No part of decorating is in my wheelhouse. My husband and I stumbled into Crowley Furniture with stressed out and confused looks on our faces. So many beautiful choices. Where to begin? Mary Baldacci quickly realized our shopping dilemma and immediately suggested we meet with their designer, Kay Tibbs. She is a phenomenal designer. Kay easily brought to fruition a beautiful family room based on my scattered thoughts and ideas. I highly recommend the Crowley Furniture Mary/Kay team for all your furniture needs!

I was very disappointed, not so much with the furniture but with the staff. One employee looked right at us and kept on walking. She never greeted us or asked if she could help us. We then walked pass the desk where she was sitting with another she was sitting with another employee, once again, we were not greeted by either. That same employee jumped up to greet another customer who came in the door. We may never return to this store.

Mary listened to our needs for a new mattress and got us into the correct one for our needs, thank you. Delivery was right on time, greatly appreciated.

We recently ordered a new mattress and a custom headboard/bed from their sister company Bassett and are very satisfied with our purchase. Crowley and Basset coordinated the delivery so both could be delivered at the same time, set up the bed and removed the old mattress. We were impressed with the communication and how friendly everyone was; from our sales people to the delivery men.

Had a great sales person named Mary. We visited the store 4 different times... looking, asking questions, and getting plenty of details from Mary. She was polite, professional, and knew when to stick around and when to leave us to ourselves. She gave us sample swatches to take back to our place to verify the colors. We bought several large items and were pleased. If you go there, ask for her and you will be very pleased.

We found ourselves in a jam due to a failure by a competitor and scrambling for a replacement bed on very short notice. They worked with us to make the solution very easy, with next day delivery and setup by courteous and knowledgeable delivery people. Very pleased with the experience. Wish we had gone there first.

Exceptional customer service from Clint. Crowley always says in their TV commercials --You will like our products, but you will REALLY like our people! That is VERY true! Clint was so helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the various brands of mattresses. He asked what I liked or needed in a mattress, and once he knew that, he was able to help me try those he knew I would like best. It made it so much easier to find just the right one for me. I loved the one I picked at the store; I hope I love it as much when it is delivered.

This was our third trip back to Crowleys to look at furniture. Our first 2 experiences were great, so why not try again?! We were so happy to see our favorite, most helpful salesperson, Mary, greet us at the door. We actually loved a furniture set that was on display...and decided to buy it. Mary was very instrumental in assuring we knew about all our buying options, what was in stock, etc., and helped us make decisions. She went over and beyond when we said yes to the purchase to have all the paperwork and delivery options available to us. We are so happy with our furniture purchase! Greg, Beth & Laura Crowley have really done an outstanding job showcasing todays top home furnishings designs. Located in Corbin Park, this location is always a stop while I am in the area. There is always something new to see and a friendly sales team to assist with any questions. Locally owned and they support veterans.

So pleasantly surprised by the range of power recliner/lift chairs Crowley Furniture stocks. Needed to find a small scale one for my mother that was easy to work. Shes transitioning from skilled nursing back to her senior living apartment. Crowley allowed us to purchase the floor model so it could be delivered before her coming home. The delivery guys were on-time, wore masks and gloves and had no problem being screened for COVID by the facility. A++++ :)

Incredible experience! I am not a confident furniture shopper. I feel its such a big decision and there are so many choices. The minute I walked in Brian greeted me. We talked about things I liked and didnt like. We narrowed down the specifics. He was patient. He was calming and made me feel comfortable. He was never pushy. We set up a time for me to come back with my daughter to finalize the fabric choices. The store is inviting and even though there is a lot of merchandise to see, you never feel like you are in one of those warehouse stores. They make you feel like family. I wouldnt shop anywhere else.

I have done business several times. Great place in South Overland Park to shop for quality furniture without walking for miles. The staff was attentive,through and not pushy. Once I made a decision, the sale and delivery were set up expeditiously.

Mary was a big help as I was looking for a specific size of media console cabinet to put under our wall-mounted TV. Crowley has a very good quality line of nice wood furniture made by an Amish community in northeastern MO and the TV console was the right size. The color/stain and type of wood used was all customizable as was the hardware. Perfect!I can’t wait to get it the first week of August!

We have been looking for a new dining room table and chairs for sometime. We had looked online and at a few stores before stopping at Crowley. Crowley had tables and chairs that we liked. Our salesman Shawn showed us the features of the table and let us take color samples and the catalog home to further look for what we wanted. We were able to measure the room and make a decision on what size table we wanted. We also were able to look at the different chair selections and decide which ones we wanted.Shawn made the whole experience and purchase very delightful.

We had a great experience. The designer came out to our home and helped identify what would work in our space. Everything turned out looking so good. We were looking for a sectional. We walked int he door and immediately greeted by Brian who proceeded to explain everything there is to know about choosing a sectional. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We narrowed our selection down to 2 and decided to check a couple other stores to make sure we were content as this is an investment. We came back a week later to make our final selection and even though our schedule required us to come after work we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I’m super excited for our new couch to arrive!

Fabulous customer service when looking for a recliner for my elderly mother. We described our needs and the first chair she tried was perfect. We appreciated our attentive sales representative, Brian, who thoroughly covered all the basic of the piece of furniture and the sales process. It was so easy...and easy on my mother. First time shopping at Crowley Furniture, had seen their commercials many times, but next stopped in.. We just purchased a home and need so many things in was a bit overwhelming . Mary, one of the sales staff ask me what I was looking for, she was very nice and not pushy, told me if I had any questions she was available to help. Well I had many and she help my wife and I so much. She pointed out the value of each item and showed us different options, all the while, never pushing any item, she was only concerned that we choice only something that we wanted, or not. Needless to say we purchased several pieces of furniture and could not be more happier with what we purchased or how we were treated. Crowley prices were very competitive with the very big furniture stores but the quality was far superior and their financing was just great. So, there I was on my worst day coming out of a bad cold stocked in OP with a gap of 2 hours to kill before an appointment, saw Crowley Furniture and decided to check it out (never been there before), the Manager or so He looks like came to us and immediately ask how could He help us, explain to him that we were window shopping basically but would consider to shop for a future addition to our house time when we will need a couple of loveseats and perhaps something else, well the respect and customer service is genuine and top of the line, next is I am in love of the quality and the fact the furniture is compact which is hard to find nowadays but compact does not mean cheap, is highly rated so yes I am sold and their new customer :)

My wife and I were looking for a new bedroom set and found Crowley Furniture after looking at several other stores. We were impressed with the quality and customization options of their furniture. On 05-23-2020, Bryan Poston helped us find the right bedroom set for our house. We opted to go with a custom Oakwood Industries set including a king bed frame, dresser, and 2 nightstands. We also bought a new mattress as well. We were specific in what we wanted (1-drawer nightstands as opposed to the more expensive 3-drawer nightstands) and paid for our furniture that day.On 06-20-2020, our custom order was delivered and the delivery process went smooth. The delivery men were friendly and set everything up with no issues. The only issue that day was we were given the 3-drawer nightstands instead of the 1-drawer nightstands that we ordered. I mentioned this to the delivery men and they stated they would order us the correct ones to fix the issue.On 07-25-2020, the new nightstands arrived and once again they were the same 3-drawer nightstands that we already had and not the 1-drawer nightstands that we originally ordered. The delivery men were very apologetic and made several calls to try to figure out why this happened again. At this point, we opted to just keep these nightstands as we do not dislike them and we no longer wanted to wait another five weeks to see if the correct ones would may or may not be sent. We are happy with the 3-drawer nightstands so keeping them was our choice even though Crowley offered to try to fix the issue again.Overall my review is this: My wife and I are happy with our furniture and the Crowley store. The sales staff is friendly and helpful. The selection is great and there are good options for all price points. The quality of Oakwood Industries is excellent and the turn around time for custom orders is not bad. The delivery service is very helpful and friendly and it appears they take customer service issues seriously. My only complaint is that when you are spending anywhere from hundreds to thousands of dollars on new furniture, attention to detail is very important and twice the detail was overlooked on our nightstands.Ultimately, I would recommend checking out Crowley Furniture if you are in the market for good quality furniture.

Buyer beware. The customer experience in the store at Corbin Park was excellent and I was able to find and purchase what I thought I wanted. Unfortunately when the actual piece arrived a few weeks later it was not of the same quality as the item I looked at in the store and the explanation was that I had made poor choices when ordering. It would have been nice to know I was trading down in quality with decisions their staff was helping me make. Maybe it is my fault, but I will not buy here again.

Crowley sells a wide variety of furniture to suit every need and taste. The staff is very knowledgeable and straightforward about quality, and they make recommendations according to the customers anticipated use. (Having said that, I purchased a medium-grade sofa that I have used for 7 years now, and it shows no signs of wear.) It is my go-to place for quality furniture at a fair price.

Didnt really hit it off with the lady that first spoke to us. When we tried to go to another salesperson for help they went and got the first lady. I dont want to have to work with anyone. I feel that is my choice.

We were very dissatisfied with the Liberty store. Lees Summit Emily and her manager were very kind, very helpful. We purchased the furniture we wanted and had our receipt emailed. Then rather than stop at 2 stores to get the pieces we wanted, they said overland park store had both and sales people could help to load. Today we drove there to get the couch and loveseat. We asked if they could help load, but first he said we are very busy, while 6 or 8 stood at the desk and 2 stood by us. We said we could wait. Next Bryan said it was against policy. As I started to load the cushions he began arguing that we didnt have a place for the 2 couches and said we will give your money back. I said we bought these couches, m were taking it. He told me dont touch his cushions. I told him call cops, we have a receipt. He next sat on the couch, so we couldnt load it. I just took cushions from the other couch. He then complained we were going to ruin the couches.We ignored him, loaded our paid for furniture in my truck and will never buy from Crowley again. By the way these 3 women are amazing at loading a pickup with 2 couches, when Bryan said it cant be done.

The salesperson, Troy Hayden, greeted us when we first arrived, asked what brought us to Crawley Furniture, and pointed out the selections he thought would meet our requirements. He left us alone to view the selections and checked back with us in the right intervals, not too many, not too few. When we decided to go another direction, he had other selections to fit the bill. We selected two accent chairs that were perfect and Troy had a great selection of fabric samples from which to choose. I was very satisfied with the quality and price of the chairs (they were on sale).

We see the advertisements on t.v.the New Years ad is really nice. The young lady had a make over, new hair- do, and wearing the black dress she looks magnificent.A wonderful change. We also have been to the store and found quality furniture with very helpful people.

We shopped around at a number of furniture stores but none matched the selection and service we experienced at Crowley. Rusty was our sales person and was outstanding. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but not once did we feel pressured to buy. I would recommend Crowley to anyone regardless of budget or style. Thank you Rusty and Crowley.

Loved the quality and selection BUT the salesman was very misleading and very unclear in regards to options. He me tells me I can switch out cushions for a more square look rather than the rounded cushions and leads me to believe that is just an option not an up charge... after 3 visits in once with husband next with designer, we even checked out fabric samples and talked about the square cushions each time. Not until I come in to place the order does he then tell me ...”oh that’s going to be an $800 up charge “ WHAT! Would have been nice to know that 3 days earlier! A lot of time wasted back and forth without having all the information up front. Just felt very mislead.

Our salesperson, Bill Say, was absolutely terrific. Weve been looking for months for a sofa and within ten minutes of walking in the door he helped us find exactly what wed been looking for. He had a very light touch - never made us feel pressured or that we were being talked into something that wasnt right for us. Prices and selection were wonderful, but he really made the experience above and beyond for us.

My boyfriend and I just invested in our first sectional together at Crowley Furniture. Crowley is the only place local that Ive seen that has retro inspired sofas, sectionals, and chairs. Troy Hayden (our sales associate) was very friendly and made the process easy and painless. There was no pressure to buy something we didnt want or to add more features or any of that nonsense. I spent way too long looking at pillow swatches and he was very patient and never rushed us. Buying the actual piece was fast and efficient, it only took about ten minutes. If you are considering buying a quality piece of furniture that will last a long time this is the place to go! Ask for Troy!

Weve purchased a sectional and a love seat at Crowley Furniture in the past year. Both salespersons did a wonderful job! Were highly impressed with the quality of the pieces and are already talking about replacing some older furniture and fully intend on going back to Crowleys.

While I admire and respect people working hard, I dont like sales people following me. I suppose they make the sales, but I would prefer sales people available for help without checking in with me 3 times while I shopped for 5 minutes.

We are so pleased with our furniture and the customer service was outstanding. We received a phone call that our furniture was ready for delivery. I called the number to schedule and thought I had scheduled delivery for September 2nd (Labor day weekend). At 10 am that day, we still had not received a phone call about delivery. I called the store and Marla helped us out. She said we were not on the delivery schedule, but she was able to get us on the schedule that day. We received our beautiful furniture at 3:30 that afternoon. Thank you Crowley. Thank You Marla!

I work in a field where I get dress in t shirts and jeans, but I am not dirty &dont stink !!Since we were on a job in the area, I took off early so I could furniture shop the local stores. And yes I was in my dirty work clothes I went here FIRST ! I walked the entire store TWICE !! Watched employees talk on their cell phones, give me dirty looks, whisper and gossip among each other ... NOT ONE PERSON ASKED TO HELP ME OR OFFERED ANY ASSISTANCE !! I even called my girlfriend and talked very loudly how I was being judged by my appearance and how rude they were being ... THEY DID NOT CARE !! I finally gave up and went across the steeet to Lazy Boy. They were amazing !!! I bought $5200 sofa set CASH !!! Crowley, you JUDGED WRONG !!! If you want service in this store .... you better wear your Sunday best !!!

Lee, our salesman, was very knowledgeable with all of the reclining couch offerings as well as barstools! We were able to take home upholstery samples and returned the next day with our final decision. I was impressed with the show room as well. Very good experience.

I returned to Crowleys furniture for a major purchase, because of their product quality and excellent customer service. I furniture-shopped on-line for a year and never really found what I was looking for. Within minutes of walking into Crowleys, I received assistance, and found what I was looking for.

Customer Service TOP award!!short version - we made a bad decision buying the WRONG bed, but we made a great decision buying @ Crowley. When we reported our disappointment to Rusty & Greg - they simply stated we will take care of you. A statement easy to make - yet sometimes hard to deliver. But the Crowley team did just what they committed to us!! We are EXTREMELY happy we bought from a local store from people who care. We are now sleeping soundly, thanks good old fashioned SERVICE!!
