We purchased our gas logs from Fireplace & Bar-B-Q Center and had an excellent experience. Their team was able to answer all of our questions and help us pick the best logs for our home. Best part, they had the logs in stock so we could take them home that day!! A lot of places online were on back order so it was nice to pick them up that day.Where I am really impressed is with their customer service. We hired a plumber to add a gas line to our fireplace + install the logs. Our plumber was having some difficulty installing the logs so we called Fireplace & Bar-B-Q Center and they quickly FaceTimed us to help finish the install. Just feel like that was super kind and above and beyond customer service since they werent being paid for the install.100% recommend and will shop here again. Thanks for my great new gas logs!!

Incredible service. I called about a broken firebox on my Big Green Egg I purchased over 10 years ago. They had all the records and ordered a new replacement under the lifetime warranty! No problem.

We purchased and had installed a large ventless gas unit in early 2020 (which we love and use often! So it should have a separate 5 star review). However, these 5 stars are for a more recent experience. My husband and I had differing opinions about filling the full bottom of the fireplace with the lava rocks. I wasnt home during the install, so his opinion won. 11 months later, I happen to be in the area and swung by Fireplace & Bar-BQ Center to buy a small bag to fill in the rest of the fireplace 🙂. (victory will be mine!) But, they only had large bags... When the large bag came out, it was about 4x what we needed... When asking for a small bag and sharing the shinnanigans that led me to this request (differing opinions), they made me a small bag for free.

Jeremiah was very knowledgeable and provided information on all of our options. We are signed up for an in home visit to get all the necessary measurements.

The gentleman in the store was very helpful and provide some guidance for my noise issue that didn’t cost me anything. Then helped load the lava rock into the car. Would return and recommend

I had a great experience here. My wife and I gave each other ventless fire logs for Christmas. Needless to say figuring out all of the moving pieces was a chore. After countless hours online I decided to see if anyone did this locally and found fireplace and BBQ center online and we went in. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. They arent just trying to get you in and out but take the time to listen and make common sense recommendations. Also their prices were equal or less for the same products online. 10/10 would recommend them to friends and family, and I already have. We love our fireplace now and couldnt be happier.

We found a beautiful fireplace insert. Fireplace Center set up the installation and also referred a plumbing company that could run the gas line for us. The company they suggested was ridiculously expensive, but they did come out quickly to give us an estimate. Great service and helpful staff!

10 yrs ago, we received very good service. However, this year, they have not given us or our contractor our bid in over 2 wks. Weve been trying to contact them by phone...several calls and no response. Also, we had a 50 min wait to get customer service when there in person. There was 1 salesperson and 4 different persons waiting on him.

Very helpful. Staff was knowledgeable about there products. We went there for information on replacing our fireplace. An appointment was quickly made for an in home evaluation to determine the proper product.

The folks at OP Fireplace and Bar-B-Q went above and beyond to get me the grill I wanted. They did not have it in the store (it was an older model), but called the vendor and managed to track the grill down! All is this was during the covid-19 quarantine. Jeremiah was wonderful. Actually everyone I spoke with and who aided in finding, putting together, and delivery of my wonderful new grill was delightful to deal with and very professional!I will be going back to get a new fireplace logs soon!

We purchased and installed a ventless log set. It looked different in our home. They came back to install a different set for us to make us happy. It turned out that when looking at the other unit before installing, we preferred the way the first one looked in our fireplace. I thought this was amazing customer service. Weve been using the unit for several month now and no soot on our ceiling like the previous unit from another company. Very happy and highly recommend this company, first for great service and then a great product.

Tony and the employees here are very professional, knowledgeable, and very customer oriented Ted. They guide you and provide you with top notch products and beautiful installations. We have used them on 3 different house and have absolutely loved our new Town and Country fireplaces and our new and beautiful Fire Magic Grills and stainless steel outdoor kitchen appliances. We just had them put to inspect our new homes 100 year old fireplaces. They measured and will most definitely help us with our 4 fireplace conversions in the near future. I had spent 4 weeks with other retailers and installers to accomplish what they did for me in 30 minutes. They had what we needed. The guy that helped us acted like we were bothering him. Was not friendly at all and didnt bother to educate us on the stuff we knew nothing about which could have resulted in us purchasing more or helped us have a prettier fireplace. I have nothing bad to say we were only in there maybe 5 minutes.

Had great service until they decided to change a price after measurement without mentioning it to us. No documentation on any of the paperwork we have as to the actual price of the fireplace. Will never be back and suggest you get all information in writing prior to leaving.

Visited four different times over the last 20 years. Had great experiences each time from installing new gas logs in fireplace to picking up a $5 part.

Shopped around for gas logs and went with this place.The reason? Reasonable prices, good selection, but clearly the best customer service!I installed the logs myself and the instructions Fireplace & Bar-B-Q Center provided (on top of the manufacturers) really cleared up the installation process and made it super easy.Im not sure how good their installers are since I installed the logs myself, but I wouldnt hesitate to give them a try if I needed it.

We had an issue with a Fireplace we purchased at KC Fireplace & BBQ Center back in 2009. We sent it in for repairs and the crew there did their best to take care of it. It ended up in the same condition that it was when we bought it, but it turns out, there was a really minor issue with the fireplace from the start. Jonathan offered us a complete replacement and even waived the remainder of the repair fee!This company lives by old school values and its obvious that customer satisfaction is somewhere at the top of their values and their mission. If youre a customer there, they will do whatever is reasonable to make sure you arent just satisfied, but youre delighted!Great job, guys!

The staff at Fireplace & Bar-B-Q are the best! In researching fire glass vs. fire logs, they were a wealth of information presented in an understanding way. I visited the store 4 times to make sure of my purchase & was greeted warmly each time. The fire glass color was changed at the last minute without a problem and they even were willing to accommodate installation with glass bought online. In the end, I chose to go with a mix of glass they had in stock. Installation was a delight! They called a day ahead with a 2-hour appointment window - which they met! The work was done in a short time by a friendly and well trained professional. I will be returning to renovate my second fireplace next year!

They installed a direct vent Kozy Heat insert for us after our house was damaged by weather. They are extremely knowledgable and friendly. I liked them so much I also bought a grill. I am heading over today to buy 2 more fireplace units. Would recommend them to anyone.

Lots of cool fireplaces and accessories here in a variety of designs, some with real fire and some without. I cant believe how realistic the gas fireplaces are. I had a lot of fun looking at all of the possibilities but didnt buy anything since I rent and am not ready to make a commitment yet.

I went in there expecting to spend $600+ to refurb our gas log fireplace that wasnt performing well. They were a wealth of info and walked me through how to get everything fixed for under $60.

They were so helpful with our need for a vent-less fireplace insert. It’s like a toy store for the BBQ lover!

I called to see if they had any Big Green Egg XL Table covers in stock. They didnt but said they would order some and let me know when they came in. After a small hiccup with the order (no fault of Fireplace & BBQ Center), the covers arrived. Jonathan called and said they would personally deliver it to my house in Stilwell. Its hard to come by service like that these days. I will do business with them again.
