I owe the store a lot during my recent Fed ex delivery crisis. They were the only place that was able to figure out a way for me to talk to a person multiple times. Because of that I’m able to get my package only four days late instead of the 6 1/2 FedEx had planned. Don’t go anywhere else for your shipping needs. 👏🏻Outstanding customer service from this location. Better than the national FedEx.

I had an amazing experience. I went in about an hour before closing (8p) with zero wait and superb customer service. Randy handled my package with ease and, despite what Im sure was a long work day for the both of us, he managed to be extremely personable - turning my errand into a really pleasant experience.Ill drive a little further just to visit this location. The staff here are friendly and efficient. The environment here is very clean.

Extremely overpriced printing.Good service and fast turnaround time, but printing service costs 2-3x as much as if you went to another print shop. They charged me $111 for 250 business cards. At other shops you can get 500 double sided color cards for $60. Same with 11x17 tabloid prints. Im used to spending $0.88 per print opposed to the $3 per at FedEx. If youre in a rush its barely worth it, otherwise Id just go to an Alphagraphics or some other shop with more reasonable pricing.

Fast and friendly service. I was able to get 3 different stacks of pages bound in about 20 minutes. They did not have the back covers I was looking for but I was quickly suggested something else and they got it taken care of.

Good place to ship from. They have a printer/scanner that prints high quality black and white or color. Also they have computers that are available for an additional cost. The staff are great but this location can be very busy around the holiday time and the drivers are sometimes late due to the number of deliveries scheduled for the day.

The store manager called me and told me I have until 6 PM to pick up a package. I tell him I work downtown and I’m not sure if I can make it. He says OK we will send it back after 6 PM today. I arrive at FedEx at 5:07 PM. The very young cashier looks confused and says oh it got sent back early. She calls another location where the package supposedly might be. She says oh well at this point you’re going to have to contact the sender. So I’m so glad I got off early from work so I could go pick up a package that was supposed to be there until 6 PM just to be told it’s gone. I have no idea how businesses like this stay open with terrible customer service and zero follow up. I said to her, “y’all did me wrong you know this“. She giggles and shrugs her shoulders and says sorry. I would give the store zero stars if I could.

This location has awesome staff. I left Staples from across the street after being treated very badly there and was told they couldnt do something they very clearly do there, poster prints. I left there and went to FedEx Office and was treated with respect and the guy working their did an awesome job. My poster print turned out great! Thank you!

I use this store to print larger photos and they do a great job for satisfying my needs. I had them print over 25 pictures and instead of paper cutting every edge with every single piece of paper one of the nice individuals that work there asked me if Id like them to do it with their machine. So instead of taking 30 minutes they sliced it up for me in like 5.Ill continue to come here for my printing needs.

I came in to mail an international package on a Saturday and Cody was the only employee visible in the store. Although I was only one of two clients initially in the store, the line grew not long after I arrived. Cody verbally “punished” me in front of all the customers because of the time it took to set up an international delivery. Obviously, having more than one employee working on a Saturday would be important to avoid disgruntled employees. I had to say something to Cody about his frustration with me after the fourth rudely asked question. Although I’m sure this wasn’t Cody’s ideal situation to be the only employee on a busy day, it shouldn’t be taken out on clients who may be unintentionally complicating his life.

Had wonderful help from employee, Kaviya. She was so patient in helping me get the copy’s done quickly and correct. Hope she becomes a store manager for fed x.

Got right in handle me immediately

Jan was very rude to me when she called me to tell me my order was ready. She acted like she was mad that I wasnt there at the EXACT moment I asked for it to be ready. Then, when I went to pick it up, she just hands me a receipt and my order. Didnt even take it out to show me to let me check that it was done accurately. She just wanted me out. Never smiled once. These people need customer service training. They get 2 stars cause it was done right.

I will go out of my way to visit this location. From the branch manager, Jason, to the guys working the store in Brian and Mike, I always have a great experience at this location. They will take care of whatever you need and get it done before you need it.

Great service. I have packages held and shipped several times a week. Im always met with a smile and in/out fast.

Turned in request for new business cards before Christmas, got email of proofs on Jan 2nd. Called on the 3rd of January and told they will take a week, but will call when they arrive to be picked up.

A box and packing paper will run you $25...not including shipping and the staff is about as helpful as a fork in a bowl of soup. But thats just my experience hopefully yours is better.

Clerk at this store was rude this morning, customer he had before me asked for a pen, he stopped helping me to HAND him a pen, no problem I didnt mind. Then he asked me to sign the package pick up sheet, when I asked for a pen (which were in arms reach for him) he told me to go around the other side of the counter to the holder where they were kept on the shipping side. I said I wasnt shipping, I was picking up. He told me its all the same thing... The point is these clerks are there to help the customer not argue with me over pens.

Highly recommend this location for passport photos. Bryan who works here was very helpful and provided great service!

One computer for self service and its out of order .Maybe another computer would be a good thing to have?

This is for the scanner, please dont go for the system scanner and work, for shipping it is a good place but not for system work, because they dont have proper sustem and they are charging way too much for each minute. It is like .50$ for minute.

I was in and out to send my fax. Staff was very helpful!

I needed to ship 23 boxes so I purchased the boxes, put my items in them and hauled them to this store. When I arrived and carried all the boxes inside they told me that I needed the larger more expensive boxes. So now each box had to be unpacked then repacked. It is also going to cost a lot more money now. Never again.....

Machines were broken, and the employees were not to quick to help.
