Asked for 3 for$3 deal in app. Showed it to employee. Employee proceeds to get the wrong thing and tries to overcharge me. I say no thats not what I asked for. Employee gets mad. I was grabbing other things. He leaves one of the hot dogs on and Im forced to pay for an item I didnt even want or take. Be aware. Thieves work here.

They need to update their system‼️Meaning that, they need to be able to accept Google Pay & 🍎 Pay‼️This is the twenty-first century & they need to get with the program like every other convenience store‼️

July 3, 1:30 am..... This place was so filthy. We were hungry and this place is located directly in front of our hotel. As soon as we walked in the door we noticed the filthy floor, and it only got worse from there. The fountain area was disgusting and looked like it hadnt been cleaned for weeks, if ever! The hot food area was completely shut down, but the old food was still inside.Its common knowledge that most 7-11s are usually pretty dirty, but this one was the worst weve seen. There was no way we were going to purchase anything, and couldnt get out of there fast enough.We went to the nearest Quik Trip, and it was great as Quik Trips always are.

Guy working behind counter is very nice, but when I said wearing mask under your chin doesnt do anything, he merely pulled it up over his mouth, NOT his nose as well. If you cannot properly wear your mask heading into mid-December, I guess you never will. Wont be back, not worth the risk.

I have always had a positive experience at this store. I buy gas here a lot. I also enjoy the code red on the fountain and their pizza is the bomb! But the clerk is the one that can make or break a store. Robert is very friendly and polite and he cares about making people happy. There have been countless times that this man has gone out of his way for us. He is always very attentive and is providing a very good service. He makes this store! Thanks for your kindness and commitment Robert. Glad you are at my 7-11. Give Robert Kudos!

Sister brought gas can from here did not work brought back and guy advised was manager and very rude about it not wanting to return money and or fix problem.

Great store

This is my favorite gas station/convenience store. Everyone is always friendly and whenever their Iced Coffee machine is out, they will stop what they are doing and get more in the back. Very respectful and excellent customer service. No wonder I spend money here every morning =)

Update Feb 2019. I lowered it to a single star mainly cause the soda fountains are still hella gross! They need to clean the nozzles. Its nasty a d makes we wonder about the food or anything else.The store overall is nice. The gas prices are fair and the people are typically friendly. However they need to clean their soda machines and drink fountains. if you look they have a lot of slime on them and the trays are typically dirty. I dont ever get soda fountain drinks from this place.

The 16oz red bull had a sale tag 2 for $6.50 and when it rang up it was wrong so i told the guy what the sign said and he didnt believe me so i went and grabbed the sign and i was right it said the offer was good thru 12/31/2019 and the manager on duty still wouldnt change the price so now im writting this because the manager tried to show me another date on the tag where when on the shelf you cant see it and tried to tell me he still cant change the price of it so i feel like like the owner of this 711 needs to know cause i feel so disrespected!!!

Owners/workers need to be aware, other non middle eastern people speak fluent Arabic. Talking about customers in another language isnt acceptable.

Trash cans outside overflowing, window cleaner empty and stinking, and the window cleaning brush falling apart--useless!

I called trying to get some info on a product and the person over the phone would give me no information was very rude and hung up on me.

Store is filthy and I bought a burger there today for lunch and it had a moldy bun

Gas for no particular reason is about 5-8 cents higher than it is at other locations.
