Excellent customer service. I had purchased an extended warranty on a vacuum, it was nearly up.The hose developed a hole. Rather than have me wait, or have to leave it, they replaced the entire section affected. Above and beyond. Very satisfied. Recommend.

Our most recent visit to Home Depot was so enjoyable because of Reuben in the lumber department. He was great ! Reuben cut our plywood perfectly, consistently, and without splinters. He was helpful, friendly, and gave us exactly what we needed.

Horrible customer service!!!! I had two separate online orders from this store combining about 58 items totaling $1750. My first order had only two items and one of which was cancelled. I received the items in a cart at the curb side. I was not able to verify everything that I picked up because there was a lot. When I get home I was missing a $22 item. I both had a chat on Home Depot app and called the store for assistance. Neither even tried to help both insisted that I picked up the item. I am trusting Home Depot almost all my home improvement needs however this is extremely disappointing as the customer service did not even care to help.

I rented this steam cleaner from Home Depot. The staff was friendly, the process was simple and easy. My only complaint is why does it cost as much to rent a $300 machine as it does to rent a $30,000 vehicle?

Staff was very nice & helpful, but I really dont like the fact that I bought 10 lb bags of ice which is what they charge you for but then in the cooler all they have is 7 lb bags of ice. It just makes me wonder what else are you trying to rip me off on.

The worst customer service. Every time I go and require assistants there is never anyone around, so I go to customer service and request for someone for help they call someone over the loud speaker and no one shows up i just left after waiting for 15 minutes. I guess I going to have to go elsewhere.

This store is great, I use ProDesk for my help for company purchases. Marcela and Brandon are great people to work with. Few things about Home Depot stores: 1) the stores don’t have the same items 2) very hard to find someone to help with questions, especially in plumbing and electrical. 3) for some reason, the itens disappear from the shelves, anything bellow 10 units is basically out of stock. But for general stuff is a great store.

Amazing team. I saw a team member with a wrist bandage and they told me it was because of the job that they were doing, it was a repetitive motion they hat to do in their position every day. They also told me that the company did not pay for the medical bill.

This review is based on the lack of customer service in the wood cutting department today 10/15/21. I waited for over 30 mins today while 2 employees in lumber sat outside on their phone. When I initial asked for help he pretended not to speak English, but then, in perfect English side he was on his 15 min break but would call someone to help. 15 mins after his break I was still waiting and he was still sitting. Two gentlemen that just loaded a large pallet into a truck and likely 20 years older helped me in less than 5 mins. I am thankful for them and disappointed in the other employees that don’t seem to take any pride/care in their job.

This quick store visit was great. I needed some lawn items and I found everything I needed. It was almost closing time but my trip was pretty quick. Everything was in stock and the staff was nice even though they were about to close.

Im giving this location ZERO 🌟. Very bad customers service 😒. Especially, the manager, name Spencer. Very mean, stuck up guy, and not willing to help. He acted like hes above everyone. I asked him to honor the coupon that been signed and verbally promised to me, by one of the associate and a manager from yesterday. That they would honor it. But this manager, told me flat out, NO. He wont honor it because too much works for him and hes above the other guys from yesterday. So, my request is hopeless. Being at the high end area in Orlando and they hired a manager like that, is a shame.

Absolutely the worst store for service. Bought all new appliances over a month ago. Kept being promised delivery and has yet to happen. When I went to see if they had some added materials for the wood floor I had purchased. I was told it was an online order they could not help me. The flooring was bought in this store. Except for a few on staff, everyone else here is not worth dealing with. Worst experience I have ever had with Home Depot and continue to have with no appliances.

This email is make you aware of our dissatisfaction with our recent purchase.My wife and myself have been loyal Home Depot customers for a long time. We have purchased all our appliances from you. We have had flooring installed and purchased many items over the years.We dont mind paying a little more for the quality and installation service.But we purchased an expensive GE dishwasher about 5 years ago. It broke several times and quite honestly we spent more on repairs then we did on the original purchase price. It finally broke down completely.FYI, the less expensive dishwasher we had from Sears before lasted 10 years without a single issue.This May we came back to Home Depot to purchase a new dishwasher. We spent $847 for this machine plus a 5 year warranty since we got burned on the last one. Thats a lot of money to us.We waited two weeks for installation. Ok, we expected that, But It was installed incorrectly. I politely let the technician know this as it should be flush with the counter. He said there was no other way. It completely came loose 2 weeks later; almost to the point of falling over.I called Home Depot. You said they would send out a tech to reinstall. The tech came yesterday and said he couldnt do anything to fix it because it is missing parts.Now the dishwasher doesnt close properly.Another tech came out 6/10, not prepared to fix it and does nothing.I go into the store to talk to the manager, they call GE to order a part. I have to actually show them the part on my phone.No Were sorry ...nothing.They send us the part to our house. Only 1, we needed 2. Call us when you receive it. Why are we doing the work to install this machine?I go back in, they act like Im bothering them. They order another part.Here we are over two months and no dishwasher installed correctly.Nobody wants to try and really resolve this.Ive been really been more than fair when honestly Ive thought about just asking for our money back.This will be our last purchase from Home Depot.I have brought this issue to them several times and in-person and they honestly just dont care. Very disappointed.

Its a fine Home Depot in layout and upkeep, but the location at the end of a strip of stores with a limited access chokepoint make leaving a nightmare. I would rather drive 30min out of my way than deal with this shopping plaza.

This Home Depot seems to be rather large in comparison to the other local Home Depots here in Orlando! Only problem I find with this place is... Traffic!!! Getting in and out of this parking lot can be VERY challenging. There is so much traffic trying to find their way to the plethora of stores and restaurants in this area that it is rather challenging. Honestly I feel they would benefit by having a stop light in there. There truly is enough traffic to warrant it.

Make sure you read all your paperwork while renting a tool, in my case they added some tool protection that I wasnt aware of until I returned the tool, it was an extra 10 dollars. Their rates are already high, then you add the other charges and it adds up quick. Their staff was not friendly at all like they dont even want to be there. Unfortunately this was the closest tool rental place to the project I was working on.

Their associates are very incompetent at this store. Plus they will not admit when they make a mistake, they pass you from one associate to another. Their associates are lazy and do not realize it is the customers who are responsible for them getting a paycheck. They act like you owe them to spend your money. To me I have been to other Home Depots in Orlando and the associates here SUCK !

This my low score I give why because there managers basecly all . They love messing up with the employees beans. I believe is more racial. When corporate check what type of managers works in the stores. Treating good employees yelling at them making them do job that is not there department.they should check who is who in there that is treating some good worker like trash.

I got the attention of two employees and waited over 30 minutes for someone to come get something off a shelf. After 30 minutes I climbed 10 feet up and grabbed my box and left. Absolutely unbelievable. Wish I would’ve fallen in their absence.

Just have only one concern the disabled wheelchairs need to be updated however just keep up the great work and job well done just need to update the disabled wheelchairs and keep them charged at all times but other than that it was job well done sincerely yours Charles Leon Esquire

In the shopping plaza area across from the Millenia Mall area. The parking lot area is chaos, so that is off-putting, but this location is solid. They have their own parking lot thats pretty far off from the other stores, so its easy to find a close spot for this store.We headed in here to look at fence options because we would like to add a short fence to our front yard to provide a safe play area for our little. We also needed some grass seed to help regrow our backyard area grass.They had everything we were looking for and we got some pricing out options for fence building. We bought and left with some grass seed and a single fence post to replace one that rotted out of our back fence.Overall: AThe parking lot area to get in here is super chaotic and annoying, but this store is great!

I walked around this store at least 5 times looking for a specific item and I passed multiple employees and not a single person asked if I could use any help or spoke a single word to me. Poor customer service at this location. Lowes would be a better selection than this place. Wish people would take pride in their jobs and at least attempt to do them. Geez. Pathetic.

The service was amazing! They were extremely helpful and made sure we got exactly what we needed. I rated the location 3 stars simply because no one wasnt for saying it the mask required roll. Although mascs are required in public places in Orange County and the store had a number of signs (including a neon flashing one) saying that facial masks were required. However, we witnessed a few customers without a facial covering on and no one was enforcing it.

As usual mano offers but some ítem are out of stock as the Ryobi battery nailer 16G. 3 weeks in the same place without stock

I went in to the store to pick up a new mower but couldnt find it in the aisle, despite the info provided. I spoke to a woman at the service desk who checked the website and told me they didnt have any in stock. I showed her a pic I took that showed 14 in stock only a few hours earlier. She went into the back, found the model I wanted and brought it out for me. It turns out it had been removed to become a clearance item and I got a discounted price. 👍

Friendly and helpful staff (always one, the other, or both) with A VERY wide variety. Well stocked and easy to navigate. A mans mans dream, Tim Allen would say!

Went to Home Depot earlier today looking for equipment to paint. Being an amateur at painting I was about to walk out the store with half of what I really needed till Jessie, an employee, walked up and afford fantastic advice on how to go about painting a room and recommended other product that I indeed purchased. Very happy now that Im fully equipped and have the know how to get the job done. Thank you Jessie!

I ended up at the wrong Home Depot. I didnt know that there was more than one! I put in Waze and ended up at this one and the people I was supposed to meet there were at the other one or maybe Orlando has more then 2 but I got what I needed for the job and beat the others back. So I guess I won!

Use their pick up service. waited in the car for 10mins and nobody showed up. have to go in the store in person, waited in customer service and my items are sitting in their lockers and nobody intend to have them out for me. Don’t bother yourself.

Okay so not sure if I’m allowed to write this but I lost my keys tonight and my landlord has a KeyHero account that I can get keys made. It was 3 minutes before they closed and I called to ask if I could make a key. The associate who answered asked the manager and he made the key for me. Literally saved me from sleeping outside my apartment!

Home away from home. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. Like most stores, staff can get busy helping other customers. Be patient, they do want to help you complete your project. For items out of stock, I was able to order. Or, they would find the closest store that had it and have that item held for me.

Today I went to Home Depot to rent a drain cleaner 75 X 1/2 for four hours. When I brought it home to use, it does not work good at all because they gave me a very old one. I used it for one and half hours before I returned it charging me $60.75 dollars. Taking out the cable is excruciatingly painful because you have to physically pull it back out. I went to another place to buy a brand new one to use. I am letting everybody know to not rent this old drain cleaner. That the reason I am giving them one star.
