Me & my better half have been ordering more products online these days but went into store today and staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I prefer the foam soap configuration and always have plenty in our inventory. Highly recommend.

Beautiful candles and amazing smells. If you love lotions this is the place you need. They have dozens you can try and different scents to play with. By far this has to be the cleanest place in the entire mall. Everytime Im in here or even walk by it I feel refreshed to smell such a welcoming smell.

I ordered something &they gave the wrong lotion ,they didnt even cared to check it if the order was correct. I dont get how it is confusing from pink to white .. Very unhappy, disappointed & dissatisfied..

I went In there today. Loved the new products they had. Everyone was super welcoming except this red headed lady. She was rude and passive aggressive.

I was in love they still had the spring collection of one of my new favorite scents. Fresh spring morning😊

They were very nice and working hard to make everyones experience safe and pleasant

Literally had 4 employees ask me if I needed anything or if I was finding everything okay within the first 3 mins I was there. Kind of makes it uncomfortable and hard to shop. I feel like it didnt used to be like this. I have also noticed that the younger employees are really nice and sweet but the older ladies that I have encountered the past few times have been really crochety. They get mad if you tell them no thank you, for anything. Very pushy and rude. One lady even rolled her eyes at my 13 year old son. She asked him if he wanted to smell one of the body washes and he said no thanks because he already knew what kind he wanted. Im not sure if she thought he was an adult or something because he is taller than me and looks much older than his age. Customer service seems to have gone down hill since covid. Some positives though is that there is not a huge line to get in anymore and I always find what I need!
