Great selection of video games, my trade ins were above fair, I even got an extra coupon for 10 bucks. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable on their business, have great game recommendations, not just the fancy and most recent games, but old school, they even helped me to find an old title not sold anymore on regular retail on a secondary market store around.

Good store, some games are being sold at high prices when you can get the same conditioned ones for 5.99-29.99 at amazon used. but at least these have warranty so it might be worth it (bay a bit more), and are easier to return than having to go to the usps store, buying a envelope then printing out shipment details and paying to get the item restocked.

Got a cloud alpha headset, cost $100, and has poor audio quality on the xbox. Every time i try to call, the call will disconnect after telling me about the adds and deals they got. I just want a return, is that too much to ask?

I came here on Sunday a little after 4 p.m. to find that the store was closed off (gate was down) even though the Google listing said they wouldnt close until 6 p.m. I saw a couple of employees in there chit-chatting and not even cleaning or restocking or anything.Its a shame because I was going to drop a few hundred on games and a console after getting my paycheck, but had to go to Vintage Stock instead.

They have a wide selection of games for pretty reasonable prices. Their response to the pandemic is also good: only letting a certain number of people in and having the line labeled where you can stand seem to be effective, so thats good. The only issue is that, last I heard, they dont treat their employees very well. Other than that, great store.

They used to have a lot of games displayed but now its all collectables. Hard to determine what you want. If you go there make sure you know what you want. Maybe call ahead because it might not be there.

Every time I trade in Im fine with what I get, I just kind of figured that it would be based on the stock they had and how many people wanted to buy that item. Plus its really just convenient for me, I know I could get more online but never have the time. A++ to everyone who work there, especially a helpful employee named Ismael and the manager chance. I have always found the selection in GameStop stores to be lacking. Sure, they have the most current releases. But, I dont buy those at these stores. Usually expensive. Prices usually seem high for what they offer. Always found that if your looking for slightly older games, you should buy elsewhere.

A nice place to get games, I dont know the staff that well as they switch by the time I go in since I only go in about twice a year. Overall, its a nice place to get in and out real quick. The people are generally pretty helpful and knowledgeable with games and such. Ill definitely go back when another big release comes out, definitely a nice place to visit.

Seems everything I buy here breaks before it should. I keep coming back though. Its got a good selection and decent prices, also sells used games, controllers, systems, headsets, whatever at a fraction of the cost of new.. but then again, thats probably why they dont last as long most the time.

Theres a young lady named Sam working here who is relatively new to this GameStop, however she gave excellent customer service, kicks ass at her job, and is legitimately excited about the gaming industry, as opposed to the majority of jaded GameStop employees who couldnt be bothered to help people that dont know much about gaming. Kudos to Sam.The store itself is cramped and hard to navigate without bumping into twenty unsupervised children. Other than that, its a nice place to chat about upcoming titles.

Very helpful! We were looking for certain amiibos here and they informed us well on how they work and where to get them. Also were happy to tell us the prices of used systems in stock.

The folks at this store know their stuff and will do their best to get you the odd collectibles they carry!

Im up here every now and again. In an age of digital downloading its always nice to go in and talk to the staff about games. Always friendly and helpful willing to help you find anything you need even if its not at their store.

I see there are some negative reviews for this particular location, but we had a good experience. I went in to purchase a blue Xbox One controller because they were on sale that week. They gave me no trouble and werent rude or anything. Maybe the workers were in a good mood or a different set of employees were there I dont know. Maybe Ill visit another time and update my review.

Pre-ordered Destiny 2 a week before it came out. They said they will email or text me about more information on the early release. Paid it off the day before and wasnt told anything. The night of I received no texts or email. I went to the mall to get the game and they were closed. My friend and I went to the other GameStop across the street, and thats where it was being held. Long story short, I did not receive the game. Im not so much upset that I didnt get it, as much as how unprofessional this all went down.After all was said and done, I believe it was more of a corporate issue than employee issue. The manager helped me and my friend out and was professional about it she has redeemed the store and is good in my book.

Video games cost a lot of money (as the do anywhere) but there are a lot of cool games and a section of the cheaper, pre-owned games in perfect condition.

Was in this Game Stop at the mall this past Sunday. The young lady I spoke to regarding NES Classic Mini told me that I had no chance of ever getting one, partially because if the store got one, shed buy it first. I asked about reserving a copy they might get in stock in the future. She said I might be able to reserve it if you slip me a $50... I asked if that would go toward my overall total for the console. She replied and I quote that would go toward my food. My grocery bill. Game Stop employees EVERYWHERE are the worst people in the world.

As usual, great service. Had to bring back the kids Xbox1, it kept saying it couldnt read discs. Thank goodness I purchased the additional Game stop warranty. Boom, in, out in 15 minutes. If I didnt have the additional Gamestop warranty, I would have had to ship it to Microsoft.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employees were unwilling to be of any kind of service and acted annoyed to even be working. With everything being downloadable from the internet, brick and mortar games stores are going out of business. Considering the experience I had here, I cant say that is a bad thing.

Most Expensive Empty 3DS case Ive every purchased. Went to this store today and my son picked out a 3DS game that was marked on clearance. At the counter the associate switched the game with another in a locked container behind the counter but still rung up the game case that was brought to the counter because it was cheaper.When we got home we found out the case that was behind the counter that we were given was empty. Have attempted calling the store multiple times without answer, other than driving 20+ minutes back to the store for a refund there is no other options.

I usually buy several games at a time from this location or the one across the street and have had few problems. This being said the few problems that I have had were big ones. I am a collector of consoles and games and buy for all systems. I have in the past had the right game that I bought used given to me for the wrong system. last time it happened it wasnt that bad because I had the system that the game was for(wanted the game for xbox and they gave me the game for playstation). This most recent time I bought a game that only comes on xbox, so they could not get the system type wrong, but they still managed to put the wrong game in(Mass Effect 2 instead of Mass Effect 3). Because I buy multiple games at the same time it took me two weeks before I noticed the difference. I thought no big deal I buy from them all of the time so i will just take it back and have them correct the error. I was fusteraded because I had to drive for half of an hour to return the game and when I got there they said they could not help me without the receipt, which I could not find with it having been two weeks ago. I got mad and told the manager that it wasnt the first time that this f***ing thing had happened to me. He said he was not willing to help and then told me to leave because I said a cuss word out of fustration and there was a kid in the store. He also grabbed my game and acted like he was going to keep it in order to keep me from leaving right away so that he could talk some more to try to tell me about how I made a mistake with a cuss word as if the whole reason that I was there was not because of their mistake.
