I was helped by Carlos and he was amazing! Even though there was a lot of people at the stands he still took his time with us while getting everyone situated. He was really professional, helped color matching, and introduced me to products that were more suitable for my skin type. Thank you Carlos!

The MAC cosmetics Specialist by the name of Brittany, made my Mothers Day so special. Ive never used makeup before or purchased any. Brittany was so helpful and explained every product in great detail on how to apply and even a step by step . Thank you so much Brittany!!

I have honestly only got my go to makeup here. My foundation, concealer, etc. Every single time I go and sometimes I just like to see if anything is new, the employees always treat me well. I honestly wish I could remember the names but remember faces better. Never once treated wrongly ether wearing makeup or no makeup. I love this M.A.C. Store and wouldn’t have it any other way!

Have bought makeup a few times and was not thrilled with the service, but I love the product. Today went to buy foundation and did not bring my empty bottle, because every time I make a purchase they enter what I have bought and keep a record.. they tell me this every time.. I have bought my foundation multiple times.. today they said Its not in the system. That was it. She could have tested foundations on my skin to find my shade so I could make my purchase.. nope.. okay.. Im not surprised you have a low rating.. Im going elsewhere and buying a different product from people who know about customer service.

I had a good experience with the beauty brew bar at Macys; the Pro that did my eyebrows Sabrina was very pleasant, detailed in how shes going to shape the brows, works with what youre looking to have, gentle, easy going and just all around awesome. I will be goin back.

For 10 years I have come to this location for my foundation or purchases. The women in all 10 years have been extremely rude, unprofessional, and disregarding of customers. I have never without exaggeration, been offered help or played mind to when I have come here. Macys needs to do a better job at hiring women that are not 2 self absorbed and understand the meaning of customer service. Theyre rude and I have no intention of spending one more cent on them. Ill take my business elsewhere.

The worst experience I have ever had at Mac. On 8/26/2015 at 5:00 I approach the counter and wait patiently for someone to help me because there was only 1 person that was working. But I polietly wait 10 min after I have been standing wait in line very patiently for someone to help me she finally says Hello I will be right with you and turns her back away from the customers that were waiting. Then she goes over to the other side of the registure to continue helping the lady she was with and spends another 5 min with her having a converstation never did this lady say I will be right with you, or hold on let me help these other customers not even once. Then she rings up the customer out that she was dealing with and she finishes. When it comes to my turn she was so snotty to me when it is my turn. NOT even once did she say sorry for waiting so long, or thanks for waiting nothing.... This is by far the worst service I have had with Mac you are here for customer service you need to do your job and treat your customers better. I will be calling tom to complain to the manager this is awful.

Worst experience ever I waited forever for someone to help me and when they finally did they where very judgey didnt say anything rude but their additude is very ( I am above you, you pesent) as if youre not a paying customer and then they color matched me terribly wrong!!!!the employees spend more time gossiping about other employees than helping the costumer terrible terrible experience never want to go back

2 stars because I actually did get it what I needed , but otherwise the vibe there is just off , feels very rushed an judgemental from the workers there, I wont be going back id say that .
