The workers at this store were all so nice. I loved how they were making sure everyone was wearing their masks properly. I am in love with my new stitch slow cooker!

Very friendly staff a bit pricey. Id rather not wait for sales or coupons. They do have some hard to find items .

Box Lunch is a place to find merchandise of some of your favorite characters. They have Animal Crossing stuff, sanrio stuff, Disney stuff, (even from the new Luca movie!) etc. Theres also candy and some toys.

My boys and I went in looking for anime shirts. Two ladies were working and very selective on who they spoke to. However, we were never greeted by anyone and I observed the poor treatment these two gave several customers. When we were making the purchase, still no hello or anything. I would not recommend shopping at this store location.

My fiance and I stopped by before an appointment, and we got a bunch of shirts! Im so happy to have found some One Piece shirts, we ended up buying the same ones lol. I love how they have everything from anime to superheroes, to Disney to Nickelodeon. We have never been here before (granted we dont live in this area) but we are going to be back soon!

There is a lot to like about this store. 1. They do a great job of catering to a wide variety of fandoms. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful with finding what ever you are looking for. Whether you are trying to buy something for your self or others this place probably has what you are looking for. 2. Their entire business model is based around donating a percentage of sales to a charity that fights hunger around the world (hence the name). 3. Great prices, on fun things!

Cool little shop with eclectic merch

I love boxlunch as a company but these last few times Ive shopped at the one in the oak park mall Ive hated my experience. I feel like all they do is hover over me. They dont let me shop in peace... I wonder if they do this to all their customers...

Nice trendy store, great for kids and teens.

Staff follow good protocol, you can find good variety, but once something new arrives, you better be lucky to get it on time before its out, sometimes you wont see it again

Went into this store a week ago to find a birthday gift. The two associates that were there never greeted me. I continued to look around for another ten minutes or so still no one acknowledged my presence. (I’m the only customer in the store.) I decided to leave before I walk out I told the female (whom I later come to find out was the store manager) that they needed to work on their customer service skills. She smacks her lips, walks away as if I said something that offended her. I leave the store, called asked to speak with the manager. I calmly expressed my feelings about my experience. She tried to blame the other associate for not saying anything to me. Long story short she argued and over talked me and did not listen to what I had to say. It’s a shame I really like this store and I and my family have made purchases there in the past. Sadly we will not again.

Awesome place to shop. Love the selection of collectables and t-shirts they have. Ended up finding a Star Wars Nixon watch I had been looking for, so happy.

Great store! Lots of awesome stuff. Kind of a tight squeeze, so definitely not wheelchair friendly. The employees were 50/50 as far as attentiveness and friendliness. The gal who checked us out was super nice, but the two employees on the floor didnt speak to us at all. I would still go back for the awesome merchandise though!

Such a cool place. If you like hot topic this place is pretty similar but has different products. If you are a nerd its a great store to check out.

Personally, I loved this store! Fun merchandise and the worker was so helpful to me. I was a complete annoying customer as I asked to try on a coat and, for the first time in forever, didnt pay attention to the price tag. She hunted down my size continuously helping me and was very polite and friendly. When she rang me up and I saw the price, I cancelled the purchase, but she was still smiling and helpful.Awesome store! Will definitely be back. I think the cashiers name was Ashton maybe... I cant remember... but she was awesome!

That place is amazing! Lots of things to choose from, FREE shipping to the store if they dont have it there and you need to order online. Plus the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

Its a nice little store with a lot of interesting and fun pop culture items. I enjoy browsing every trip to the mall whether I purchase anything or not. The store itself is small without much room for people to walk past each other, however, and I dread interactions with the staff. Its not that they are rude or apathetic, but that they are so artificially the opposite.Its as if they are instructed to try and find something, anything, to talk to you about whether theyre interrupting a conversation youre already having or not. Saying that you dont need help isnt good enough. Just let me look at a Deadpool t-shirt without assuming its my favorite thing ever. If that fails, dont try and connect with me on something else. Im here to shop, not make my new best friend. I like the store, but I just wish I could turn down help without a full conversation.

The store itself is fine; the problem was one during our most recent visit, we were cornered by an employee who went off on a near 5 minute rant about Star Wars and Disney. It was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable, made us not want to go back in case she recognizes us and it happens again.

Great find! They have Game of Thrones apparel, Harry Potter clothing, trinkets, etc, Star Wars items all various types, old school t-shirts (Napster, Disney, cartoons), apparel and trinkets from anime games/movies (Kingdom Hearts), Disney apparel too. Must see!! Staff was fantastic.

I really enjoyed this store, its now a must stop whenever im at the mall. But i really wish they had good sales or cheaper clothes in general... i absolutely adore some clothes/items but Im not spending $30 on a t-shirt. When i can go to hot topic and get two buy one get one free.

Dont shop here. They are disrespectful to customers and when they walk away mutter under their breath making fun of questions that were asked. Neat shop, staff is immature.

Went in to box lunch for the first time, I felt like the sales associates were too pushy and a little over bearing. Didnt really give me a lot of room to wander and shop. Had 3 different associates tell me the same deal within a 3 minute time frame.

The staff is very attentive, the entrance is few people and they have 50% on the discounted merchandise. The store has beauties and wide variety.

Today the store was with more people because it was the weekend. The beautiful items wide variety and they saved a lot using discount coupons that they send to the email.

It is inevitable to enter and not go out buying something from there, everything is beautiful!
