I love this store, they were able to help me with no issues. They also Speak Spanish!!! I had a lot of problems with the metro by where I live and I was just passing by and decided to stop by BEST DECISION EVER!!!! I will for sure be coming back.

This store discriminates against you if you dont have a mask, even though there is not a mask mandate in this county or state where this store is located. Bad for business.

I went in to ask this lady to help me fix my phone. She obviously had an attitude and then told me I can leave since Im swinging my arms around (just got out of surgery) breast cancer I then ask about the insurance she says it takes two days Long story short I decided to goto a store with better customer service Because the little boy that was there claimed to be the manager or owner I kepted asking if he WAS, he then wouldnt answer. He told me to leave or he would call the police(which he did ). Did not stay needless to say They are childish , having attitudes and do not respect anyone Make the drive somewhere else

Went to a Metro by T Mobile store in Belton looking to replace a phone which had been stolen. The manager was in the store and managed us and others wonderfully. The store was beautiful and they had good options. Sarah, the manager, was totally on top of the business. And introduced great options after listening to needs. She also was the only person who was confident that if we had the needed personal info that she could resurrect the data from the stolen phone for a new phone. I will be looking for a new phone soon for myself. I loved a deal and a promotion on a Motorola phone. It had everything the other big name brands had and was a good price. Thanks Sarah for your help!

Only 1 girl here is awesome. The other girl is a 1 star.The short Hispanic girl is amazing. (if you get her, your experience should be 5 Stars)The taller Hispanic girl with longer hair is the one that does subpar work.Came in with an issue and she just tried giving me the run around. Didnt even try, just gave me excuses.

I love this store

I went in to switch to Metro and was told that Im required to signup for the most expensive plan for the first 2 months then I can downgrade to the cheaper plan. Which didnt make sense but the staff wouldnt sign me up otherwise. So I went to a different location and got on the plan I wanted without issue. I think they are making people sign up to the higher plan to bolster their sales or something. I just wanted to warn others to go to a different metro location to switch.

Staff here is friendly and Ive found, truly, the best deal! I dont think Ill ever go back to a contract carrier again! Bye Sprint good riddance!

The girl that just “helped” me was extremely rude. I was discriminated against because I’m white lol almost denied me service for not having a mask but the Hispanic man behind me wasn’t questioned...

Do not come to this store. They only have one person working at a time and they gotta call other people to get help. Its ridiculous.

Dont think they know what OPEN means at 12:oo on Sunday.
