Sometimes the sales in the oak park mall do not appear to be a real sale. However they have good products.

You know what you are getting from B&B and I could easily shop online, but the Oak Park store staff make it worth the trip! Always friendly and helpful, I cant recommend them enough.

Semi annual sale. Was able to get early birthday gifts for everyone. I personally only like the candles now, but these travel size gifts were perfect and well priced.

Seriously some of the best staff. I only know the name of floor representative Chanel, but she was incredibly fun, knowledgeable about products and was able to recommend me lovely new smells based on my preference. I found a new favorite through her recommendation. She was helping out at least six other customers at the same time and managed to keep track of everyones requests, questions and inquiries. The gentleman cashier was very prompt and quick with checking out and was also very thorough in cleaning between customer purchases, which I greatly appreciated. I had a very lovely experience and highly recommend the store.

Love shopping here. Makes it very easy when shopping for girls. The mens selections are slim but I do feel there may be potential for growth in that department!

They got some fairly cool stuff but the prices are steep.

Unbelievable. Walked across the mall just to take a walk thru the store. Wasn’t even in the store and was stopped by an associate spraying my hands and trying to hand me a shopping bag. I told her right off I was just looking and did not need a bag. She said O-KAY in the snippiest tone and then I walked out. Horrible hounding and ignorant response. And I was planning on purchasing a few things.

My son took me on shopping spree and insisted buy some smell goods he purchased for all the home. The family over 400.00 in Merch not one discount applied and the clerk had the nerve before she rang up the order she said you cant get another one for free no one asked her but she was just letting us know what we couldnt get never shop thier and all the scents smell like alcohol never ever

Other than the excessive use of plastic packaging, I love their scents. Really wish they would do refills. Also love the candles and wallfowers!!

Sales person JENNY was wonderful, she was very kind and professional. Jenny made my shopping experience wonderful. Im disabled and cant get around that fast and, she went and got candles that I wanted to match with the room sprays. Jenny made my day. Store was clean and organized and it had all nice sales persons.

Really helpful and friendly staff at this location. Everyone greeted us when we walked in and made sure we didnt have any questions. A very sweet employee even came over to tell us personal stories that were very comical. Enjoyed our shop here.

A great place to browse at if you dont have scent allergies. They have so many fragrances and different ways to use...candles, body wash, body lotion, rooms fresheners, and plug-ins. The scents change seasonally so almost always can find something different.

But wish they would expect coupon.

Every time I visit this location, the staff is always very helpful. If they no longer carry a scent that I loved, they do their best to find something similar to it. If I order online and am unhappy with my choice, they accept my exchange with no question or receipt.

Love this place. Especially during the holidays, namely Christmas. Wonderful fragrances and candles for the entire family, except toddlers.

Went in today to return an item. The semi annual sale was going on and Linda was amazing! She was super sweet showing me different scents and talking to me about our day. I enjoyed talking to her and she was a great worker! Go Linda!

Went in yesterday. I’ve been going to this location for years now but yesterday! There’s this elderly lady working there, didn’t get her name but I wish I had! She was THE BEST! She wasn’t pushy with sales but she was so funny! She called the mahogany teakwood “Channing Tatum in a candle”. Perfect. She showed us the new scent and had humor for each one that was so fitting. (All positive). I will go back JUST to buy Channing Tatum in a candle and find out this amazing lady’s name.

My son and I went to this store on a tip from a previous customer about the sales that may be available. We found many 2 for 1, various percentages off, etc. The variety was excellent, the store was layed out well and the staff was very friendly and knowledge. We found what we were looking for and things that filled the gift bags with things we had not thought of.

Wonderful soy candies. The smell is long lasting and the price point is perfect.

Very helpful staff! Was looking for a retired scent and was advised that the old scents canbe purchased online and as always, the quarterly saleremoves the retired packaging and some of the retired scents. So we decided to get some candles even though we hadnt gone in for that, and she gave us a discounted price as a customer courtesy! Super cool! Thank you❤

CF if I can do that long time respond I have a chance of getting my hair out of the house I dont wanna go alone and then we hung out and got sc and it made hurt cause I dont and it didnt work for me and it wasnt the first thing that was a good song for a year or two and it wasnt really like the one with a diff or something haha I was just thinking about doing something like this now I gotta do is a bit if the cookie in my hair was just fine

They have a good selection of hand & body soaps, fragrant mists, wax melts, candles, gloss and chapstick, face masks, hand creams and anti-bacteral hand sprays. In addition, there are too many scents to count. They have specials where you can buy 2 and get 1 free, & but 3 and get 2 free. It is a,fairly crowded, a somewhat unorganized store but you can find what you want or need with considerable search.

All perfumes, body lotion, bath and body shampoo are available.

The sweetest little lady helped us. She was so kind and very knowledgeable.
