Look and feel of the store is much better since remodeling.Before the remodel I felt cramped, too much, overpriced, too many emails marketing campaigns with wierd coupons or discounts that rarely were included at the checkout. I avoided the store.However decided to check for a client, same thing, online said in stock and went to the store to find only one item instead of 12. The items were being discontinued! No help, finally got some answers.As shops evolve, so will my shopping.

Staff was so helpful. I ended up needing two carts and multiple staff approached me to help or ask if they could take items to the front for me. Everyone was working hard to stock shelves, but take the time to recognize you and help you. Check out was set up efficiently and items were wrapped and protected well.

Selections seemed pretty limited (reminded me of clearance/store closing), but the store was clean, the line moved fairly quickly and the staff were very friendly.

I love the new look of the 119th st location. Easy to find all household items, but there are also associates in the departments to help. Imagine that! No having to find a button to wait for someone to find you, they actually know how to provide customer service!! And Marissa at the checkout is awesome too!! Shes our favorite 💓

This particular store used to be my favorite. Not anymore, cause it is just like all the rest. It did have an area devoted to unique foods and samples. Always found something new to try and bought many gifts from this section. Sad this is gone. Rest of the store has a great variety of items for all areas of your home. Top quality and stylish. Love to browse the isles.

Its okay, but when a store has a little bit of everything selection is narrowed. It was hard to find a pillow that works for a side sleeper, because most of them are sold online instead of in-store.The items on size were nice though, and I got some reasonably priced placemats and coasters!

I hate this store. Not for anything theyve done, I just hate home good stores. They give me hives. Unfortunately this is the only place that sells the coffee I like so I have to visit on a regular basis. The cashiers are always lovely and I like that they accept expired coupons. Its really not a terrible place, its just personal reasons that I dont like it.

You can find any kitchen appliance imaginable here. You want your pancakes to have cat faces? Your eggs to be shaped like a skull and crossbones. They have the tools for that. Also, a much larger personal care and over the counter pharmaceutical section then I would have thought. Great place to do a wedding regrestry as they have everything a household would need.

Not the store it once was. They substituted their store brand products for most of the name brands the used to stock. Kitchen wares are down to a minimum. Food is completely gone. Good news is aisles are wider. Bad news is to make aisles wider they reduced the selection of products.

Awful customer service. Even the store manager was so rude that I have decided not to purchase anything from BedBathBeyond.1st of all they sold me the broken item, When i tried to return ot they started giving this that policy to refuse the return.Finally after big argument they agreed to take back the item but they asked my Drivers Licence, even after i handed over the original receipt and the credit card I have used. I refused to share my DL then again started the argument…They dont care about the customer… AVOID this store

I like this place, and Linda was very helpful! Had to pick out a wedding gift off of my friends registry. No issues! I am VERY SAD that the entire brand of bath linens that I spent a lot of money on just last summer has been completely replaced by another brand. Now I have to find another store that carries the brand I purchased just a few short months ago. Aggravating!

Went to purchase a $499 vacuum. Lots of customer service staff walking around so I flagged one down to get help. She offered to take it to the front cash register immediately since I had no more shopping to do. I gave her 20 minutes and then went to the register but my vacuum was not there. The cashier also went to try to find the vacuum but came back empty-handed and said theyre looking for it. I circle the store another 20 minutes came back to the register but still no vacuum, and nobody seemed to know where it was or if anybody was working on it. It was obvious that the cashier was not well trained in how to talk to a customer so I just quietly left without my vacuum. I went someplace else and purchased a vacuum.Normally I like bed bath & beyond but this experience screams more training is needed. My takeaway... There were lots of customer service walking around asking customers if they need help and when I asked for help they didnt seem to know how to help me. They left me dangling without knowing if anybody was really helping me.

Not digging their new setup. Too many hard to find items. Shopping area doesnt flow. Lots of products missing from shelves. Sad to see World Market is no longer available inside the store for more gift type options. Employees are kind and do their best to keep the check-out line moving.

I like to shop the products at BB&B but this store is not great. The vibes are always weird and uncomfortable. I have never had a pleasant experience at checkout either they seem like they dont want to be there or they are rude.

They just remodeled this location. The service is always good but they keep getting/keeping less and less inventory. It’s just frustrating having to go to more than one store to pick up items because not all of us want to order online ahead of time.

I have the best to say about customer service at the south overland park store. I came in looking for a particular item and could not find it though had been looking in an area with complementary items. There were lines at the cash registers where I might have asked for help. However a manager approached me. He knew they carried the item and got on the store phone. We looked at two places and then he walked me around a special displaywhere I found exactly what I was looking for.I also bought other items while heading to check out. I have more impulse buys in this store than anywhere else. I was thrilled to find the item I came in for (in the Beyond category of products) and other useful products. Thank you Bed Bath and Beyond!

Clean, friendly usually stocked. Lines move fast even when its a mile long. Staff is really nice and helpful. Layout is different than most ive been too, but still nice.

We love this store, especially with the remodel. The store itself is clean, organized so well, staffed well with very helpful associates. We could go on and on.However, idk why their remodel did not include their bathrooms. And even though it didn’t include their bathrooms, why does their management not see how filthy their bathrooms are all the time. We have been in there probably 5 times in the past couple years. Every time their bathrooms are dirtier than the average gas station. Not like they’re only cleaned once a day... maybe less than once a week. Awful. I’m truly shocked by this in a high end houseware store.

Ive always called them Bed Bath Bodyworks and Beyond. Now the name rings true. The remodel brought a lot more stuff in the store and Im not sure that I like it. I do enjoy all the kitchen gadgets so thats what I mainly come for.

Wished they had provided the 20 per cent off coupon rather then asking me to go get it at home and bring back with receipt. Very silly and wasteful process.

I havent been to a BB&B for about a full year, and WOW- this store has grown way further into the Beyond category... They carry hair care products, brand name hair products, makeup, facial health, body washes, fun soaps, hair dryers and other styling tools. Its like if BB&B absorbed in a Sallys Beauty Supply store - this is a good thing! Wait for the sales or be sure to use your coupons for 20% off, otherwise their retail prices are definitely inflated. Will shop again!

Staff is nice and helpful. Sometimes it is hard to find things but they are always willing to help. The checkout process was much better than the last time I visited. They remodeled and everything looks great!

This is a good general purpose store for home or dorm furnishings. It is large in scale, well organized, clean and neat. The staff is helpful and friendly. We get coupons from them on a very regular basis, which helps with one big ticket item.Overall, this is a good option for furnishings unless you have something specialized in mind.

Senses are inundated when I enter, as I smell a variety of seasonal candles, trying to decide between leaves in autumn on a sunny morning after a bountiful rain and that first smell when you open the dryer when washing towels. Its overwhelming, but pleasant. We settle on a candle that gives the atmosphere we feel our house needs to be both warm and inviting. It assuredly delivers.

I like this location. It is larger than some others in the area. It has recently been remodeled, with a more open floorplan. BB&B cant be beat with their coupons, and employees who know how to best use them.

Giving a 5-star review based on their new store layout. Walking into cooking/baking/cutlery is like making a pilgrimage to the mecca! Tons of items in stock, where I had to hunt or order online before. One of the best refreshes Ive seen in a while - flooring and test kitchen are very cool.

This is a store full of things that are just interesting. Every time I go I have fun just browsing the aisles. Its not a super cheap store , but you definitely get what you pay for. They have a World Market section that is really neat and worth walking through for gift ideas and stocking stuffers. They also have an extensive travel size section which is handy for traveling. Go! Have fun !

First visit since their big remodel. Big fan of the new checkout style. It also feels a little less claustrophobic without that giant tall wall when you first walk in. Minus a star because a lot of the stuff wasnt priced. Like the tags were ripped off and hadnt been replaced yet.

Ive always loved this store and I introduced my husband to the store years ago and he said it was his new favorite place also we hadnt been here in a while and decided to go in here to stall sometime and we could not believe it all the good stuff they had again as usual. We are currently in the middle of buying a home and which we are going to completely remodel it and put all new appliances in it which is going to be pretty expensive but we havent got a lot of ideas when we went into the store on a lot of stuff that were going to buy for our home we will be buying it from Bed Bath & Beyond because this place has not only good stuff but a lot of its very unique. A lot of places dont carry so we will be back Bed Bath and Beyond and thank you for always having such a wonderful stuff for sale.

They also have pretty good sales.If you havent figured this out already, I would suggest installing the RetailMeNot app in your phone to locate their 20% off coupons. You can pull it up on your phone and then allow the cashier to scan it at checkout.

I love this place. They have about anything you want and even things you didnt plan on buying but you wound up getting. They take expired coupons but only one item per coupon. Everything Ive bought there has lasted a long time. You can check online and find out if they have what youre looking for. If not at the store you were going to, it will tell you what store has it. You can order online and pick up at the store or sent to you. They have a club you can sign up for but sorry dont know anything about it since I dont belong.

Bed Bath & Beyond is always a great store. This particular location though always takes their customer service to a whole new level. I went in today with the impossible task of trying to match silverware from our wedding registry from 10 years ago. After narrowing down the manufacturer, Stephanie in Bridal & Gifts looked through the entire stores stock. When that was unsuccessful she went online and had it located an ordered in about 15 minutes. Absolutely incredible. Stephanie went above and beyond in helping me as most employees at this location do everyday.

This is the only Bed Bath And Beyond that I know of that carries a full line of health and beauty products. I love getting them here, because you can use your vendor coupons in addition to the mobile phone text discount, and other BBB discount coupons. Great use of my money!
