This place has a great variety of nick knacks and odd stuff for souvenirs and memorabilia much of which isnt found at other similar typed of stores. The prices are pretty reasonable and the staff is friendly. The store is also less cluttered and neater than many in the area.

I’m taking time out of my vacation to let everyone know that while some stuff is good and has good prices, some of the staff is rude. The cashier with curly short black hair is very rude and impatient. If you are not prepared to work under pressure then find yourself another job. I asked her if she could be nicer because she was being so rude to me and to the people before me and her response was sarcastic “Honey, there is a big line” so what? Rudeness and rolling your eyes does not correlate with the congestion the store had. FIND ANOTHER JOB! The store is great but with this kind of personal at the store, it won’t make people want to come back.

Expect to be in line for over 20 minutes and expect to have a horrible experience with the cashier. She is so rude and not resourceful. She works there and I would figure she would be helpful and nice but I guess that is too much to ask from her. This store needs management.

Better off going to another gift shop. Super clustered and congested. The cashier was clearly bilingual so i spoke to her in the language i know best which is spanish and she replies in English. Broken English. Act what you are, wanna be.

Very kind staff with great selection and good prices. Disney stuff, Harry Potter, sunglasses, swimsuits, Orlando shirts, tie dye, knives, jewelry, collectibles, etc. Right next door to an amazing Black Angus Steakhouse too. Plan to stay a while.

So the entrance is unnecessary. Gotta walk around this black fence which is inconvenient. Youll see then i walk into the store and the lady told me to wear my mask which is totally fine pandemic and all but then i walk in and the other customers arent wearing there mask. So it was like we were being pointed out, i thought mask were mandatory around the state. But her response was its for our safety mask arent mandatory but its for our safety i guess the other customers were ok cause she wouldnt even let us in there store without our mask. And the bathroom was filthy. At least the guy at the register was cool and polite. 🤷‍♂️

Pretty cheap on some Disney products- great to buy for relatives or families. Also, for those Pin collectors, they have some great pins in there that you will not see at the Disney Parks. They are probably discontinue pins. They are cheap pricing around 5-6 dollars range. I did see a handful of hidden Mickeys. In all, this store has some good selections.

Very cheap souvenirs and a great variety! I took a big group here and they all walked out super happy. This place is extremely organized which makes it an easy, happy and relaxed shopping experience.

Great selection of gifts and disney tees. Very reasonable pricing. The best part is your website! I was able to log on when I returned home and order a couple of t-shirts for my nephews (because I forgot all about them!)

Came in to buy a necklace. Got to the register and were told it was $3.18, had the money ready to pay and mysteriously the price jumped up to $5.18When we questioned it there still wasnt a price tag although all the other necklaces had $2.99 on them. If we hadnt used a UK card Idve requested our money back. Felt like we were ripped off as we are tourists.Wont be going back.

The lady actually had the audacity to comment on my mothers accent and spoke as if we havent lived in the states to know what tax is. This is horrible to consider since so many people from all over the world come to Orlando.

Horrible and rude cashiers. Was told we were not able to use a MOBILE coupon we purchased through Yelp because it was not printed out. After I tried to walk out, did they finally take it.
