she has this alleged freshly squeezed juice already in the fridge and if that was okay with us. This was fine as the expectation is for the juice to have been freshly squeezed at some point that day, rather than poured out of a store-brought box. My friend took a sip from the juice and noted that it in fact, did not taste like freshly squeezed orange juice. Instead, it tasted like the container of store-brought orange juice that we later noticed sitting behind the counter. Young claimed that this juice was freshly squeezed and not from the container that was clearly sitting on the counter directly in front of us. Bewildered and bamboozled by her lies, my friend asked for something else, as he had been expecting NOT store-brought orange juice that he could have purchased at any regular degular Shoprite himself. Heres where the incredibly AWFUL customer service begins: Young then proceeded to yell at my friend that the juice maker was broken and that he could not return his drink, as he had already had some. In obvious shock at the lack of customer service, he then stuttered as he asked for a refund. Its here that Young then decides that the best move would be to MOCK a customer for their stutter. In a fit of rage, Young then proceeded to continue yelling and slamming things at the counter around her. Theres plenty of other establishments around Garden State Plaza that can give you the same drinks/food for much cheaper and as advertised, without the atrocious lack of customer service that was displayed here tonight. Avoid this place if you dont want to get salmonella from their dozens of health code violations (i.e., used spoons on the counter in a puddle of mixed juices) or yelled at for wanting something thats actually on the menu.

Fresh friut smoothies , frozen yogort and bubble tee...Perfect for our family desert, so good

Great spot for a coffee or cold drinks at a main intersection of the malls second level by Amazon books. They also have pastries, smoothies and fruit. They no longer have the nice seating area in the corridor. Now they only a couple of little round tables.and a narrow counter that seats two.

You gotta try the mango bubble tea!

Could have been a 5 star. The only thing is they should definitely learn to multi-task. While a bagel is heating up, ask what the next person needs so you can get the line down. And its very pricey for fruits, muffins, and drinks. Bagels are a good price.

Great Service , Friendly staff

Got food poisoning from this place on Tuesday night. Still feeling sick. They need to properly clean and take care of this cafe that serves thousands each week. This should not happen at a small cafe like this, how can they be so careless? Disappointed.
