I was staying at the resort across the street. My children and I decided to get some souvenirs and went there. Everywhere we went, the man was there hovering over us. I felt so uncomfortable shopping. Everything I was holding in my hands I put back in its correct spot. My personal choice was to deny the kind gesture of the man giving us a basket.My children asked why we left and were upset they didnt get their items. I went down the road to another souvenir shop, paid a little more but it was worth not being profiled.

The guy that worked the register had a major attitude. He didn’t greet us and act as if he was mad the entire time we were there. Customer service at its lowest! Instead of having an attitude he should’ve been thankful that we chose his store over all others to purchase souvenirs from! We didn’t even get a thank you after we spent over $100 in the store! He didn’t say a word no hello no thank you for your purchase no how can I help you! Just rude!! I will never go back and spend another dime in there!!

Great place for souvenirs at a decent price. Its a fairly large store.

They have a descent variety of things. I bought a spoon rest for half what you pay off of Amazon. Unfortunately it broke in the process of flying home. 😞

Great souvenirs for great prices. They have authentic Disney merchandise for lower prices than at any of the Disney branded stores or even other discount stores. They also have a nice variety and good customer service. Theyre not the typical tacky souvenir shop.

A fun experience... Since Im a Orlandonian its very rare that I visit gift shops however I enjoyed myself walking through this particular one... Id recommend it most definitely...

Cheap souvenirs, but a good selection. Nothing that impressed me as it was a lot of the same stuff you would find anywhere. Prices were reasonable and the store was clean and organized. Good for a quick stop.

Its just like any other shop. It seems like they all have the same stuff. Overall not a bad place.

Nice variety of items. Basic items as well as Disney items. Prices here are $1-$2 cheaper than the neighboring gift shop as well so that was a plus!

Decent shop but nothing different from the tourist shops all around

They had a varieties of things. Although, the lady was by herself she still provided good customer service.

The staff is friendly and all. My dislike was that most of there stuff you could find at Walmart way cheaper! And they dont have alot of the things they promote at a certain price.

Cool little place, everything $2. Found some cheap tourist garbage for my family. If you want random stuff with Florida on it, this is your place. Bought some Mexican flag lanyards here, big hit at NPE 2018.

Great shop for all your last minute gifts and things. Service was from an older man and he was a perfect Gentleman.
