Youll easily spot this store with large windows and decor throughout the front of displays.They have different areas set up with decor and fun items throughout. Be sure to look all the way up the walls to see all the wreaths and deco that they offer for your stair cases or mantels and such. I’ve been visiting this shop since it opened, after some of my friends were raving about it. However this past visit was my very first time meeting Aisha. one of their associates who I must say has EXCELLENT customer service! She showed me what loyalty to the customer is all about, as I was interested in a piece that she had promised someone else. Needless to say she sold it to the customer she promised it to. But she promised to give me a call the minute something new came out. Well guess what! She did! She went beyond the call of duty and sent pictures of all her new product. Casa Febus don’t loose this young lady. She is very dedicated and is willing to always go beyond the call of duty for the company and definitely the customer. 👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchased a CHRISTMAS Projector and some Christmas Solar lights at regular price and one of the solar lights came defective, Took the defective solar lights to the store to exchange it for a good one and they gave me a hard time, the sale associate called the manager and the manager tried to insinuate that l broke the lights, l told her as soon l opened the box the screws flew out, the manager then said oh the box is open and l cannot exchange it, HELLO! Common sense tells you in order to find a damage in the lights you need to open it, bottom line, the manager will not stop talking and blaming me, l told her this was my 1st time l purchased in that store and its not worthy for the arguing and talking back with a new customer. I asked her for my receipt back that l will call my credit card to dispute the charge due to the lights came defective (broken piece) then the manager said she will make an exception and will exchange it.Message to the Store Manager;1. Customers are the ones that pay your salary. NO customers NO money for the store.2. Why the aggravation and talking back to a customer? If the merchandise is defective exchange the item and return it to the seller. 3.Apologize to the customer.4. Its very disgraceful and disrespectful to treat bad a paying customer.5. If the receipt says NO REFUNDS EXCHANGE ONLY why the hard time exchanging a DEFECTIVE ITEM.6. Please take some Management courses to learn customer relations and behavior.

I recently ordered a sofa online and it was everything I could have ask for. Simply stunning! The customer service for the store online and for the establishment was outstanding. We came across a small mishap with our order and it was quickly addressed by Rosa and the store retail hostesses. Truly a great experience compare to other design stores. I will definitely will be returning for more!

Ordered a coffee table as a present for our daughter , transported the table to Washington DC. The packing was excellent, the table arrived in perfect condition. The prices are good, and the customer service at the store was excellent as well.

Its not often that we visit the Florida Mall but when we do Casa Febus is a must stop. Great merchandise and ambiance. No comparison to the ones in PR furniture wise but worth it nevertheless.

Bought Christmas decorations and was told 30days return with receipt, for store credit only, returned 19 days after purchase and was told by manager that theyre having clearance on christmas decorations and cannot honor what receipt says. DO NOT SHOP HERE, BE VERY CAREFUL AS THEYRE NOW GETTING READY TO CHANGE TO FURNITURE STORE. SO I GUESS SAME WILL GO FOR FURNITURE.
